Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino

Stayed here as part of a tour. Nice clean rooms and comfy beds. Overlooks the Nile. Great service. Excellent breakfast with almost too many choices. Great outdoor pool. Had supper in the bar srea twice. First time beef tenderloin, tasty, tender snd done perfectly to order. Second fish and chips, grilled chicken and caesar salad, excellent. Both times super service by Osama Mohammed. We would certainly stsy here agsin.

After travelling extensively all over Egypt, we decided to bid it farewell by spending our last 2 nights in Cairo in a Marriot Bonvoy property - “Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino” overlooking the River Nile. Being one of the oldest property in Cairo we were surprised to have all the latest amenities & electric technology in our luxury rooms & suites in the newly renovated North Tower!! The beds were super comfortable especially for someone like me with a bad back & the rooms were spacious with a spectacular Balcony view!! Thanks to my dear GM friend Manoj from Kolkata, I got introduced to the GM Mr. Mohamed Farouk. He was extremely warm & super accommodating. I checked out their in house spa & must comment that it was the best massage I got in Egypt!! My two weeks of extensive walking got some relief!! The masseur Mohhammed was gifted & god sent!! Seeing the stress in my body he added some extra Thai techniques & stretching in the regular Deep Tissue massage to relieve the knots!! I felt like I was in heaven followed by the sauna, steam & jacuzzi. I would recommend their spa to everyone, even if you are not staying there, please check out their spa. We tried food at their respective restaurants - Rawi, Botanica 25, &More by Sheraton and Giannini's New York Italian. Thanks to the very sweet manager of Giannini, who somehow managed the 8 of us for a last minute birthday dinner without a prior reservation. The hospitality, food & service were impeccable!! Infact the hotel has so many options that you really do not need to step out anywhere!! I had one of our best 2 nights in Egypt & would recommend everyone to stay here if in Cairo.

The hotel was beautiful. The view of the Nile Riverfront awesome. The food at the breakfast buffet was wonderful. They had a great variety of food options. Our waiter Ahmed Osama was excellent. In my experience and opinion this hotel deserves 5 stars

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my group, and it was a wonderful experience. The location was convenient, and our rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. A highlight of our stay was the gala dinner, wonderfully prepared by Chef Magdy and his fantastic team. I especially want to thank Chef Magdy for being so helpful and attentive, making sure all our requests were fulfilled – including our early morning coffee!||Thanks to everyone for making our stay with the group so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for groups or anyone looking for a pleasant and seamless stay.

Great location, nice interiors and well kept. Staff were professional and friendly. Shout out to house keeping (Ahmed Nasser and Maha) who made sure we had everything we needed in the room. All those at the front door and servers at the cafe. Recommended choice within the price bracket.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Clean, comfortable and near all the sites Especially enjoyed going to the Botanicals lounge and being taken care of by Amira. She was wonderful and the drinks were delicious. Highy recommend the Date Old Fashioned.

Rooms are nice, I had a great view to the Nile and could see the pyramids! breakfast was outstanding and service was amazing. Special thanks to Abdelrahman Mohamed for being such a great host for us. You made it memorable for us and we will come back.

During our first time trip to Cairo we chose the Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino and it was truly the best choice for so many reasons. First of all, the people were very kind, helpful and always willing to help us with anything we needed. From the lady who cleaned the room, the people at the reception, the gentlemen at the security section, the staff at the lounge bar, the restaurant waiters (by the way we visited Giannini's restaurant so many times and we always had an amazing meal and time there), till the supervisors at every department. I really appreciated the contact with the lobby ambassador upon our arrival and check in procedure since I had mentioned something in the reception and she contacted me directly afterwards! Some times those gestures make the difference! The room was so spacious with a stunning view at the Nile! We always had clean fresh towels and everything we asked! Lastly and more importantly special thanks to Mrs. Mariam Fakhry. Thank you all for making our family trip to Cairo memorable!
