Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and I must say, it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we checked in, we received personalized service from Khun Pat, who made us feel truly welcome. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with top-notch amenities.As an Elite Gold member, I was treated to the hotel's impressive butler service. After a long day of shopping, we requested for hot drinks, which were promptly delivered to our room. The hotel's location was also a major plus, making it easy for us to travel with the BTS nearby. What truly impressed us, however, was the hotel's commitment to responsive service. Every request we made were met with a prompt and courteous response.Overall,  we are happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional service and amenities. Five stars, without a doubt!

This is a truly wonderful hotel and a real 5 star experience. The staff went completely over and above to ensure our stay was perfect. The pool area was an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had, the choice and quality was outstanding. Location wish this place is perfect- so close to everything. We can’t wait to truck to Bangkok and the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit

Excellent hotel with incredible service! We stayed in the Family Room, which was very spacious (1 room with a king size bed, 1 room with 3 doubles, private interconnecting hallway). The spa and locker room (with steam room, sauna, ample vanity space, and jacuzzi) smelled great and felt well designed and maintained. The pool was gorgeous - lots of greenery and a lagoon shape so it never felt busy. Best pool I think we've ever been to. Breakfast and laundry was included with our family room. We couldn't believe the wide variety of foods from different cuisines, including fresh honeycomb. We will happily return here again one day!

I had a 21 night stay in December 2024, my third stay at this hotel and the second visit in 2024. ||All that needs to said is an excellent experience. Superb service from all the staff. They are obviously well trained in customer service and excell in their jobs. ||The pool area is totally unique and wonderful oasis in the heart of Bangkok. ||I recommend this hotel without reservation. A very smooth operation.

I was there to pick up my tourists so no rating on the room. My experience at this hotel is more about the lobby which is good in general. Lobby staff at the upstairs are at good hospitality, but the one at downstairs... personally, I would avoid to come back again. Probably the person did not know how to communicate wisely to the guests. I have experienced with a nice manner from staff work in a hotel less stars than this and no wonder why this hotel is very adorable and recommended among tourists themselves. Other than this, lobby and toilet are clean and comfy. However, the van to pick up clients cannot be parking on board at the lobby second floor as the height of the ceiling is limited.

Beautiful hotel, but pool area may as well not exist because you can't use it. I've stayed here a few times because I'm a Marriott Titanium, but it will be my last time. By 9:00 am the entire pool area is full of bags, but not people. Maybe 20 percent of the chairs are being used, but the hotel let's people claim seats which sit empty which ruin it for the entire hotel. Also, maybe 6 chairs actually get any sun. So if you want to enjoy a pool as part of your vacation stay elsewhere and don't be fooled by photos. It's too bad, as the hotel has a good location. Stay at the Athanee which is a nicer hotel at a similar price where you can actually use the pool (and there is an option to be in the sun).

Location is super convenient with direct access to metro and mall. Rooms are not too modern but definitely luxurious. Butler service is very nice. A bit on the pricey side for Thailand but quite reasonable for a 5* in general.

The food was delicious, the room was beautiful and clean, and the pool was stunning. Most of the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was great. However, there was one staff member who wasn’t Thai. When I spoke Thai to them, they didn’t respond at all. Even if they couldn’t speak Thai, they should have communicated in English with customers. Instead, they just stood there silently and served other customers who came after me first.! P.S. i was there 2 years ago.
