Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel

We stayed at the hotel from 11.07.2025 to 18.07.2025. We were surprised by the level of service. The food was excellent, with a variety of options, and there was a themed dinner with a lot of seafood. The cleaning was excellent, and the beach and pool were clean. They provided ice and water boxes, which was very helpful in the heat. The views from the rooms were beautiful, both of the city and the sea. We would like to express our gratitude to the reception staff, especially to Aysel, who was always available to answer any questions we had, and to Omar, the waiter. We traveled to different countries, this country was chosen for the first time and a little worried, and at the end of the holiday I didn't even want to leave . Family we would like to visit this hotel again.||P.S |But I want to appeal to the management of the hotel . On the beach were very cute cats, kind, affectionate, but they always wanted to EAT and DRINK. You can treat them more humanely and organize waterers and food for them. Moreover, this is a Muslim country, and cats are considered sacred animals in Islam, and they should be treated with care.

Sheraton Hotel Doha is truly one of the city’s timeless gems. As one of the oldest hotels in Doha, its iconic pyramid shape and vintage interior design instantly take you back to the 1970s, offering a unique charm that’s hard to find elsewhere. The highlight for me was the beautiful private beach — well maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing or a quick swim. The dining experience is equally impressive; the food is delicious and varied, but the standout is definitely the Um Ali — it’s simply a must-try and one of the best I’ve ever had! If you appreciate classic hospitality with a touch of nostalgia, Sheraton Doha is a great choice for your stay. Highly recommended!

First of all the food was fantastic, the environment is so luxury. Me and my friends we have birthday party at Al Hubara restaurant it was the best choice. So happy with everything. The food was great and i was treated so well by ei phyu,mar mar, and jelica. They were fast in service and very polite. It was a great experience and i would definitely come again because the atmosphere was just amazing!

The staff was warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spotless and beautifully designed—super cozy bed, soft linens, and a view that made me forget I was still in my own city. The in-room amenities were top-notch: fast Wi-Fi, complimentary snacks, and even a beautiful sea view room. I spent the afternoon by the pool, followed by a beautiful water activities ,that was the highlight of the day. Breakfast at the in-house restaurant was equally memorable—delicious food with a classy ambiance.
