Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from our balcony was stunning, overlooking both the pool and the beautiful bay. It’s just a short taxi ride to Dubrovnik, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The bar had a great atmosphere, and the breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and inviting vibe throughout our stay. We also loved the fantastic spa facilities, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. There are a few nice local bars nearby, and the hotel is only about 15–20 minutes from the airport. We'd love to return.

Great location with great views and a short walk to several dining options. I would probably prefer this location over downtown dubrovnik because it's very easy to drive to. The breakfast is great for Bonvoy members and we ate there each morning. However in room coffee options are limited and they do not give you enough unless you ask for it. The pool area looks nice but we didn't use it. The hotel itself is very clean, and the grounds well maintained. The staff speaks good English and is very helpful. Not a true 5 star hotel, but a definite 4.

We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. Warm welcome at check in and upgrade to a wonderful suite as titanium member. Beautiful view of the bay and close to town. Great breakfast and warm dishes where warm. There was a announced power cut who was leaked with very well at the breakfast. Very professional. One thing no bell boy and if you travel with a lot of luggage not convenient in our case but overall a Gem in dubrovnik with friendly and helpful staff

The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed a nice meal that even came with a free pudding. The staff were great and very friendly.

Stayed for seven nights bed and breakfast as part as 7 night package holiday. |The Sheraton is a very large hotel set in a very good location with fantastic views, The hotel has an indoor swimming pool as well as a gym and there are also tennis courts and a outdoor swimming pool. The pool could be a little boisterous and busy with children at times, but had to remember it was children's holiday time when we attended. By just altering times a bit, it was possible to attend at the pool and just about have it to myself. |The hotel is spotlessly clean and has fantastic staff, they are clearly happy working at the hotel and all members of staff encountered were friendly and helpful. |I did have a bit of an issue on arriving at the hotel but this was quickly sorted by Manager Nikolina who was very professional and polite and after explanation i could see that this was actually an issue with the package company. |Breakfast was a real treat, lots of fresh food and no chance of getting bored even while staying 7 nights. The evening buffet was also a real treat plenty of choice and very tender choices of meats as well as freshly cooked vegetables . There were also Fish and Vegan options as you would expect. |There are a few local restaurants and bars which were frequented by locals, located well within walking distance from the hotel and as such you got a real feel for Croatia which you might not get staying in a resort or complex type hotel. |For people wanting to get to Dubrovnik and Cavtat there is a ferry that departs from a pier approximately 100 metres from the hotel as well as a bus service that departs approximately 50 yards away from the hotel to both Dubrovnik and Cavtat. |I would definitely recommend this hotel for anybody wanting to explore the Dubrovnik area

Great hotel. It’s definitely a 4 star, but not sure it’s a 5 star. Breakfast buffet was good. We stuffed our little fat faces every morning which meant we didn’t need lunch and lasted through to the evening! Staff very friendly; particularly the cleaning staff. Very helpful front desk organising transfers. Lovely pool, if a bit cold but great on a hot day. Would definitely recommend the location. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars to walk to and easy day trips to Dubrovnik and surrounding islands. Town is only a 5 min walk away with supermarkets , H and M and lovely little bakery for lunchtime snacks. We would recommend 😀

This hotel is in an excellent location in the Dubrovnik Riviera region. Located within easy access to the beach as well as the bars and restaurants around the bay. There is also a ferry stop, Srebreno, within 5 minutes walk from the hotel for access to Dubrovnik Old Town as well as other destinations. Staff were welcoming and friendly and our room was available earlier than expected which was appreciated. We stayed in a king deluxe sea view room, 313, which was spacious, clean, comfortable with a/c and beautiful views of the bay. We ate at the buffet for dinner one evening where there were plenty of options and the food was tasty. Breakfast had many options available to suit all requirements. There is an outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool and spa facilities. The hotel provided airport transfers for €44 each way. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Excellent location outside of Dubrovnik town in a secluded bay with pebble beach within a small town that offers a pathway linking to an adjacent area lined with several cafes and tavernas. The hotel has an outside and inside pool- both not heated and a separate spa area with a gym, jacuzzi, 2 saunas and a steam room. A good Buffet Breakfast included in all rooms and an evening buffet also available. Situated about 20minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the Dubrovnik old town. There are boat transfers available at a near by jetty to local areas and also Dubrovnik old town for $10 cash only for a one way trip. You can get a return ticket for best flexibility with get one of the two buses that serve the hotel area or get an Uber. Hotel staff speak very good English and very helpful. Free room WiFi but the TV connectivity is not the best and limit English speaking channels. Sea view rooms are best option as you can sit on the balcony and sun bath for most of the days if you prefer. Plenty of free on site parking available and easy access for wheel chairs and buggies. Would recommend.
