Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel

Just returned today. Couldn't fault the hotel. It is beautiful, spotless, stunning views and lovely staff. Only ate breakfast but there was a lovely offering. |Area is beautiful, we got the water taxi into Dubrovnik one night and it was stunning at night. Highly recommend. ||The only thing I would say and this is not the fault of the hotel as they cannot control guests behaviour but if the company who ran the conference this week in the hotel are reading this, the behaviour of *some* (not all) of your attendees was absolutely shocking. ||There was a party on the last day from 12-3pm with a DJ etc. It was very lively, like being at a stag party. Some of the guests, all drunk were running and jumping into the water from the jetty in their underwear and chanting football chants etc absolutely no regard for families and couples trying to enjoy the quaint, pretty little beach, in fact they almost knocked over a toddler at one point they were so drunk. Some then almost broke a luggage trolley toppling it over and also an egg chair. They then 'took over' the baby pool all drinking in the pool. ||I am sure this is not the usual behaviour of guests and that we were just unlucky but when we book again I will be rescheduling if there is a conference on at the same time.||If the organiser happens to read this speak to your staff, grown men from 30's to 60's should not be behaving like drunk 16 year olds anywhere but certainly not in a 5 star hotel!||Otherwise, this hotel was fantastic and we look forward to revisiting it. The views are to die for, enjoy!

Excellent hotel. Great swimming pool and other amenities. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Outdoor pool is not heated and was cold but still able to swim in it. But they have a huge indoor heated pool as well. |Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is on the beach with a nice walking path that has several restaurants and bars along it…you can walk from Srebreno to Mlini along the coast. Incredibly beautiful area. |Room was very large and very comfortable with great views.

Can't fault this hotel. We had room 242 which had an incredibly view of the sea mountains and pool. Had the sun in the morning. Balconies are of a good size . Bed very comfortable and room very clean - (a big thank you to our cleaner who made the room immaculate on a daily basis ). We went mid September for 10 days and the temperature was mid to high 20's. The only down side was the temperature of the pool- the sea was warmer. Having said that the pool was cleaned regularly and was in good condition. The Sheraton was recommended to us and we would have no hesitation recommending to all.

Great location with great views and a short walk to several dining options. I would probably prefer this location over downtown dubrovnik because it's very easy to drive to. ||The breakfast is great for Bonvoy members and we ate there each morning. However in room coffee options are limited and they do not give you enough unless you ask for it.||The pool area looks nice but we didn't use it. The hotel itself is very clean, and the grounds well maintained. The staff speaks good English and is very helpful. ||Not a true 5 star hotel, but a definite 4.

We stayed one night at the end of our trip to Korcula. Was upgraded to a suite and how sweet it was. Spacious two room, two balcony space with a view of the water. This space was clean and quiet. This hotel offers a lot of walking, dining and water options. Water taxi to old city is steps away! Our taxi to the airport offered a flat hotel rate which was a nice surprise. Reception desk staff was professional and communicated well. Comp breakfast had a nice variety of eats.

Fabulous clean comfortable hotel huge suite with everything we needed, quality toiletries , huge fluffy towels. Cleaning a bit hit and miss. |Food really good choice and quality, but as usual with buffet the food is not always hot enough. Tea and coffee available at dinner which we really appreciated. There is loads of space to put a microwave in the restaurant for those of us who don’t eat Luke warm food. |Staff so helpful and friendly couldn’t do enough for you a real asset to the hotel. |The suite was lovely good air conditioning but no view and constant traffic noise so couldn’t use the balcony, suites look out onto the road with loud music from the restaurants opposite. I asked to be moved but was advised all the classic suites are on the same side of the building none have a view. |As people have said the mini bars/fridge doesn’t keep drinks cold however I found if you leave the cupboard door open it helps a bit. |Lovely area to be in quiet, nice restaurants and fabulous to be in an area where local people also live and come out to restaurants and ice cream shops in the evenings and weekends. |For anyone less mobile the water taxi is fabulous a bit more expensive than bus service but takes you right into the centre of Dubrovnik and Cavtat so no hills to get to bus stops. |Definitely recommend and would return but would choose a room away from the road .

This was my fourth visit to the Sheraton . I first visited with my late husband in 2018 and we liked it so much I have returned three times on my own.|I was delighted with the room allocated and will be requesting the same when I have booked to return in June 2026.|Reception staff were very pleasant on check in and I was phoned by a lady from Guest Services to check everything was okay on my last day.|The hotel is kept immaculately clean and I was very pleased with the young man from housekeeping who cleaned my room.|I enjoyed the breakfast , especially the cappuccino from the coffee machine.|As I burn quite easily in the sun ,I was out early (9AM) in the morning and asked for a sunshade to be moved and put up. Many thanks to the tall pool man who was often in the Spa area who obliged.|The clean sunbed towels were much appreciated.|I had a problem with the mini bar..It had been turned down and I couldn't reach the control. The maintenance man sorted that out for me.|Finally , fantastic lifts. Excellent size for luggage. Never had to wait.|Very pleased with this hotel. I go away many times during the summer months and this is one hotel I will definitely return to.|Thank you staff.

Great hotel. It’s definitely a 4 star, but not sure it’s a 5 star. Breakfast buffet was good. We stuffed our little fat faces every morning which meant we didn’t need lunch and lasted through to the evening! Staff very friendly; particularly the cleaning staff. Very helpful front desk organising transfers. Lovely pool, if a bit cold but great on a hot day. Would definitely recommend the location. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars to walk to and easy day trips to Dubrovnik and surrounding islands. Town is only a 5 min walk away with supermarkets , H and M and lovely little bakery for lunchtime snacks. We would recommend 😀
