Sheraton Jeddah Hotel

I am a lifetime Titanium Bonvoy Elite member with over 2,000 lifetime nights, so you can say that I am a fan of the brand. This property and its team provided me with another reason to continue my steadfast loyalty over all these years. Our experience was truly 5-Star from the very beginning to the very last minutes of our journey. |I had contacted the hotel prior to arriving to let them know that I was celebrating a special occasion. The hotel and its team, led by its Cluster General Manager, Edwin Wijkhuijs, exceeded our expectations at every turn. |Even before arrival, Edwin, and members of his team reached out to provide helpful suggestions or recommendations. |We arrived early morning, and were delighted to find out that not only was an early check-in available, but that they had upgraded us to a very large suite overlooking the Red Sea with 2 balconies. The team had decorated the room (see photos) and had also left us various food and treats. |The room itself was very large, comfortable and provided that wow factor. |The shower and huge tub were quite a treat, along with a great sleeping experience in a wonderful bed, great WiFi, and unmatched comfort. |The Executive lounge was also a wonderful experience with delicious hot hors d’oeuvres served in the evening as well as a full breakfast in the morning. |The breakfast buffet on the ground floor, was simply world class - something for everyone with absolute 5-Star quality.|The pool area was very nice, and I especially liked having a little bit of shade underneath the walking bridge that spanned the pool. 😁|Although our stay was brief, the impressions and memories will certainly last a lifetime. |Thank you to Cluster General Manager, Edwin Wijkhuijs, for developing such a world-class team located on a world-class property.|A special thank you to Roel and his team in housekeeping who so thoughtfully decorated our room and kept checking in with us to keep our stay so memorable. Roel’s leadership was very evident in every corner of our suite. Thank you, Roel. ||I cannot recommend this property enough. ||The only downside is that they do not have their own beach on the Red Sea. However, there is a great beach within walking distance and they also have a free shuttle that will bring you to a 5-Star beach on another property.||If you will be in Jeddah, you must consider this property!

I recently experienced a highly disappointing stay at your property. After waiting for more than two hours at check-in, I was assured by the receptionist that I would receive a suite upgrade as a Titanium Elite member. However, I was later offered the same room I had initially declined. The receptionist then asked me to wait an additional 30 minutes while he sought supervisor approval, yet he never followed up. When I returned to the desk to inquire, I discovered he had already left without any communication. This level of service is far below the standards expected from Marriott and does not reflect professionalism or respect for loyal Bonvoy members. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this property.

The location and is very accessible to corniche, the place is very neat and cozy. All the staffs are very friendly, accommodating. Feel at home to see all my fellow filipino countrymen working in this HOTEL. Thank you Ms Beverly, Kuya roel, Maria, and Leo who take care of us specially when dine in withy client.

We had booked for the Friday daily brunch and I have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had . Beverley monigold did an amazing job , she was fantastic and she definitely catered to all our needs !! she put everything in place because it was my son’s 11th birthday! We had amazing food - thanks to chef Magdy, chef helmi, and chef Francis did an amazing job with the kids meals !! Kids loved every bit of it that they already planning their next trip !

I would like to commend the supervisor in their restaurant, Beverly, for her utmost special service she provided for us. Her personality and warm approach were incredibly exceptional. I am very impressed. Excellent experience in this Sheraton Jeddah hotel, thank you so much Beverly

Arrived at the hotel at 3:00 pm, the standard check in time for any hotel worldwide, to be told that the hotel was “busy” and I have to wait 30-45 mins for them to prepare my room. Ended up waiting until after 4 pm. How does a 5 star hotel not have adequate staff and service to make sure that their customers receive their rooms on time? When you pay for a service, I expect to receive the full service. Just like you are expected to check out at 12, the room should be ready by MAXIMUM 3pm. Absolute joke of a management team.

Best stay! The sea view is fantastic!! The staff are friendly and welcoming! Especially Leo he was very helpful in our onboarding and taking care of our luggage!

We were here for a business meeting, and the view from the hall was absolutely stunning. They provide everything I requested for notbooks, microphones, speakers was perfect .The staff was good, though it required some follow up to get their attention. The food was a buffet with 18 different international cuisines. However, what really stood out was the Egyptian chef when he noticed I had some allergies and was struggling to find a suitable dish, he kindly offered to cook something special just for me! It was incredibly thoughtful, especially knowing how stressful his day must’ve been. On top of that, I requested a birthday cake, and he write on it with a big smile also the whole team was there for birthday song ♥️ I’ll never forget the kindness he showed a memory that truly left an impression on me ..
