Sheraton Grand Warsaw

We had a business meeting at the Sheraton Warsaw Grand Hotel and everything went perfectly. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and the beds extremely comfortable. The meeting room was very comfortable and well equipped, making the seminar a great success.||The staff were professional and helpful, but a special mention goes to Ms. Magdalena Kilar — she was absolutely outstanding! Her knowledge, attention to detail, and incredible support, especially with restaurant recommendations and other services we needed, made our stay truly exceptional. A big thanks as well to Ms. Małgosia Garbaczuk for her excellent service.||The hotel’s location is ideal — close to the airport and in the city center. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure stays!|The food was also very delicious and diverse, offering something for every taste.

Lovely hotel. Well situated. Easy to walk to the main sites. Staff were excellent, fantastic language skills. Breakfast was varied and good quality. Our room was very good, clean and comfortable. Our bed was fabulous with lovely bedding.

Perfectly convenient location for both work and tour purposes. It is within walkable distance to the old town. Just ten minute drive to the business area too. Hotel receptionists are efficient and cordial. Service by the staff at the bar was also as good as you would expect for Sheraton. Room maintenance can improve though. For example, the drainage in the bathtub was keep getting clogged or not cleared properly during daily house keeping. I had to request someone to check while I was outside and keep reminding them to do proper cleaning. This problem persisted till my last day. Phone was faulty but they did fix this issue promptly. FYI the house keeping does not refill the water so you have to do it yourself at the water dispenser on your floor.

★★★★☆ Had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Warsaw. The hotel was very clean and quiet, which I really appreciated for a good night's rest. The staff was professional and the overall experience was positive. I didn't have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area during my visit, so I can't comment on the location's convenience or nearby attractions. One minor disappointment was that my room didn't include basic amenities like cotton pads and cotton buds, which I would expect to find in a hotel of this caliber. These small touches would have made the stay even better. Overall, I liked my experience and would consider staying here again.

This is a perfectly located hotel in central Warsaw. Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms, restaurant, and club facilities.||We were very impressed by the assistance we got from the Head Concierge, Magdalena, who helped us a lot during our stay. She was able to set up appointments for us and arrange transport.

I can't say enough about this hotel. So well located a quick 25 minute walk from the train station with a tonne of restaurants around. The service was impeccable with the bar preparing a grill cheese for my 3 year old to Olga who checked us in on August 13 and Francisco who arranged our taxi while we had a quick breakfast and ensured all our luggage was loaded by the time we got down. My husband and I travel a lot and this hotel was definitely in our top 3! Thank you for your hospitality.

Wow Wow Wow - First time in lovely Warsaw and we could not have found a better home base for our three days of exploration in late Sept 25. This nicely appointed Sheraton was only made better by the extraordinary staff! Everyone was fabulous to work with and demonstrated true hospitality and joy in their execution. A special shout out to Justyna in the club - her bright and helpful countenance was always ready to greet us in our evenings after touring the amazing city. Good on you Poland, Good on you Sheraton Grand Warsaw - we will be back!

As a regular visitor at the hotel, I am used to the Excellant service provided by all staff. However following a booking mix up during a maximum occupancy period. The reception staff went above and beyond to assist me. Credit to the entire team fronted by Kuba at that time.
