**Review of Sheraton Hotel, Manila** I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Manila for two nights from July 3-5, and as my regular go-to whenever I visit the Philippines, I can confidently say it continues to meet and exceed my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the doormen were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They promptly assisted us with unloading and carrying our luggage directly to our room, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. The front desk staff was well-informed and professional, efficiently handling our requests and ensuring a seamless check-in experience. A special thanks to Ms. Maureen Ramos, who went above and beyond to entertain our requests with warmth and professionalism. Her attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. The breakfast at Manila Bay Kitchen was superb—delicious, diverse, and beautifully presented, setting a perfect tone for the day. Overall, the staff's hospitality, from the doormen to the management, consistently impresses me. Sheraton Manila remains my preferred choice, and I look forward to my next visit!

Google
Top tier hotel which you come to expect from the Marriott group. The service, rooms and amenities were all excellent. The gym was fully stocked, beautiful pool and hot tub with a bar. The pool bar service was hit and miss depending on who you were served by. One guy clearly didn’t want to serve us as he was leaving so he told us to wait 10 minutes for the 2 for 1 beer deal which started at 5 and then disappeared. The breakfast was unreal. I loved the various types of Asian food from Japanese, western egg station, local desserts, noodle bar, fresh fruits, salad station and breads. It had it all! The rooms are a bit dated, but roomy and very clean. Loved the open plan design. No lounge for Platinum elite members but they gave a 50% buffet dinner discount (we didn’t use it) and bonus points while it’s under construction. The only issue is the location, not super safe at night and in the red light district. I wouldn’t recommend walking alone at night.

Great service sets Sheraton Manila Bay apart from its peers in the 5-star hotel category. Special mention goes to Ms. Abigail Esteban of the Front Desk with her warm, kind & accommodating presence. She exemplifies personalized quality service & professionalism at its best, the core brand of Marriott Hotels. She’s an asset to the company in its pursuit for excellence in the hospitality industry. Also, the room we stayed on was clean, comfortable with homey feels. Food quality was good when we dined at Manila Bay Kitchen with polite, friendly & attentive staff. Overall, we had a memorable stay. Thanks!

Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay even for a short period. The entire staff the moment you arrive at the door were very professional and courteous. Excellent buffet. I would recommend to maybe revisit the price a little more affordable so that you’ll able to get non resident and non hotel guests to come and enjoy especially with family and friends visiting them during their hotel stay. Big kudos especially to the front desk staff and manager during or stay June 1-2 and 6-8June.

My stay was great! Stayed in a junior suite and it was more than enough room. Great view over the city. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a lot options. The surrounding blocks look a little shady, but no issues as I walked around. I would say it is right across the street from 7-11, but legitimately every corner has a 7-11. Great place to stay.

Google
Absolutley enjoyed my stay here. Staff is very friendly and I was always greeted by everyone. The rooms look just like the pictures they post on their website. Rooms are very spacious with tons of closet storage. The bathroom was good - great water pressure and temperature in the shower. Good size bathtub and 2 rolls of toilet paper (rare in my travels in the Philippines) . Nice pool area that wasn't crowded. Gym had awesome machines. Even had a traditional dance show in the lobby. Yes, there is an X-ray machine and metal detector you have to go through every time you enter the hotel. The only reason I put 4 stars and not 5 was for two reasons. 1) There is a sewer smell when you flush the toilet. It does linger for a few minutes after flushing. 2) The mini fridge isn't efficient and doesn't get items cold unless left in there overnight. At best my items were cool, not cold. That was the only reason I dropped a star. Otherwise everything was perfect. I would stay here again.

The Sheraton Manila Bay is conveniently located near NAIA Airport and close to many of the city’s top attractions. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel manager, Mr. Jake Mauricio, whose hospitality made me feel like a truly valued guest. As a Platinum member, I deeply appreciate how well my status was acknowledged through the thoughtful service and personal attention Mr. Mauricio extended. This was my first stay at Sheraton Manila Bay, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Manila. Thank you to the entire Sheraton Manila Bay team for your dedication, warmth, and for making my family and me feel so welcomed.

Stayed last March and it has a poor service first time reviewing at Trip advisor. Won’t back here. Need improvements. You need to do more to have a satisfied guest especially like me who loves traveling. Location-wise, the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, and public transportation isn’t very convenient from there.

Yelp
Ringing in the New Year in Style: A Glowing Review of Sheraton Manila Bay Sheraton Manila Bay truly knows how to make every moment memorable, and my experience celebrating New Year's Eve at this exquisite hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. First and foremost, the rooms at Sheraton Manila Bay are exceptional. From the moment you step into your luxurious accommodations, you're greeted with a sense of comfort and elegance that sets the tone for a truly special stay. Whether you're indulging in a cozy night in or getting ready for a night of celebration, the rooms provide the perfect backdrop for relaxation and luxury. But what truly sets Sheraton Manila Bay apart is its impeccable service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, or providing recommendations for local attractions, the staff were always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist. And then there was the New Year's Eve dinner and countdown--an event that exceeded all expectations. The culinary team pulled out all the stops to create a feast fit for royalty, with a dazzling array of dishes that delighted the senses and satisfied the palate. From savory appetizers to decadent desserts, every bite was a culinary masterpiece. But the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the countdown to midnight. As the clock struck twelve, Sheraton Manila Bay transformed into a scene straight out of a fairytale, with fireworks lighting up the sky and music filling the air. It was a moment of pure magic that I'll never forget. In conclusion, my experience at Sheraton Manila Bay was nothing short of exceptional. From the great rooms to the awesome service to the unforgettable New Year's Eve celebration, every moment was filled with warmth, joy, and a touch of luxury. If you're looking for a hotel that knows how to create memories that last a lifetime, look no further than Sheraton Manila Bay.

Yelp
Great option downtown. Despite it being one of the cheaper Marriott properties in Manila, they had lots of fantastic touches. Definitely consider this one when you are in Manila. I didn't get to try the breakfast since I had an early flight. However, they were nice enough to pack me a to-go breakfast that was waiting for me when I checked out. I also used the car service to the airport. It was probably more expensive than other options but super convenient. Loved the top floor happy hour. If you have access, definitely don't skip it. Great views and great food/drinks. Lots of room, too.

Yelp
We stayed at this Sheraton on our last trip to Manila. It's a very nice hotel but the surrounding area is not that great. Staff and service is excellent and the breakfast buffet was decent. The room was great but the pool was meh.

Yelp
The customer service I received from all the staff was top notch. They helped coordinate getting my Covid test prior to my flight tomorrow by having the lab come to the hotel to administer it. I had an issue with the shower handle falling off so they sent maintenance up to fix the issue right away. This is why I am a Bonvoy member. Thank you for making everything seamless and comfortable for me!

Yelp
Great Sheraton. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Friendly personnel. The breakfast buffet is good enough. They have Filipino food, American food, Japanese food, cheese/cold cuts and a variety of pastries. They are more than happy to make you whatever espresso drink you want. The rooftop restaurant is closed for renovations right now. But when that's open, it's a great view. The only downside is the location is a bit sketchy. Right in the heart of strip clubs. But a mall is within walking. Safe enough to walk if you watch yourself

Yelp
One of the best Sheraton hotels I've ever stayed at. Customer service was fantastic! Their rooms were extremely spacious. Everyone, especially JV, was extremely helpful. I'm glad I discovered this spot and will definitely return when I return to the motherland.

Yelp
The Pan Pacific has been re branded and partially renovated as the Sheraton Manila Bay. A spacious hotel overlooking the bay offering some great views. The area of the hotel may not be the best but offers a lot of food and shopping options in walking distance. The staff of the hotel have been recently trained on Bonvoy and Marriott's policies and procedures. The service is par excellence. Every employee provided the highest levels of service at all times. The upgraded suite was spacious and offered a nice view of the bay. The 21st floor Pacific lounge is where breakfast and evening cocktails are served. The 7th floor houses the swimming pool and a small gym. The main gym is located in the lobby level. The capsule elevator offers some amazing view of the city and the Manila Bay which is a nice addition. The rates of this hotel were great since it was the first week after opening. Turn down service every evening, fruits and amenities in-room, complimentary desserts with the evening service, in-room dining, same day laundry service and high speed internet are all value adds. Overall, an amazing stay in a nice hotel in the center of Makati. I recommend this property and hope they continue to maintain the standards. If you are here for business, ignore the neighborhood and you have all facilities inside the hotel.

Yelp
Hotel is very nice. Although not new, it appears to be renovated (stayed in December 2019). Would recommend if you want western accommodations while in the Philippines.
