Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel

I recently spent two weeks at the Sheraton Grand and enjoyed my stay. The breakfast buffet is ample and varied, with Asian and western dishes. My favorites were the dumplings and Korean side dish stations. The room was spacious and comfortable, with both a tub and shower. The room had multiple plugs near the desk and nightstand so charging and working were a breeze. The club lounge on the 21st floor was also wonderful, with several hot and cold dishes during happy hour. I also used the lounge as a work area on some days and made good use of the high end Nespresso machines. A couple of other things to note. The hotel is across the street from Central Park, where I worked out each morning. You can imagine that I had a lot of laundry, but there is both a coin laundry and laundry service in the mall across the street. Finally, if you need to grab food or other goods, there is a two-story Lotte store about 200 meters away

The hotel is big and right next to a major conference centre, making it a popular business hotel. The view of the Central Park is very nice, which is just opposite to the hotel. A Hyundai outlet mall is also around 15 mins walk from the hotel while a Lotte Mart is just a few steps away. Very convenient location and the club lounge is also nice with variety of food and drink. The service there is excellent too. But the breakfast lacks variety and is often crowded.

This is by far the best Sheraton Hotel! The staff are exceptional (Shoutout Executive Club Team!) . The maids are constantly working and keep the rooms SO clean! We use it for Staycations. It is one of 4 Marriott Properties in South Korea which takes small dogs. Great location right on Central Park. Excellent Room Service, including Sherin the LG Robot. We'll be back and highly recommend!

Great hotel in Incheon. Best location for family stays and even lay over passengers who stop by just little bit at Korea. There is a big mall which is connected so you can shop Korea’s souvenirs, cosmetics, snacks and so on. In addition, central park is just in front of hotel, and convention center just right next to it. Overall, great room condition, food(club lounge, breakfast and room service), swimming pool, sauna and so on. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The views of Central Park from this hotel are outstanding! Location of the hotel is also great for restaurants and sight seeing. The room was quite nice except that the shower had some dark moldy spots and smelled a little funny. Room service was decent and quick.. Service is slower than other 5 star restaurants and as an example on 2 occasions I had to call for ice twice because it had never been brought to the room after 30-60 minutes. Staff are very friendly and most speak English very well. I was impressed with the spa services though I do feel it is overpriced for what you get. Housekeeping staff was excellent and very detail oriented. The bed sheets were a bit rough but to be fair we stayed in the four seasons prior to coming here so the bar was high. Overall we were really pleased with our stay and would stay again. One recommendation for the hotel is to work on their lighting - the hallways and elevator banks are extremely dark except on the 6th floor bc there’s lots of light from the gym windows. Also the elevators were slower than we would’ve liked and often had a line.

As a 5 star hotel, there is not enough agents on the first floor. There was not enough help with concierge. The room I stayed had good view but outdated. The shower booth door hinge was cracked and door was crooked. The door is glass, so if it was crooked more , it could hit the bottom and break the glass. During the weekend, there were so many young families in the breakfast buffet and I could not enjoy my breakfast.

This was my first stay at the Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel. I had good expectations having heard some details about the hotel from colleagues. It was much better than expected. The staff was extremely busy, but remained professional and very courteous. They managed an incoming flight crew and an ongoing APEC conference with ease. Nicely done. The hotel is elegant, quiet, comfortable, and strategically located near everything. Hungry? I lost count of all the nearby restaurants. Bored? Check out Central Park. Restless? Put on your tennis shoes and go. Did I mention Central Park? Awesome.

After a long flight from SF, we were tired and hungry. We were very fortunate to be greeted by Amy at the check-in desk. So friendly, Amy made us feel truly welcome. She also shared with us some great local recommendations for nearby restaurants. We were surprised and impressed with Incheon and the hotel is located directly across from a large park area which we enjoyed immensely. Thank you Amy for your kindness and the lovely note we received the next day which we will remember. We highly recommend this hotel.
