Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok

Wonderful stay with great breakfast and service. The hotel itself is not brand brand new anymore but it is still an excellent choice for luxurious accommodation in Bangkok Sukhumvit. |The pool area is quite small but cosy, has a jacuzzi, and is full of greenery. Almost feels like being in the jungle. I loved the service here as well. Please know that at the weekends there might be more guests with children. During my stay they enjoy a lot of time in the pool and were more on the noisy side. So, if you like relaxing in silence this might be an issue for you.||If you like good entertainment and music at the weekend, you will enjoy the great live performances of cover bands in the hotel bar and we even had the chance to listen to great live Jazz Sessions. ||Overall: Wonderful stay and I recommend it definitely 👍🏻

Staying at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit means being right in the center of one of Bangkok’s most vibrant areas. The hotel has a direct skybridge to the BTS Asok station and MRT Sukhumvit, which makes getting around the city effortless. Terminal 21 mall is just across the road, while countless restaurants, cafes, and nightlife options are within walking distance. For anyone wanting convenience without compromising comfort, the location is hard to beat.||The real highlight, though, is the service. From the moment you arrive, the staff are consistently warm, professional, and attentive. Check-in is seamless, and small details—like remembering guest preferences, anticipating needs, or offering helpful local tips—set the tone for a stay that feels personal rather than transactional. Service at the restaurants and pool is equally polished, with staff balancing efficiency and genuine hospitality.||In a city with no shortage of luxury hotels, what makes Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit stand out is this combination of unbeatable location and a service culture that feels both sincere and world-class. It’s the kind of place you leave already planning your return.||I would like to thank the hotel staff for their service and their assistance during one of my emergency situations, i cannot thank you enough for taking good care of me. Ambassador elite. 6 nights - luxury suite In a city where excellent service is the norm; the Sheraton grand is exceptional. Staff are very friendly, professional and engaging. Hotel is clean and well maintained. I ordered flowers for the room, and this arrangement exceeded my expectations. It was also very easy to order a car, you just wait inside the lobby and the car comes up the ramp to pick you up, no need to walk outside like other people have suggested etc.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast had so many choices that you can't try everything in one time. And it tasted really well. I personally had some difficulties with the taste of the juices but my relatives liked them so as one's taste. The room service was impeccable and done according to the book. I only found the baggage handler not so gentle as my suitcase was lightly damaged. About the traffic around the hotel, if you aim to get a taxi, be aware of the traffic jam as the hotel is next to shopping areas. I recommend you take public transport (next to the hotel) to get faster to your destination. A shopping center, restaurants and spas are accessible by foot (only 2-5 minutes by foot). So in all the hotel was above my expectations as the staff was the kindest I ever met. Thank you for that Sheraton !

This was our second stay at this hotel and confirmed it as our preferred hotel in Bangkok, having stayed at several other 5 star resorts in the city. The location is right in the heart of Sukhumvit and connected by walkway directly to Terminal 21 mall and the Asok BTS station which is not only convenient but also a lifeline considering Bangkok’s tropical climate. I will say it’s not the most relaxing location, with lots of traffic and tourists around, but the hotel itself is an oasis.||One of the things I really noticed here is the presence of management overseeing all aspects of service. I noticed them at breakfast, at the pool, the bar etc…constantly checking standards of service and giving instructions to the other employees in a discreet fashion. It shows in the quality of service provided. ||We had breakfast at both the main ground floor area and in the Bonvoy members’ restaurant on the 1st floor and enjoyed both, although I actually preferred the main breakfast and felt the service there was better and more friendly (for families, in any case). The pool is exquisite and a really relaxing area in the middle of this crazy city, we spent many hours there and the service is very good but not intrusive. They kindly arranged for me to play tennis at another Marriott property in advance of my visit, which was very easy to arrange and seamless. One area of improvement would be the gym in my opinion, where the weights and cardio equipment are in completely separate rooms on different floors. The weights area although large is very dated and windowless. It’s not a particularly nice area to work out in. ||We hope to stay again on our next trip to Bangkok!

The resort I visited is undeniably the most beautiful I’ve ever been to—no question about that (though, of course, that’s only on the inside). The white-glove service from start to finish was impeccable. This was my first time there, and honestly, I was blown away by the level of opulence and refinement. ||Unfortunately, my last stay coincided with my birthday, and I forgot my wallet at home in Taipei. My companion assured me it was no big deal because, after all, it was my special day. Let this serve as a general warning to anyone reading: never blindly trust the "nice guy." Create your own dream vacation and don’t rely on others to make it happen! Despite the mishap, I did my best to enjoy the resort—every inch of which is beyond opulent. ||After speaking with management, I have to say they handled my concerns swiftly and professionally—I’ve never felt that a resort genuinely cares about guest feedback, especially for a seemingly minor grievance like mine. It was the inability to fully indulge in the amenities and the spa that I was most looking forward to for my birthday. ||So, ladies and gentlemen, don’t be overly trusting of the seemingly "nice" person. Welcome them if you'd like, but traveling solo can be an incredible experience here. There are several "herbal enhancements" right outside, and a beautiful rotunda that leads to a bridge over the street. From there, just follow the paths—be safe! ||I cannot wait to return, most likely alone, to truly savor everything this stunning, elegant, and refined resort has to offer.

I'm back here after all these years, and it's still awesome! 😀 Good stuff: The staff is super friendly. Huge props to housekeeping, they're pros! Food's amazing. The rooms are big. I especially loved the walk-in closet. 🤔 Could be better: The AC is loud. The location is a traffic nightmare. Check-out wasn't as smooth, the staff seemed a little rude.

I like how close the hotel is to Asok train station as well as Terminal 21 mall. It's easy to get around with train rather than car due to Bangkok traffic. Therefore the location of the hotel is very convenient, the train station is directly connected to the hotel via pedestrian bridge. The hotel staffs are very kind and friendly, they are also very helpful in helping us when we ask questions. I expect nothing less of Thai hospitality, kudos to the staffs. The room were big and bed are super comfortable, the bathroom is also spacious. Housekeeping did an immaculate job of cleaning. The food at the hotel are halal and super delicious, I find it worth it that I stayed with the breakfast package. My friend and I even ordered in room dining because the food were good. Gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool, spa are also accessible easily to hotel guest on the 3rd floor. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely come again to stay in the future.
