Sheraton Grand Warsaw

Perfectly convenient location for both work and tour purposes. It is within walkable distance to the old town. Just ten minute drive to the business area too. Hotel receptionists are efficient and cordial. Service by the staff at the bar was also as good as you would expect for Sheraton. Room maintenance can improve though. For example, the drainage in the bathtub was keep getting clogged or not cleared properly during daily house keeping. I had to request someone to check while I was outside and keep reminding them to do proper cleaning. This problem persisted till my last day. Phone was faulty but they did fix this issue promptly. FYI the house keeping does not refill the water so you have to do it yourself at the water dispenser on your floor.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw. We had access to the Club lounge and really enjoyed what it had to offer. The first day we visited the lounge, we were greeted very warmly by Jusztyna. She made us feel so welcome and since we had so many questions about what to see and do in Warsaw, she put us in contact with the concierge, Magdalena. Magdalena offered wonderful advice on the museums we should see and restaurants we could try. She also arranged for a lovely city tour for us. Both Justyna and Magdalena really made our stay at the Sheraton a memorable experience.

I am currently staying long-term at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw, and I am very satisfied with both its location and services. What impressed me the most was the Club Lounge manager, who welcomed me with such warmth that it truly felt like being part of a family. The lounge service, food and beverages, as well as the selection of drinks, were all outstanding and exceeded my expectations. As a long-term guest, I truly appreciate the thoughtful care and genuine hospitality provided to Ms. Justyna at the Club lounge and Mr. Francsico on the lobby.

Wow Wow Wow - First time in lovely Warsaw and we could not have found a better home base for our three days of exploration in late Sept 25. This nicely appointed Sheraton was only made better by the extraordinary staff! Everyone was fabulous to work with and demonstrated true hospitality and joy in their execution. A special shout out to Justyna in the club - her bright and helpful countenance was always ready to greet us in our evenings after touring the amazing city. Good on you Poland, Good on you Sheraton Grand Warsaw - we will be back!

I can't say enough about this hotel. So well located a quick 25 minute walk from the train station with a tonne of restaurants around. The service was impeccable with the bar preparing a grill cheese for my 3 year old to Olga who checked us in on August 13 and Francisco who arranged our taxi while we had a quick breakfast and ensured all our luggage was loaded by the time we got down. My husband and I travel a lot and this hotel was definitely in our top 3! Thank you for your hospitality.

Justyna was wonderful at Club Lounge. She shared history of Poland with us. She was always very helpful. Keep up the good work! ||Club Lounge runs very well. Staff was quick to resolve any issues.

I had a fantastic experience at the Sheraton Warsaw Hotel. The location is perfect-close to the city center but in a quiet, green area. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel restaurant served excellent meals. I especially appreciated the elegant atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!💕

Overall good , short stay . Rooms and business lounge were amazing and spacious. Majority of the staff were welcoming and accommodative, while front desk was doing their job good , with little or no smile. Rooms design is classical , while recently renovated. In general can recommend for guest liking upscale with reasonable price.
