So for starters this by far the best Sheraton we've stayed in! We picked this hotel as it's one of the closest hotels to the airport and we intended to only stay 1 or 2 days but actually stayed 3 days. The hotel is nice as it has a Starbucks in the lobby area as well as a small convenience store. Theres a restaurant that we ate at daily for breakfast (complimentary for platinum and above) that was outstanding! The selection of fruits, breads, juices, meats etc was lovely. Our room was on a higher floor with an amazing city view. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious with all amenities. The fitness center had all the equipment including a weight bench, barbells and separate room for yoga etc. Theres a spa on the same level across the hall where theres a nail salon, spa and separate saunas for men and women. Best of all theres a M Club on the top floor that has a dope view of the city with drinks and food served daily. Amy in the M club was especially nice and attentive to us each time we were there. Overall we'd definitely stay here again whether a short or long stay you can't go wrong.

This was a fine property, and one that made my stay in Incheon very comfortable last year. The king beds were really of an impressive size and the mattress and pillows softy and spongy. The towelling in the bathroom was pristine and crisply white. I also found the Reception staff to be super-polite and helpful.

We had a wonderful check-in with Kate Jung (front desk and lounge manager). The check-in experience sets the tone for a good or bad stay and Ms. Jung's friendly attitude and infectious smile started our fantastic stay at the Sheraton in Incheon. Ms. Jung was extremely welcoming and explained all the different amenities available at the hotel. The hotel was extremely busy, but she did not rush us and answered all of our questions. She is a gem and makes the perfect face for the Sheraton. We stayed in the Bread Barbershop room (themed room) and my daughter loved it. I thought it would be cheesy, but fans of the cartoon will enjoy it. I believe Platinum and higher are offered some benefits upon check-in. We received fruit and wine. Parking is plentiful and we had no problems finding a spot close to the elevators. We had breakfast at Feast and it was decent. The Sheraton Club had fantastic views of the park and good food and drinks. We were extremely happy during our stay and want to thank Ms. Jung for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Was at the hotel for an event. The hotel is good quality, attentive staff.Rooms are big, spacious, comfy beds and pillows. Good wifi, Amenities in th eroom (coffee/ tea) and a kettle.not noisy despite the big avenue downstairs. The shower is good with powerful rainshower, some amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast is good level with many options local, western, Chinese. The only point is the lift that may take time during busy times Has a Starbucks at the ground level and many restaurants within walking distance. All in all recommend if you are in the area.

Excellent hotel. It is located across the street from an amazing park and close to restaurants and shopping. The room is great. The shower amazing. I might suggest bringing your own coffee as the coffee they provide in the rooms is not good. They have a french press and kettle so you can even bring fresh grounds. The beds are comfortable and housekeeping does a great job. ||The front desk was professional and hospitable. I ate in the ala carte restaurant and it was good, though overpriced. There is a Starkbucks in the lobby. The only real downside to the hotel is very slow elevators. I spent quite a bit of time waiting for them to arrive. But that is very minor. The hotel is outstanding.

One of the best hotels in Incheon. The service is awesome. The view (if you are on the park side) is amazing. Really good lounge and great free buffet breakfast if you are an elite Bonvoy member. Otherwise, breakfast is too expensive. There are many restaurants nearby. Weekend gets too crowded as ‘staycation’ is a thing in korea. I tried to avoid breakfast even though it was free as kids ran around crazy during breakfast. Lounge also gets crowded in the weekend. There is a robot that delivers food night. It’s fin to share the elevator with the robot.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past twenty years during my visits to Korea, and I have created wonderful memories here. The staff are exceptional, courteous, and polite, with special recognition for Kate Jung, the front desk manager, who is truly outstanding. Additionally, Chloe at the clubhouse was incredibly sweet. I greatly appreciate their hospitality and kindness. I look forward to being a guest at this hotel for many years to come.

This is a modern high-rise semi-luxury hotel.|Positives:|- located directly at the Convensia conference center and walking distance from numerous restaurants and shopping, and across from the beautiful park|- very clean|- friendly staff, the housekeeping spoke English and was super friendly|- water filter in the room and French press and water cooker in the room so you can bring your own coffee|- environment friendly features|Negatives:|- no microwave in the room|- Only three elevators for a very large hotel. Long waits during busy times. I once had a 10- minute wait.|- Breakfast buffet grossly overpriced|- Lobby area has limited seating for such a large hotel|- Free airport shuttle runs only once a day!
