Sheraton Grand Warsaw

Over the last few years, I’ve spent dozens of nights at this Warsaw hotel, and it has become one of those places I return to with genuine pleasure. From my very first stay, what stood out was the warm, almost family-like atmosphere. You can feel that this hotel is shaped by people who truly care, not just by procedures. With time, that impression has only grown stronger, because the quality here is not occasional. It is consistent.||A major part of this experience is the reception team, who set the tone the moment you arrive. Anna, Zofia, Michał, and Jakub are consistently welcoming, efficient, and attentive. They combine professionalism with natural kindness, so every check-in, question, or request feels easy and handled with calm confidence. You never feel like a number. You feel genuinely looked after.||The Club Lounge also deserves special recognition. Justyna and Paulina create an atmosphere that is both elegant and comfortable, with great attention to detail and a sincere focus on guest wellbeing. I’ve experienced premium hotel lounges across Europe, including in Vienna, and I can confidently say the Sheraton Warsaw Club Lounge is in a higher league. It is not about location. It is about people, standards, and consistency.||This is a place I’m happy to recommend and even happier to return to, because it represents class, reliability, and a truly human approach to hospitality.

Excellent restaurants and bar. The front desk team were somewhat inexperienced, but friendly. A reasonably priced hotel. I’m not a fan of Marriott properties, as I rarely find the experience particularly special - and this was not an exception. In saying that, it was better than every US Marriott property I have stayed at!

My family and I spent two nights at the Sheraton Hotel, where we were preparing for our wedding ceremony. Elegant, clean rooms, and very friendly, helpful staff. The bridal suite was perfect for organizing all the preparations. The collaboration was smooth and pleasant from the start, with the staff fully engaged throughout the event. All the guests were very pleased. An additional, lovely touch, was the gift from the hotel for the newlyweds, waiting for us in the suite. Special thanks for Mrs Magdalena Kilar and Aleksandra Szpak, who took special care for our pleasant stay at the hotel. I highly recommend it!

Overall the stay was as expected for a Sheraton. Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Will stay again the next time I’m in Warsaw. ||Room|The room is a bit dated in places (wardrobes and bathroom) but doesn’t impact stay. Ideally should have some tumbler style glasses in the room as only wine glasses provided and it would be good to have a mirror near the desk so it can double up as a dressing table. One day housekeeping didn’t tidying my room not a massive issue and all the staff seemed confused why housekeeping had not been to my room when there was no privacy sign and my laundry bag had been collected. ||Lounge|The cocktail period was nice with an array of food and drink options. My one critique is that the space is small and when I arrived secured the last table. ||Restaurant|Breakfast was excellent with a variety of good quality polish and international dishes. The eggs Benedict and polish potato pancake were highlights. However been warned there tend to be long queues at breakfast!! ||Gym|The gym was exceptional for a hotel. It has a lot of equipment, very large with a great sponge type floor so activities such a knee to floor lunges don’t prove an issue. ||Location|Just on the edge of Old Town (Nowy Świat) making it a good location to see the sights but away from the hustle and bustle for a nice quiet stay.

Highly recommend!! Great hotel and great staff!! Beautifully decorated for Christmas! From the moment we drove up, we had a great experience! Francisco was so welcoming and helpful!! He helped us with our luggage, and saw we had a large group with us. He was nice, funny, and made sure we all got our respective luggages delivered correctly! Amazing job!! We had several very hungry family members upon arrival, and at Cucina Mia, Magdalena and Martyna welcomed us so graciously!! These two ladies are angels!! I can’t thank them enough!! They turned the whole evening around!! They made sure everyone had what they wanted. They were SO gracious!! We ordered many items (the broth soup is a must order!) and by the end of the meal, we had full stomachs and big smiles!! Magdalena and Martyna deserve to be recognized for their hospitality and kindness!! Truly angels!! Thank you so much ladies!! The next morning, we were greeted by Robert at breakfast. He is a great host! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a nice selection. The children loved the pancakes!! These four employees made such a huge positive impact on our stay! Their kindness and hospitality is very much appreciated!! I am so grateful! I also want to comment on the rooms— very comfortable bed and pillows! Also, room service and housekeeping were great! Each were very quick to respond to food orders and requests. We asked for more towels, and they arrived in under 5 minutes! We also ordered food, and it was delivered promptly! Wonderful service!!

My stay here was truly memorable — elegant, calm, and effortlessly relaxing from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt genuinely well looked after. I would especially like to recognise Ewelyna and Magdalena, who each brought their own exceptional touch to the experience. Ewelyna ensured everything relating to our stay was handled seamlessly, always with care and professionalism. Magdalena went above and beyond with thoughtful restaurant recommendations and even helped us secure bookings, which made our time in the city even more special. Both demonstrated outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality. They are a real credit to the Sheraton brand, and their attention to detail made all the difference.

Tbh I wasn't expecting this kind of service! The staff was super friendly and helpfull, I do appreciate the professionalism. Honestly. Big shout out to ms Julia, a waitress extraordinaire. Members of staff like her make the Sheraton experience what it is. Exquisite. ||Decor of the place is a bit dated, a refurbishment is well in order. Sort it out guys.

Sheraton represents a certain standard of quality service that I have enjoyed for years in different locations. However, what is going on in the fitness center? You have hired a girl who literally does nothing. On three separate occasions, she just abandoned everything, failing to close the saunas at 10:00 PM. She didn't return my membership card and simply left without a word, acting as if nothing happened. What is this low-quality service? I had to go to the hotel reception twice just to explain the situation and get a duplicate card made. This is worse than a public water park. Such employees shouldn't work in a 5-star hotel. Fix it, and I will fix this review.
