Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok

I like how close the hotel is to Asok train station as well as Terminal 21 mall. It's easy to get around with train rather than car due to Bangkok traffic. Therefore the location of the hotel is very convenient, the train station is directly connected to the hotel via pedestrian bridge. The hotel staffs are very kind and friendly, they are also very helpful in helping us when we ask questions. I expect nothing less of Thai hospitality, kudos to the staffs. The room were big and bed are super comfortable, the bathroom is also spacious. Housekeeping did an immaculate job of cleaning. The food at the hotel are halal and super delicious, I find it worth it that I stayed with the breakfast package. My friend and I even ordered in room dining because the food were good. Gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool, spa are also accessible easily to hotel guest on the 3rd floor. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely come again to stay in the future.

My recent stays at this hotel, on the way to and from Europe, were - as always - wonderful. The early check-in after a long flight was much appreciated, the room upgrade was special, and the welcome treats were delicious. However, connecting all this together is the outstanding Director of Operations, Khun Victoria Yun, and her world-class team, who deeply care about their guests and the quality of service they deliver. I would like to acknowledge them all individually. However, the list is too long and I am sure I would miss someone!|I have lost count of the number of times I have stayed at this hotel - must be at least 60 or 70 times, maybe more - and I will continue to stay here for as long as I visit Bangkok. While the hotel itself is lovely, the pool relaxing, the location perfect, and the food delicious, it is the staff who make this one of the world's leading hotels. Congratulations to you all, and thank you.

My favourite Marriott hotel in Bangkok. Well located for the metro, sky train and Bangkok nightlife, and with large rooms, a very good gym and lovely pool. Only concern is that the room design/furniture is a bit out-dated, lMHO if it became a little bit closer to a W it would really help. Nevertheless it offers great benefits to Bonvoy platinum elite members including occasional real suite upgrades (sorry marketing people - a move to a higher floor room is not an upgrade!) a great “executive” breakfast and 2 hours of free-flow cocktails by the pool. Also free soft drinks during the day. I know it’s decoy pricing, but the list price of the breakfast and drinks my wife and I consume exceeds the room price.|Yes, it is more expensive than many other hotels in Bangkok, but since it is so much cheaper than comparable hotels in west, I think it is worth splashing out.|I don’t normally shout out people, because I think it’s usually fake and solicited, but in this case I would like to mention Itthichot and Nim in the Sala bar who provided outstanding service and were really kind to us.

This was my fifth stay at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok during my visit from July 31 to August 2. As a Marriott Ambassador Elite member who has traveled extensively across dozens of countries and stayed at countless Marriott properties, I can confidently say that this hotel stands out as one of the most impressive. From the seamless check-in process to the exceptional breakfast and dining experiences, the level of attention and care extended to members is truly outstanding. The hospitality not only made me feel genuinely welcomed, but also left a lasting impression on my travel companions — a true testament to how Marriott values its loyal members. Thank you to the entire hotel team for another wonderful stay. I will absolutely be returning in the future.

The hotel is very elegant. The accommodations, restaurants, workout and spa facilities are excellent. What makes this hotel incredible is the staff which is second to none. The concierge gave me some great off the beaten track places to shop which I so appreciated. The staff at the Sala, which takes care of the pool is amazing. Manop, Meena, Pop, Boy, Sun, Criss and Fang treat every guest like a top celebrity VIP. I visited hotel 5 months ago, but when I showed up at pool this time, they remembered my drink and my favourite place to sit. They act this way towards every guest. Incredible!!! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. This is a bit of paradise. You won't believe you are in an urban setting when sitting by the pool at this hotel.

Stayed at Sheraton Luxury Bangkok and loved it! Spacious, ice-cool rooms, super friendly staff, and a top-notch gym with saunas. Perfect location near Terminal 21 and other attractions. Has walkway above the street for easy access. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

My wife and I enjoyed a truly memorable holiday at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. Upon our arrival we were greeted by smiling, welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure we had smooth, faultless check in. This faultless service continued throughout our stay.|We thoroughly enjoyed our time in both the Living Room and Sala. The staff in these venues were attentive, charming, and clearly committed to creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Every interaction felt personal and thoughtful.|I would like to make a special mention to James, the wonderful concierge, who went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, from helping us arrange wonderful excursions and to his help with trying to repair my broken watch,his knowledge and genuine kindness were really appreciated.|General Manager Carl, and Victoria, Director of Operations at the Sheraton Grande have created something very special, a luxury experience that still feels intimate and personal thanks to its incredible staff. We left with wonderful memories and will be returning.

This is probably one of the best-managed hotels we have visited throughout Asia. We make it a point to return at least once every year, and each visit reaffirms our appreciation for the exceptional standards maintained by the hotel. The level of service across all departments, from the Front Office to the pool staff, is consistently professional and attentive. Housekeeping is impeccable, ensuring that rooms are always spotless and well-maintained. A particular highlight of our stays has been the hotel’s SPA, which is truly outstanding. The treatments are expertly delivered, the facilities are immaculate, and the overall atmosphere is both relaxing and rejuvenating. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and well-managed hospitality experience.
