I’m currently staying at Sheraton Hotel, in the old Sheraton building, and will be here for more than two weeks — so I’ve had plenty of time to get a real sense of the experience. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping team does an excellent job. The staff are professional, polite, and always respectful.
A big plus is the bellman service — anything you order gets delivered right to your room, which is extremely convenient. Also, tipping is optional and never pushed, which I really appreciated.
The hotel offers a variety of facilities that make long stays more comfortable: there are two restaurants (Japanese and Italian cuisines), a Starbucks and coffee area, a small convenience shop, an alcohol shop, and even a salon. Everything you might need is right there.
However, not everything was perfect. Service can be quite slow, and the dining experience outside of breakfast was disappointing — the food wasn’t flavorful, and napkins were missing during regular dining room service, which doesn’t reflect the standard you’d expect.
On a brighter note, the breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options that really stand out.
Overall, it’s a mixed experience so far — with strong points, especially for a long stay, but also a few areas that clearly need improvement.
