Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with complete facilities and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff are attentive and responsive, always ready to assist guests. The breakfast experience at the restaurant is outstanding, with a wide selection of dishes and delicious flavors. Additionally, the club lounge on the upper floor offers a delightful atmosphere, especially during happy hour and evening cocktails, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort, hospitality, and a prime location in Sydney.

The Sheraton exceeded my expectations. Service was great from the start, as I arrived before my room was ready and they offered me to use the shower in the gym/spa. ||||Laundry service is great as it is same-day. I also requested a couple of ice packs that were promptly delivered. ||||The restaurant is super good. Breakfast buffet has tons of options and dinner has an excelent menu. I recommend the gnocchi.

We have stayed in this hotel many times. A frequent flyer! We have always had wonderful experiences and always use the Club Lounge. Sol, Thea and team always look after us, have looked after my Dad prior his passing and help me when I have major health issues. Yesterday afternoon I checked in at the last minute. I was on my own as my husband was unavailable. The staff looked after me so well, helped me with mobility, organised a late checkout so my husband could come in to help me pack, checked in on me a few times, booked me in on the 21st floor so I could be near the lounge and attended to my every need. Always the best service. Thank you to Thea Jimenez who bent over backwards to ensure I was safe, happy and fed! I just can't thank the team enough.

I completed 8-nights at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park and had a wonderful stay! The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. I got to know several of the staff in the Sheraton Lounge - including Chau, Sol, Juliette, and Elisa (plus more!) - and they consistently made me feel at home, welcoming me every time with a smile. The lounge commands lovely views of Sydney and features a scrumptious breakfast and evening canapé spread daily. The hotel is located across from Hyde Park, an oasis in a bustling city, and is also across the street from the St. James Metro station which connects you to/from Sydney Airport. The hotel also features a lovely pool and spa, including sauna and steam room. This hotel is my first choice whenever in Sydney. I look forward to returning in the future!

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand Hyde Park while in Sydney for the Sydney Marathon, and it was the perfect choice! The location is unbeatable - right across from Hyde Park and within walking distance to the Opera House, Harbour, and other Sydney highlights.||||The service was outstanding throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, room service was excellent, and every interaction with the staff felt warm and professional. My room was spacious and comfortable;exactly what I needed for rest and recovery around race day.||||The amenities made the stay even more special. The rooftop pool with stunning views was a great place to relax, and the women’s spa was a rejuvenating treat after all the running. Having these options right at the hotel made the trip feel both energizing and restorative. I also enjoyed the Sheraton Club on the 21st Floor.||||I’d highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Hyde Park to anyone visiting Sydney - whether for a big event like the marathon or just to enjoy the city. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip!

It's the only hotel that I stay at when I'm in Sydney and for good reasons: Every single staff member that I've encountered are always exceptional. The check-in and check-out process are always a breeze. The rooms are always clean. The sizes are great, you'll always have plenty of room. If you happen to get the park view, the views are STUNNING. It's right in the middle of everything. Most of the places you'd want to visit are usually in walking distance, or if you need to take a taxi it usually doesn't cost me an arm a leg. Room service is impeccable. The food is great and they have a good range (they have good choices for kids too) and the price for it I think is reasonable.

Very fancy and posh was the immediate feeling I had when walking through the entrance for the first time. The hotel provided excellent service with concierge eager to offer their assistance. The staff were all friendly and professional. The room we booked was immaculate and a good size without feeling pokey. The bathroom was also spacious and had a good sized shower and also had a bath tub. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was in the city and was close to good coffee, restaurants and shopping.

I just took my 9 year old daughter to the Build a bear high tea buffet. Amazing experience, the display was gorgeous. All the staff were so friendly and just amazing. A huge compliment to Ogi who waited on us, he is a treasure to your hotel. The food was delicious and so much variety. You made my daughter and my day so memorable and fun. Thankyou ⭐️
