Sheraton Manila Bay

I did a quick stay over the weekend here. The staff is always wonderful and attentive - they take care of Titanium members well. Unfortunately, the lounge was under renovation and will not reopen until around February. It's sad since the lounge at this hotel is truly a gem within the Marriott network - but they said they would keep the koi at the lounge so I hope to return again when it reopens. The attention to detail all the staff provide and the level of service extended to all guests is exceptional. Breakfast is still wonderful as well. Always recommend - do not hesitate to book. The elegance and old world charm still exists with the property and staff here.

I stayed here for one night on New Years Eve and had a great experience. Even with the hotel being sold out, the staff were professional and helpful. The room was huge, clean, and in great shape. I didn't experience the hotel feeling tired or dated like some other reviews mentioned. Is it an older hotel? Yes, that's why the rooms are so big! They don't build hotels like this anymore! The pool was in great shape, clean, and the pool staff were attentive. The New Years Eve party the hotel put on was very well done. It exceeded all expectations. Food was great, service was great, and getting to go on the helipad for fireworks was such a special experience. As far as location, it was very easy to walk to the Robinsons mall from the hotel. In the other directions, the neighborhood was sketchy, with some homeless people, stray dogs, stuff like that. If you're staying in the hotel, though, or using it as a base and driving to your destinations, it's a fabulous place!

The hotel gets my praise for cleanliness ,well kept rooms and superb amenities staffed with competent ,polite and professional. Crew. Security is appreciated. Great fitness center, working efficient lifts to all floors. It is located near Malate area. Robinson's mall /Mall of Asia and rixas blvd is close by. Eating optiins near the hotel is varied with lots of offerings. The breakfast spread in the hotel is very excellent.

Got there at 3:30 pm to check-in. Front desk processed us and was advised that they’re going to get me when the room was ready. After waiting for 15 mins, I approached front desk and was told the wait was going to be 2 hours since the room was still occupied. They could’ve told us that the room wasn’t ready but they didn’t. If I didn’t ask about the room, they would have us wait for 2 hours? Check-in was at 3pm- room should’ve been ready by 3pm… especially when most of your clients travelled from far away. Check-out: front desk didn’t ask how was our stay etc. Don’t buy at the hotel cafe. Complete scam- 1 coffee costs 8$ for a simple brewed coffee. The whole stay felt like a money transaction. I get it, it’s a business.. but man you’re in hospitality. Lmao. Facility is nice and clean otherwise.

Rooms are old and really in need of renovation. Internet is choppy at times. On a positive note - staff are helpful. Hotel lobby/cafe feels nice and is great for co-working. Location is near Robinsons and beach

We often frequent this property when passing through. Staff is wonderful, rooms are large and comfortable. Lounge is convenient (closed for renovation until Spring 2025), the pool area is relaxing, and the breakfast is spectacular.(photos included) The only drawback is that when typhoon rains hit, the front street has flooded in the past. This happened to us this past July. Overall, the property is better than average and one of the nicest in the area.

Great option downtown. Despite it being one of the cheaper Marriott properties in Manila, they had lots of fantastic touches. Definitely consider this one when you are in Manila. I didn't get to try the breakfast since I had an early flight. However, they were nice enough to pack me a to-go breakfast that was waiting for me when I checked out. I also used the car service to the airport. It was probably more expensive than other options but super convenient. Loved the top floor happy hour. If you have access, definitely don't skip it. Great views and great food/drinks. Lots of room, too.

We stayed at this Sheraton on our last trip to Manila. It's a very nice hotel but the surrounding area is not that great. Staff and service is excellent and the breakfast buffet was decent. The room was great but the pool was meh.

The customer service I received from all the staff was top notch. They helped coordinate getting my Covid test prior to my flight tomorrow by having the lab come to the hotel to administer it. I had an issue with the shower handle falling off so they sent maintenance up to fix the issue right away. This is why I am a Bonvoy member. Thank you for making everything seamless and comfortable for me!

Great Sheraton. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Friendly personnel. The breakfast buffet is good enough. They have Filipino food, American food, Japanese food, cheese/cold cuts and a variety of pastries. They are more than happy to make you whatever espresso drink you want. The rooftop restaurant is closed for renovations right now. But when that's open, it's a great view. The only downside is the location is a bit sketchy. Right in the heart of strip clubs. But a mall is within walking. Safe enough to walk if you watch yourself

One of the best Sheraton hotels I've ever stayed at. Customer service was fantastic! Their rooms were extremely spacious. Everyone, especially JV, was extremely helpful. I'm glad I discovered this spot and will definitely return when I return to the motherland.

The Pan Pacific has been re branded and partially renovated as the Sheraton Manila Bay. A spacious hotel overlooking the bay offering some great views. The area of the hotel may not be the best but offers a lot of food and shopping options in walking distance. The staff of the hotel have been recently trained on Bonvoy and Marriott's policies and procedures. The service is par excellence. Every employee provided the highest levels of service at all times. The upgraded suite was spacious and offered a nice view of the bay. The 21st floor Pacific lounge is where breakfast and evening cocktails are served. The 7th floor houses the swimming pool and a small gym. The main gym is located in the lobby level. The capsule elevator offers some amazing view of the city and the Manila Bay which is a nice addition. The rates of this hotel were great since it was the first week after opening. Turn down service every evening, fruits and amenities in-room, complimentary desserts with the evening service, in-room dining, same day laundry service and high speed internet are all value adds. Overall, an amazing stay in a nice hotel in the center of Makati. I recommend this property and hope they continue to maintain the standards. If you are here for business, ignore the neighborhood and you have all facilities inside the hotel.

Hotel is very nice. Although not new, it appears to be renovated (stayed in December 2019). Would recommend if you want western accommodations while in the Philippines.
