Sheraton Grand Warsaw

My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful 5 day visit to Warsaw staying at this fabulous hotel. The hotel is situated perfectly between the Old Town and Lazienki Park and walking distance to most places. The rooms are large and well set out and the beds are super comfy. We ate on site twice, once in Cucina Mia and once in the lounge area, both of which were really great and the service impeccable. All of the staff from reception, restaurant and housekeeping were friendly and approachable and always made you feel at home with a happy smiling face,||The guest relations manager Magdalena Kilar was so helpful and went out of her way to help us make the most of our visit as it was our first time in Poland. Magdalena recommended a private tour of the city and booked it on our behalf. She also recommended other sights to see and restaurants which were superb and which we thoroughly enjoyed. Her attention to detail was exceptional and she was so friendly. We would recommend talking with her on arrival to make sure you get the best out of your visit. ||We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and could not have asked for a better way to do so. Magdalena’s little ‘surprise’ for us on our last night was so thoughtful and we really appreciated the gesture. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

It is a very nice hotel, but we experienced some issues. Nice room and bathroom, very spacious. Tasty breakfast. Mostly extremely friendly staff. Good gym. But it seems like there is not enough staff for a five star hotel... one morning in the breakfast room the staff struggled tending for the guests, serving coffee, and cleaning up the tables. Room Service was not available when we tried to order.

Perfect 5/5 stay for a Christmas break with family. ||We visited Warsaw for the Christmas markets and history; this hotel provided an amazing stay for just that. The rooms were spacious, clean and warm, and the hotel overall was decorated beautifully. The location is within 25 minute walk to the old town and the majority of the walk was through the Main Street. I cannot provide a review on breakfast etc. as we opted to eat out; however, the restaurant seemed luxurious. ||Overall, an amazing Christmas break staying in the Sheraton Grand.

I had a fantastic experience at the Sheraton Warsaw Hotel. The location is perfect-close to the city center but in a quiet, green area. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel restaurant served excellent meals. I especially appreciated the elegant atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!💕

This hotel is great! It was so nice to see Francisco, Oksana, and Lukasz again and their kindness makes the Sheraton like home. Susanna in the lounge taught us new Polish phrases and was very welcoming and Karolina helped with our breakfast and was very professional. The staff is a great team and made recommendations to help us find everything we needed. Thank you Sheraton team! Looking forward to returning.

Lobby/restaurant/bar are beautifully redone. Fitness center is great, there is no pool. The rooms need some upgrades but are still very nice, no smart tv’s. Check your air conditioning and Mini bar as they didn’t work upon arrival. Otherwise a great stay but until the hotel is upgraded it is a 4 star not 5.

I stayed for my second time at this hotel and the experience was just as great as the first! Mikal checked me in quickly and happily provided some suggested shops for items I was looking for since the concierge was not working. He was spot on! Fransisco was always at the door to offer a helping hand and a welcoming smile. When we were struggling with an address for the Uber, he offered to help to make sure we got to the right spot! And Oksana made my day in the lounge by recommending local food to try and helping me practice my Polish; it was such a comforting experience while away from home! I look forward to the next time I am in town!

This is a wonderful hotel with old fashioned charm, and high standards, while still hosting large conventions. Brilliantly placed. Always very helpful and considerate staff. A comfortable, relaxing bar. Rooms impeccable.
