Sheraton Astana Hotel

My stay at the Sheraton Astana was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, elegant, and spotless, with beautiful city views and a bed that guaranteed a perfect night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering both local Kazakh dishes and international favorites, and the on-site spa and fitness center were top-tier. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore Astana’s stunning architecture and attractions, yet it still offered peace and quiet for relaxation. Every detail reflected true five-star service and care. I highly recommend the Sheraton Astana to anyone visiting this incredible city.

Had an amazing experience at Sheraton Hotel with my husband recently. Were very surprised with a smooth and fast check in first, clean and comfortable rooms and amazing breakfast. Enjoyed every minute of the stay and would 100% recommend this hotel for your short business trips or just a nice vacation.

Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by Dana, Alisher, Nazerke and Sherhew at Check in. Nice room and with all the amenities and great service.||The concierge Ms. Perizat was perfect. She helped me book my train tickets to Burabay lake and recommended top tourist sites to visit.||The Executive lounge serves breakfast and dinner with afternoon soup. Everyone was helpful at the Executive lounge especially Mr. Alikhan and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.||The hotel's location was within walking distance to major tourist attractions.||I enjoyed my stay and I will book the hotel again on my next trip. The staff recognized my Bonvoy status

We stayed at this hotel with our family and absolutely loved everything. The service was excellent, and everything was top-notch. A special thanks to Aigerim at the reception — she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is conveniently located, with bus stops to various destinations right outside the entrance. A light rail station is currently under construction nearby. The facilities, service, and breakfast are all impeccable. Elite members are treated with sincerity—room upgrades and welcome gifts were provided.||The staff in the Executive Lounge deserve special mention for their warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness to every request. The lounge itself is well worth experiencing.||This hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating. However, I can only give it one star due to a serious shortcoming in the concierge service—like a drop of poison in a pot of soup.||We traveled all the way to Astana with one single purpose: to see the flamingos. Our time was limited. With the help of the Executive Lounge staff, we coordinated with the concierge, who confirmed arrangements for a hotel car to take us to the national park at 8:30 a.m. the next day (since the park opens at 10:00). The estimated fare was also discussed and agreed upon.||However, when we arrived at the concierge desk at 8:00 a.m. ready to go, the male staff member casually brushed us off, mumbling that to visit the national park, we would have had to leave at 5:30 a.m., and told us to go “tomorrow instead” — without a hint of apology. We were shocked, furious, and deeply disappointed, yet helpless in that moment.

A well appointed and modern hotel centrally located in Astana. Great views of the City from the upper levels. Helpful and professional staff. The perfect choice if staying in this vibrant and modern City.

Great place to stay, service is good, and the atmosphere is much more chill, quiet and peaceful than in some other nice hotels in Astana. Definitely recommend if you are looking to be centrally located, but also like things on the more subdued side without the hype.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2025. This is one of the better Sheraton's I have stayed at. The staff are friendly and efficient. Check in and out was fast and painless. The hotel has a convenient location to explore the city. The room was very comfortable and the shower was great. The gym is well equipped and there is a sauna as well. The club lounge is one of the better lounges I have been in. The food selection and beverages were superb. The Sheraton team put a lot of effort into the lounge and it shows. I will stay at this venue again.
