It was fantastic to get to our venues located right in the heart of the city. Great service. When we asked for it the room was super quiet and the pool was a delight. Disappointing though that the bathrooms throughout the whole hotel do not have bidet.

Not a great experience as we had hoped for an amazing time for first visit to Sydney to celebrate 35th wedding anniversary. The hotel is quite nice as far as decor and comfort but we weren’t met with a warm greeting, especially after I mentioned several times ahead of arrival regarding our anniversary celebration. Our room was average and we were charged for mini bar items we didn’t purchase. It took some time but the charges were finally reversed. The best of this experience was the concierge club with a great breakfast spread and service, otherwise I’d not recommend for a great celebration experience.

I recently stayed at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park. The location is excellent, very central, and convenient for exploring the city. The lounge has a great view, and I would recommend it—special thanks to Akash and Sharnae, who assisted me during check-in. However, the reception staff overall were disappointing. As an Ambassador member, the treatment I received was not up to standard. Other guests were also visibly frustrated during check-in, and I was assigned a particularly poor room (#0511). Luckily, I was only staying one night, so it wasn’t a major issue, but this clearly reflects a problem with staff handling and room assignments. Overall, while the location and lounge are great, the reception staff experience needs significant improvement, especially for Ambassador members.

Tedley, their Guest Services Ambassador - outstanding service from a true hospitality professional Tedley, is an absolute asset to the Sheraton. As the guest services ambassador there, he exemplifies everything you'd want in hospitality – professional, genuinely warm, and with just the right touch of humor to make every interaction memorable. What a class act. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction you can tell is second to none. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a regular, Tedley makes you feel looked after. He's the kind of hospitality professional who elevates the entire hotel experince. Marriott international please pay attention. Would be a great trainer, etc, Thanks Tedley much appreciated. Luke

The hotel boasts an excellent location right in front of Hyde Park, making it very convenient for exploring Sydney. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with complete facilities and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff are attentive and responsive, always ready to assist guests. The breakfast experience at the restaurant is outstanding, with a wide selection of dishes and delicious flavors. Additionally, the club lounge on the upper floor offers a delightful atmosphere, especially during happy hour and evening cocktails, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort, hospitality, and a prime location in Sydney.

Google
Great central location to go to shopping and other activities ie Hyde Park and museum. This is our 2nd time at the Seafood buffet with our young children. Parking included when we dined there, it’s a must for us. Perfect place to take the kids. Kids under 3 eat free. Very accommodating for our party of 6 - we needed a table with space for our pram. Lots of carpeted areas for the kids to run away within the hotel.

Wow, we loved our accommodations for our week stay in Sydney. They had our room ready early since we were flying for over 20 hours. The staff is above and beyond. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the Sheraton Club is handy for a light evening snack after a busy day. The location is perfect. I can't say enough about the concierge staff, expecially Tealc.

Google
The Sheraton exceeded my expectations. Service was great from the start, as I arrived before my room was ready and they offered me to use the shower in the gym/spa. Laundry service is great as it is same-day. I also requested a couple of ice packs that were promptly delivered. The restaurant is super good. Breakfast buffet has tons of options and dinner has an excelent menu. I recommend the gnocchi.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here our first trip to Sydney. It's a wonderful hotel right across from Hyde park. Easy walk around the corner to the shopping areas and 10 mins walk to Darling Harbor. A 20 minute walk down to the Opera House easily a lot of things to see on the way. If you are an Elite member and get invited to use the Lounge you'll love the happy hour and the breakfast bar. The Aussies are a wonderfully friendly people and I'd recommend staying here again!

Yelp
This was a wonderful stay in great location in Sydney. The hotel is located right across from beautiful Hyde park, and the St James subway station is also right across the street. Tons of shopping with both a large shopping mall and smaller shopping streets is also right around the corner. Sydney tower is also right next door and accessible through the shopping mall. The lobby area is attractive and contemporary although not particularly grand. A restaurant is on the ground floor and there is also an art gallery and hair salon connected to the lobby. The room was spacious and quite contemporary in its decor. We had a Hyde Park view, and there is a small side sitting area in the room across from the windows. The standard TV channels are available, although there are no streaming apps such as Netflix on the TV as other hotels are offering. The bathroom is large and features the usual amenities as well as a shower and separate bathtub. The real highlight is the amazing Sheraton club lounge on the 21st floor if you've booked a club level room. It is a large lounge with modern contemporary decor and many different types of seating. The breakfast buffet in the lounge is expansive and featured several hot dishes and numerous cold dishes and pastries. The evening appetizer and cocktail service in the lounge is not to be missed. Complimentary beer, wine, sparkling wine, and cocktails plus innumerable hot and cold appetizer choices. A selection of desserts is available as well. The food choices changed each evening, but there were some repeats. You could really make this dinner if you wanted to. The breakfast options were generally the same each morning but were good. Overall this is a great hotel in a great location, and the club lounge is not to be missed!

Yelp
Lovely views, affordable, nice amenities, pristine rooms and excellent location. Added perks include a great downstairs restaurant to reserve high tea and a surprisingly good upstairs restaurant! Nice central location - easy walk to Sydney Opera House, Chinatown, and to the hop on hop off tour bus. Very modern and spacious bathroom. The first shower after our 14 hour flight may be one of my top 3 showers all time. The bush fires have ravaged the country and most days were very smoky. We donated all of our n95 masks to the hotel concierge before we left and they were very grateful. Tips: Bring electric converter - there's one in the room that you can pay to use Make reservations for high tea, they book out. We regret not doing this, but saw other patrons enjoying what looked like a delightful lunch/tea/dessert tasting. Spa upstairs was very good for couples massage Gym was spacious and clean Pool is indoors Hot tub by the pool with nice city views Concierge can exchange small amounts of currency each day

Yelp
A wonderful place to stay in Sydney. The hotel is right across the street from Hyde Park which is beautiful to walk through, and is conveniently located near public transit and numerous restaurants and sights, as well as the rest of the CBD. My room was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and elegant furnishings. Most outstanding at this hotel was its true five-star service. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, friendly, and welcoming. I didn't have to ask for anything as they were always three steps ahead and ready to offer anything I might need. The concierge staff knew the city well and helped with restaurant recommendations that were what I was looking for. All around, an excellent stay.

Yelp
Wow!! Spectacular experience. Stayed here for a week on an extended business trip. Centrally located to Marion Place and Pitt Street. Shopping, business district walkable to bridge, opera house and across from the St. James train station for easy airport access. Al the great food and dining of Rocks area. Lounge room is off the charts. Evening lounge food includes fresh prawn, salmon, full bar, and scrumptious desserts. I'm coming back for sur

Yelp
I would have definitely given 5 stars hadn't they kept me waited for 3 hours even though I clearly mentioned the check-in time months before when I booked the reservation. They tried their best but really couldn't accomodate as probably it's summer time but I had to take shower and head out but postponed my schedule for a couple of hours and lagged behind for the rest of my short trip in SYD. Would love to stay here again only if they want to correct their mistakes and take care of their guests

Yelp
I spent a week here recently. The driver who picked me up from the airport said it is in the top 3-4 hotels in the city which was a good vote of confidence. Really nice gym, pool, steam and sauna on the 22nd floor with a nice view. It is a great location with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance and short walk to the tourist sites as well. The room was well equipped and staff were very courteous. I enjoyed my stay.

Yelp
So I wasn't too sure how this stay was gonna go because when we checked in around 5pm our suite wasn't ready. To be honest this was only a big deal because we were just getting off a 10hr flight with a cranky 1yr old and 3yr old. Once we got into our suite it was amazing. I cant say enough great things about the customer service and hospitality we received. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I'd go back any day!

Yelp
Love this hotel. The gym is on point! There's a balcony that over looks Hyde Park and St Mary's Cathedral. The indoor swimming pool is on the 22nd floor and also has a balcony over looking the park and a little bit of the city. If staying here, request the park view. Much better than staying on the city side. Rooms are super clean. Bed is comfy. Service is good! Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. The museum train stop is right across the street from the park. Great hotel overall

Yelp
Wonderful hotel. Location location location. It's right next to St. James station and a very convenient 15 min or less walk to anywhere you want to be (circular quay and darling harbour included). The breakfast and evening snacks at the club are the best I've seen (oysters, prawn) and they have a great selection of wine. The rooms are updated and well equipped with robes, excess USB and regular outlets, and plush bedding. I would love to return. Oh and the park views... simply beautiful, especially at sunset. Staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

Yelp
We had a bit of a hiccup checking in - we were promised early check in, with a time we could arrive with the room ready. When we arrived, they told us the room was not ready - because the person occupying the room was STILL THERE! They granted us access to the lounge upstairs but nothing was really going on that day. Fantastic location super close to the opera house, very spacious rooms, turndown service, large gym with lots of machines and an indoor rooftop pool. The breakfast in the lounge changes day to day and a great ambiance with various indoor and outdoor seating. There are stairs getting up to the hotel entrance and Tedly, who works downstairs helping direct traffic was AMAZING and so friendly in helping us with our bags out of the hotel and into the car during our departure. He definitely made up for the hiccup checking into the hotel!

Yelp
This hotel knows how to do everything right! We checked in after a long boat trip followed by a long flight from Suva, Fiji. We were upgraded four categories based on my husband's elite status with Marriott; trust me, after the day we had, it was welcomed! The check in desk was great .. met with a smile; courtesy and graciousness. We were on our way to our beautiful room that had a beautifully appointed decor and view of Hyde Park in less than 5 minutes. The bathroom was in dark and light marble ; the bedroom portion was very nice. The sheets were very luxe! The best part beyond the staff here: The Concierge Club! Breakfast is a heavy continental; we opted for the full buffet in Feast as part of our , Marriott Welcome Gift. So worth it! This Club serves caviar ; oysters; fresh chilled sushi; prawns ; amazing canapés ; champagne ; local beer; wines .. gratis , IF you belong ! They will check and don't be a that person and fake it .. that's gross and tacky. The views from the Concierge Club are superb at sunset. Cappuccino here is also very good. The Feast on Level 1 had a sumptuous breakfast buffet with made to order eggs and noodles. There is also an amazing Seafood Feast here and I recommend reserving. The fitness center here is all it should be ; Christian the concierge wasn't that helpful with dinner reservations, but was completely on point with wine tasting rooms ! This hotel is in the center of it all and very posh. Lots of high end shopping near , as well, as average. Great places to eat off property too.. and you are in a few moments of Circular Quay and Sydney Harbor. This is all the amazing every great hotel should be!

Yelp
Sheraton on the Park have an indulgent treat for your week. Celebrate your Monday to Friday afternoon with High Tea & Bubbles at The Gallery in the hotel. Sheraton on the Park is one of Sydneys most iconic hotels, located right across Hyde Park. Boasts picture perfect afternoons, so settle in for an indulgent High Tea with your friends, family or loved ones this autumnal season. Delight on three tiers of sweet and savoury bites masterfully created by the hotels talented pâtissier and tea or coffee for $59 pp or with a glass of Ruinart Blanc De Blancs for $80 pp.

Yelp
The good, the great, and the ugly Really the extraordinary, the magnificent, and the ugly...but that isn't nearly so good a riff off the movie title. Everywhere but the reception desk service was extraordinary as was the Sheraton Club lounge, 'rooftop' indoor pool/spa, and the interior of the room. And the location is magnificent. Walking distance to most of Sydney's tourist attractions (Opera House, Anzac Memorial, Chinatown, Botanical Gardens, etc.), across the street from the St. James station with subway access to the rest of the city, and cabs always waiting out front. The ugly came in two parts. After multiple attempts (then investigation via website) I found out that the hotel's signature restaurant, The Feast, doesn't take reservations for one. I would suggest they rip out a pair of four tops and replace them with a communal table as seen at many of Manhattan's better restaurants. But the worse bit of ugliness for me (which doesn't affect most guests) was my lower floor room assignment in our new post-Marriott merger world. I'm (new world) Titanium, reserved the best 'normal' room in the hotel, allocated SNAs to the hotel many months ago, and up through the day I checked in there were higher floor suites available for the length of my stay. It was possible though highly unlikely that every Hyde Park view room on every floor above mine was occupied with Ambassador and/or other Titanium guests. Particularly given the coronavirus fears and monsoon-like weather. What was impossible (since their website showed availability) is that a higher floor suite was unavailable. What was unforgivable was that the gentleman at reception treated my request for a higher floor room or upgrade as nothing but an imposition. No discussion of availability if I was willing to switch rooms during my stay, nor of switching to a partial Hyde park view room on a higher floor, nor (obviously) of being upgraded to a suite. His attitude was 'This is the room you reserved...take it or leave it.'

Yelp
Honestly awful "high tea." It has been many years since I've experienced service this poor anywhere. The spread of desserts is beautiful, but the flavour doesn't back up the looks. For example the "creme brûlée" was more like sugar cream with liquid sugar on top. The little sandwiches looked lovely but I can't eat them: wheat allergy. As prearranged they had made me a gluten free set. It sounds like a good thing. Unfortunately the gluten free sandwiches were on stale gluten free bread like you used to find a decade ago before good gluten free products were available everywhere and instead of the lovely selection of egg salad, beef, chicken (many options) of the full gluten counterpart, it was a MASSIVE plate of soggy salad and old dry cooked salmon. Same on every one. Soggy and not nice on bad bread. Pic included for later. 1/5 stars isn't for the food though, it's for the horrible service. The establishment isn't even close to full and yet I've seen the server three times in 2hrs (had to wave him over after trying for 15 minutes). I don't understand why it's so slow to fill a tea pot when the food is self service. Our server is nice, but the manager is useless. The actual worst service I've experienced in Sydney in a decade or 2. Obviously the Sheraton brand has gone severely down hill.

Yelp
Nice hotel in a great location. I unfortunately was sick when I arrived and the hotel staff helped me find a doctor that was able to come to my room for a consultation. The hotel Buffett is also quite good. Recommended if you are coming out to Sydney for a visit.

Yelp
Stayed at this beautiful hotel in late November 2018 and was so impressed. Upon checking in in the evening, my son dropped his phone while getting into the elevator. We were horrified since, it went through the small space between the floor and the elevator. The hotel manager, Mr. Kim, was super kind and had it retrieved the very next day. The hotel had to call a sublet company to stop the elevator to get beneath it in order to retrieve the cell phone. The club lounge is absolutely one of the best! Take the time to go out on the balconies to take in the views. It will take your breath away. The location of this hotel is fantastic to get around the city.

Yelp
Let's be honest - if you're coming here to have the buffet, you've probably starved yourself the whole day. Don't worry, I'm not judging, I'm agreeing. Always reserve a table beforehand, it will make proceedings go much smoother. The staff are nice and friendly just as you expect from a five star hotel. But let's get serious and talk about the food. I love seafood so much and nothing makes me happier than seeing oysters freshly shucked and crabs over ice. Only little compliant I have is sometimes bits of shells get into the oyster (probably due to the fact they're stacked on top of each other). But I can overlook that because the balmain bugs, prawns and lobster that are there makes up for it. Moving on to the hot food, which changes every time you visit here, it really doesn't disappoint (though in my case, I've already eaten a few dozen oysters so I'm starting to slow down). They have this whole cooked salmon, which was perfectly cooked and oh so yummy and their roast beef is always on point. Lastly, the dessert bar. Re-read that last sentence. This is the best part of the night. The cheesecakes, the triple layer chocolate mousse cake, the creme brûlée, the incredible panna cotta's, the pavlova. SOMEONE HELP ME! Seriously, if you aren't sold on coming, I don't know what else to say. So start saving (it's quite pricy, at $85 a head) and come here to indulge. I don't know you personally but it seems like you've deserved this!!

Yelp
This restaurant deserves every star rating given to it. Today (as at the time of writing this) was the third time I have eaten at this restaurant, since claiming fame from the old Botanica Brasserie back in 2012. It is clear that Sheraton on the Park are clearly putting an abundance of effort into the presentation, service and food quality of this restaurant. Find yourself in the foyer of this popular, luxury hotel, and head up the stairs to level 1. Then you're in food paradise for either lunch or dinner. To keep the whole experience exciting, this restaurant adopts a theme for specific times of the year. For example, right now (again, as at the time of writing this) they've adopted a "Christmas in July" theme. The buffet areas are decorated with gingerbread houses, and of course santa. For starters, I arrived and sat near a window with impeccable views of gorgeous Hyde Park. I was given this experience as a gift to celebrate a recent university and life accomplishment, and my boyfriend came along with me, although he was held up with a client at work. Drinks wise, I enjoyed a bottle of Santa Vittoria sparkling. Great attention to detail was paid. As the glasses were running on empty, the staff poured us some top ups. I also enjoyed two glasses on Moet and Chandon. The latter was a perfect accompaniment with my entrée - naturally some fresh seafood. I've always (and recently re-confirmed) enjoyed their oysters and prawns. There was even a gluten free vinaigrette oyster, with a nice mellow flavour. All the props to wash ones hands afterwards were there. The mains encompassed a real Christmas (hearty) roast theme. Saw some pork crackling, and it looked divine. I went for some fish, chicken, vegetables and pumpkin, together with some mussels. The cous cous looked amazing. My boyfriend devoured his mains, and even went back for seconds. Have never seen him so passionate about food, even though he appreciates fine dining as equally as I do. Before dessert, I used my side dish to grab a couple more oysters and prawns. So glad I did. Perfection, freshness and quality without needing any sauces and lemon wedges to dazzle it up. The desserts were also amazing. Loved the passionfruit cake, as well as a pavlova like wafer dish. Enjoyed the fruit truffles. There were even some beautiful mince pies available for the taking. It is easy to fill yourself up at buffets, yet at Feast Restaurant at Sheraton on the Park, the experience is rather civilised with awesome ambience intertwined. You come here a bit hungry (advised), however you leave here feeling just right and not bloated. Anything you want, the staff will do as much as they can to go the extra mile for you. Finishing off with a cafe latte (my man ordered the skinny latte) was an amazing way to finish off an amazing hour of lunch. Worth taking time away from the office and clinic for. Bliss. Heavenly bliss. NB:Trading hours featured in this review are for the lunch service.

Yelp
It's a bit pricey but it was great though. They refill seafood all the time. Oysters were fresh but there was no good sauce to eat with. I would like to go back sometime. Great service here!
google avatar

Yelp
After trying over a dozen buffets in Sydney i can honestly say this is the best one I've been to in Sydney in terms of quality, variety & value for the price per head. If you're a big fan of seafood like i am that's definitely their specialty both fresh and cooked. I personally stock up on oysters, prawns, lobsters and i tried my first seafood chowder there that was amazing i went back for several bowls! Bonus is if you're a SPG member you get around 15% discount ;)

Yelp
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in May 2019. We had two rooms - the first a standard park view room for the first portion of our stay and then a room with a terrace (which had amazing views of the park and harbor) for the second portion. We had checked into another hotel for the second portion of our stay, but despite the great view of the opera house we much preferred the Sheraton and checked back in! Great lounge with nice breakfast, good gym, walking access to many city points (opera house, harbor, shopping, Darling Harbor, etc.). Staff provided impeccable service. Would definitely stay at the Sheraton Grand during our next visit to Sydney.

Lovely hotel, with friendly staff. Really great experience. Walking distance to most everything!

Yelp
This place used to be a 5/5 rated place in my books but it hasn't made even 4 stars in the last few years. I've been coming to the Sheraton for the seafood feast since 2009. Over the last few years I have seen the quality of the food decline. It was once pretty much perfect, a great assortment of quality seafood, roasts and desserts, but the seafood in particular has been declining as of late, the various savoury dishes have started to taste more and more bland, the salads, breads and cheeses are still the same as they have always been, the desserts are a little hit and miss but that depends on how well behaved the other guests are on the day and how quickly the desserts are replenished. The wait staff have consistently been most helpful so at least that service is still top notch. Another gripe I have noticed is for years and years I've been able to leave my cars parked out the front of the foyer as they simply can not get down their steep tight driveway and it also makes the hotel look more elegant when there are expensive Italian Supercars parked out the front of the hotel entrance, I don't feel comfortable having them parked in a public parking station where absent minded/jealous people can and have damaged my vehicles, now they don't allow you to leave your cars out the front anymore under the supervision of the valet personnel. I gave in once and took the Bentley as it's the only one of my cars that can safely make it down their twisty car park driveway, payed $75 for "valet service" which was all good when I arrived and they took the car, but when it was time to leave, you have to go to reception, pay the "valet service" they give you a ticket, and instead of getting your car from where you dropped it off, you are required to go down stairs into the car park, find where somebody else has parked your car (it's extremely frustrating aimlessly wandering around a car park looking for your car where you don't know where it was parked by someone else) and once you find it, try and exit the car park yourself. I do fail to see what the "valet service" is? You pay $75 for half a valet service job, the whole point of valet service is you don't worry about the parking and retrieval of your car... I hope the food experience and the added extras (parking issues) are resolved soon.

Yelp
Ended up staying here by last resort as my preferred hotel was sold out. Turned out to be a GREAT experience and one where I would choose this hotel again. The location was beautiful across from Hyde park (nice for walks and relaxing in mid afternoon ), minutes from royal botanical gardens and 12-15 minute walks to either Darling Harbour or Cicular quay! Shopping literally around the corner , huge mall of many levels and entry for Sidney tower with revolving restaurant for 360 degree view. Pool was nice (indoor on 22nd floor)however very small outdoor area for sunning (has only 6 chairs), The spa looked beautiful however did not do any services to comment on. Executive lounge staff OUTSTANDING ! Beautiful views , attentive staff and accommodating !

Yelp
By far the best buffet restaurant I've ever been to. Very expensive but so worth it. The seafood is as fresh as anything and the desserts are to die for!

Yelp
We couldn't have asked for a better experience at this Sheraton. The staff are professional and kind. We chose this hotel over the Marriott that is closer to Circular Quay based on previous reviews, and I do not regret that decision at all. The walk to Circular Quay is about 10-15 minutes and all downhill. If you want, you can grab the light rail for less than a dollar US back up the hill and it drops off a block or so away from the hotel. The club lounge itself has been wonderful, as eating out in Sydney can be very expensive. The "continental" breakfast is more than continental - it's got a myriad of choices - from eggs and meats to pancakes and potatoes, fruit, pastries, cheeses, breads, etc. The evening canapés and cocktails are hearty enough to have as a meal, the choices are all quite filling. The club staff is especially helpful and attentive. I was worried about crowds based on some previous reviews, but we haven't had any issues getting a table when we've been to the club. Hyde Park across the street is beautiful and we got a Platinum upgrade to a park view room, which has been wonderful. The bed is super comfy and the sheets are high quality. My favorite part might be the enormous bath towels in the bathroom - they're huge and soft. It has been a great stay, and if I ever find myself in Sydney again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Yelp
First, I always find it unprofessional for restaurants who use pictures to sell the consumer on what's on their buffet, and when you show up, none of it exists. This is exactly how it is at the Feast Buffet! It is not worth the HEAVY price they charge! Their picture shows lobster and king crab. None exists. They didn't replenish the sashimi tray the whole time I was there for hours. Buyer beware! Not worth half the price!
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful bar in the Sheraton Hotel - Conservatory Bar on the mezzanine level away from the busy, plush restaurant in the lobby. You can sit and watch sport or have a drink. Beer and wine are served with bowls of peanuts. So you don't order the peanuts - they just arrive on your table. It was a great atmosphere for a meeting. I met up with my financial advisors and we chose to sit on the tall bar-stools around a table. There were a few different options for seating arrangements, you could sit on more lounge style leather chairs or booths too. There was a beautiful big wrought iron chandelier over the bar and the ceiling was all window a very nice effect.

Yelp
Their weekend high tea buffet is a must try! High quality ingredients, an excellent spread and a relaxing atmosphere. Recommended to Sydney-siders and tourists alike

Yelp
I went to Feast for the buffet lunch on Saturday. Amazing, can't recommend highly enough! The best buffet I've been to in years, perhaps ever.

Yelp
This is a great hotel! Within walking distance of most of Sydney's major attractions, rooms absolutely top notch and has a great gym, sauna, steam room and pool. Breakfast spread second to none and a concierge lounge offering many great snacks and finger food. THE BEST QUALITY of this hotel is the people who work here. They are so professional and well-mannered that you stand straighter in their presence. People will greet you entering the hotel making you feel at home. Special kudos to Tedley, Bill and Josh, who would always stop and talk to me when entering or exiting the hotel. Delmar at the concierge desk had immense knowledge of Sydney. And the concierge lounge... Just wow. Being greeted by Daan and his great staff like the beautiful Anneth or Carolina who will treat you like you are family. I am forever touched by these people. They truly represent the best of professional and remarkable people bringing Australia to a cut above the rest of the world. It is worth it to come to Sydney just to experience the people at the Sheraton Grand.

Yelp
Sheraton on the park is a great hotel in Sydney. With its central location, a short walk to the opera house, the waterfront, as well as tons of shopping, it has a lot to offer. The rooms are befitting a 4 or 5 star hotel. Being an SPG member gave us access to the club floor, where the chef prepared excellent breakfasts and great evening appetizers. The views of the park and cathedral were amazing from that floor. The pool and spa were beautiful. Staff extremely friendly and courteous. Definitely worth the expense
