We had an absolutely wonderful stay! It was my parents’ first time traveling to Bangkok, and the hotel truly made their experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The lobby staff went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and making us feel genuinely cared for. The breakfast was amazing — such a great variety and everything was delicious! A special thank you to the breakfast crew who were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming every morning. We had a small issue with the TV, but maintenance came promptly and fixed it right away. What really impressed us was receiving a heartfelt apology letter along with chocolates — such a thoughtful and classy gesture! This level of service made our stay truly special. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

The hotel provides direct access to the BTS Skytrain and is seamlessly connected to Terminal 21, making shopping and exploring Bangkok effortless. The guest rooms are spotless, well-appointed, and designed for comfort. Breakfast features a wide and impressive selection, catering to a variety of tastes. The swimming pool area is beautifully landscaped, creating a lush and tranquil oasis amid the vibrant city surroundings. Dining at the hotel is a highlight, with excellent cuisine served in an inviting and elegant atmosphere. The front desk team delivers outstanding service, ensuring every stay is smooth, welcoming, and memorable.

Journey Back in Time, Right in the Heart of Bangkok This stay at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel reminded me exactly why I love the Luxury Collection so much. This is officially my 5th Luxury Collection hotel, and it truly delivered a strong sense of place. The location could not be more perfect, right on Sukhumvit Road and directly connected to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, yet the moment you step inside, it feels like Bangkok from another era. I stayed in their Thai traditional themed Rama Suite, and the vibe was unreal. Spacious, elegant, and deeply rooted in Thai history, it felt like being transported far away from the modern city outside. I loved spending time by the Thai themed main pool, surrounded by beautiful statues and plenty of lounging space. Dining was another highlight, especially the famous Le Petit Chef experience at the lounge. An immersive 5 course dinner with a playful competition theme, featuring dishes inspired by France, Italy, Spain, and Japan, paired beautifully with wine. The gin library at the lounge also deserves a special mention. A vast selection of gin, and the gin flight with four different styles paired with mixers was such a fun experience. Above all, the service stood out the most. Warm, soulful, and undeniably Thai. Everything about this hotel celebrates locality and history, and I cannot recommend it enough, especially their Thai themed suites.

Stayed here over the weekend for my birthday and had such a lovely experience.||The location is perfect - close to BTS/MRT and shopping malls - super convenient for getting around.||From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The hotel surprised me by decorating the room with a birthday theme, plus a cake and complimentary drinks, which was such a nice touch.||The room itself was spacious, very clean, and honestly amazing - super comfortable and well maintained.||The swimming pool is beautiful, with a tropical and very peaceful vibe. I really loved relaxing by the pool and in the jacuzzi.||The gym is well equipped with cardio machines, weights, and both dry and steam saunas. A great place to work out and unwind.||Breakfast at Orchid Cafe was excellent, with plenty of choices and great quality. Really enjoyed it.||The evening cocktail hours at the Living Room were also very good. The food and drinks were nice, and the chill atmosphere with jazz music made it even better.||Most of all, the staff were amazing - always polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made me feel welcomed and looked after throughout my stay.||My heart was full.

Where True Luxury Meets Genuine Hospitality in Bangkok This was my first stay at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, even though I have stayed many times at Marriott hotels across Bangkok. I honestly never considered this hotel before, but I’m very glad I finally did. I booked five nights in January 2026, and it turned out to be one of my best hotel experiences in Bangkok. The hotel is truly luxurious, with an outstanding ambiance and a level of service that is second to none across all venues. A real highlight was the daily jazz session from 18:00–20:00, with excellent music, drinks, and finger food, the perfect way to start every evening. I also greatly enjoyed Rossini’s Restaurant, which offers excellent dinners and a superb breakfast experience with both buffet and à la carte options. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Rittidon and Ms. Praewrung Suttiwong for their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. After casually mentioning my love for Thai green curry at breakfast, they surprised me the next morning with an outstanding green curry that was not even on the menu, a memorable gesture I will never forget. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to all major attractions and transportation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, outstanding service, and a complete Bangkok experience.

Hotel is just right across Terminal 21 Mall and just a few steps away from the metro station. Hotel staff are friendly, approachable and very hospitable. Breakfast buffet have a wide array of choices, and the servers are truly attentive to your needs. You'll want to stay here again on your next Bangkok visit.

This was my first time traveling to Thailand, and the staff truly made my experience worth the journey. The hotel is conveniently located near several malls and the train station, making it easy to get around. The hotel also offers activities on certain days, which were both educational and fun. There was a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. Overall, the hotel was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Amazing hotel and service in a great neighborhood. Wife and I had a couples massage that far surpassed anything in the west. The breakfast buffet was wonderful; there was something for everyone. The surrounding neighborhood has many gems worth checking out. Pool area dining is excellent. Lastly, the staff are some of the kindest people you’ll meet. Can’t wait to come again.
