From the indoor swimming pool that served as a launchpad for grand parent/ grandchild visit, to the game room to the extra attention we received, this property is amazing! It’s little things like fruit infused ice water upon entry, a shuttle that takes you from the hotel to Park City Main Street and even a little foot rest in the shower for shaving legs. It’s super clean and the staff are attentive. We appreciated a late checkout after the 4th of July parade. We will definitely stay here every time we are in Park City.

Had a pleasant overnight stay at Park City. Accommodations were adequate, standards room-no upgrade, and staff was gracious. Lounge was satisfactory and the Tiber Bar/restaurant was great. Not sure if my $135 bill went towards my annual spend or counted for points even though it was a room charge.

I was lucky to find a room at the Sheraton Park City on the opening day of Park City Summer, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a specific room and even provided a generous late checkout at 2 PM—something I always appreciate. The restaurant staff was equally impressive, attentive, and genuinely kind and their service truly stood out. Overall, the level of hospitality throughout the hotel made my stay memorable. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

We had a wonderful stay with our dog! The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was huge with a nice little balcony. Lots of amenities in the hotel like the pool, the restaurant and more, which I cannot comment on as I kept to the room when we weren’t out and about. While the location isn’t as desirable as maybe something downtown, there’s still a decent amount of places to eat and other things you can walk to. We had no issues with the parking, though I can see where it might become difficult during a busier time of year. My only criticism is that some of the room furniture was pretty worn down, and while the room had a mini fridge it did lack a microwave which would’ve been nice for some dinner leftovers. Otherwise everything was perfect, and I’ll be keeping the Sheraton in mind for future Park City visits!

Google
At its core, the Sheraton Park City looks to be designed as a business hotel. I would not classify this Sheraton as a resort hotel based on the limited amenities. There is a small indoor pool, a hot tub that has a max capacity of 8 and a steam room. There is no changing area or locker rooms. There is a small gym and a decent-sized game room with lots of video games. The resort does a great job catering to skiers, specifically they operate an on-demand shuttle service to and from Park City and Deer Valley. Wait times are short, generally less than 5 minutes, longest was 12. The shuttle service also can take you into “Old Town” Park City in the evenings. There is a daily "Apri de ski," function starting at 4:00 for hotel guests in the Timbers restaurant with hearty, great tasking soup and a daily appetizer - awesome. The Sheraton scores points’ for having a Club room for Mariott loyalists offering a selection of sodas and a high-end coffee machine that will dispense all forms of popular coffee drinks and a very modest selection of snacks. My room was a scooch larger than your standard hotel room with a separate area that was tiled presumable to store skis or perhaps your mountain bike. Staff were well trained and helpful. Great value for the tail end of ski season as rates dropped beginning in April. Pet friendly so next time I’ll bring Fido!

Google
My company hosted their annual event here and I can't say enough good things about the staff as well as the location and space. They have a well-equipped business center with lots of work nooks scattered about the hotel. The hotel restaurant is on a limited menu because of the season but everything I had was fresh and delicious. I would have posted a picture of my room but I was too busy looking up out at the views. We always look forward to coming back every year.

Google
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently hosted a company ski event at Sheraton Park City, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond—everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly made our event seamless. The conference space was perfect, and I have never had AV support at a hotel be so on point. Everything ran smoothly! The food was excellent, and I also stayed as a guest during our event. While I don’t have photos of the rooms, they were inviting, comfortable, and made for a great stay. Overall, the level of service and attention to detail exceeded expectations. We’ve already requested a contract for next year and cannot wait to return! Highly recommend for both events and stays!

The rooms are very clean and feel updated. Front staff amazing and shuttle service to resorts was flawless. The have personal ski starage at the front desk. Get the great breakfast buffet served by Rosana. Small bar and restaurant comes in handy but also some restsurants walkable in the prospect square area that are resonanly priced and excellent .I will be staying here the next time for sure.

Yelp
Amazing experience here. Will Staff was so helpful and friendly. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Hot tub and pool area was fun and a great way to relax after skiing. Teeny and Julio at the front went out of their way to help us with our ski gear. Shuttles were fast and on time. Will be coming back!

Yelp
Loved it ! Very Clean and nicely updated . Great little Resturants nearby . Bar and resturant inside are also excellent . Management was visible and clearly making sure things were operating efficiently .

Yelp
Worst staff. I had ordered something to arrive from Amazon and they never told me it arrived. When I checked out they still didn't tell us. When I called I was informed I needed to send postage. I did that 2x and still they never sent it. It's been two months and numerous calls with the front desk manager. I'll never stay there again. This place is trash.

Yelp
Pros: Hotel itself was nice, room was nice, and they had amenities such as pool, gym, game room, members club, cookies and water, dog friendly (with fee) and free shuttle to Main Street. Cons: parking was interesting, constructions caused delays, dog friendly but no grass area near by to walk dogs. When I asked the front desk questions upon arrival the younger gentleman didn't have answers. Didn't seem knowledgeable. The PM staff a male and a female name Andrea were friendly and helpful. Andrea gets 5 stars! Timber Restaurant: one star Lizzy our server was amazing she gets 5 stars, but the food quality wasn't great, the alcohol (pain killer & Old fashion) wasn't great, we waited a long time for our pizzas and we literally were the only ones on the family side of the restaurant. The prices were high- still shocked it was $15 for a side of truffle fries! They were BOMB but still $15 yikes! *Things to keep in mind room has down feather bedding.. if you have allergies or don't like that, request the bedding change. We have feather "dust" and our allergies were upset.*

Yelp
Super convenient complimentary shuttle bus service to the nearby ski resorts. Great steam room with the jacuzzi and pool. Complimentary smores and cookie service near new years

Brianna N.

Yelp
This was an incredible stay thanks to the front desk agent Teeny ! She was very helpful when checking us in, we booked two rooms and had a beautiful stay. She assisted us with getting a shuttle to and from the park city mountain resort both days as well as delighting us in the morning when we went to the Starbucks for breakfast. She was very knowledgeable and professional. One of the rooms did not have hot water which we mentioned once we checked out but nonetheless that did not mess up our trip due to the hospitable and comforting service teeny provided. Thank you for making us feel at home !

Jay G.

Yelp
Came here for a birthday weekend! Front Desk was helpful and kind and quick! That's the best when you're coming to stay at a hotel. The shuttle took us to Main Street and picked us up. Very nice convenience to get to where our group needed to go. We ate breakfast at the restaurant in the morning. All good. Great service, clean rooms and overall good experience.

Chris H.

Yelp
Due to the incompetence of their front desk employees. The Sheraton ruined our 14th Anniversary. I would NOT recommend this hotel. It's nice enough. But being overcharged and not being able to have the funds ($137) returned in a reasonable time frame is unacceptable. This all could have been avoided if they didn't mess things up right from the first moment I arrived.

Jason L.

Yelp
Rude customer service, especially from the night clerk with the piercings in his face. Too many other lodging options available to deal with that type of attitude.

Mae M.

Yelp
BED BUGS!! This location was super close to town, and the shuttle made getting around with little kids super easy. However we paid a little extra for a "pool view" which simply meant the pool was a close walking distance when we left our room, which was a little funny to us but not a big upset or anything. What was a super bummer was the BED BUGS we found in one of our beds. We didn't discover them until late at night and fortunately neither us or our toddlers slept in the bed yet when we found them. We called the front desk and the employee helped switch our room at 11 pm. She was very kind, however we kind of thought management would maybe be a bit apologetic or even discount the room or give a refund. It was a super unsettling experience, thus why we booked a different hotel for our next stay.

Faye L.

Yelp
A.M.A.Z.I.N.G I don't travel often but recently had a chance for a mini vacation thanks to the bf. He travels often and uses Marriott who (I think) partners with the Sheraton. The location here is convenient enough. There's parking in front as well as a shared under ground parking with other tenants. We arrived early evening and check in staff was so kind and welcoming. The lobby was well heated and beautiful. The sofas and fireplace couldn't have been more inviting from the cold outside. The hotel is only a few stories. Our room was nice with a small balcony facing the street (street wasn't too noisy). The two queen beds were comfortable and well made. The bathroom was clean with a tub/shower and toilet. Sink and closet were in front of it. Shower was decent but the curtains could have been cleaner (smelled musty). Tv was easy to use as was hotel phone. There's a fridge (not stocked), security box (extra fee), complimentary coffee/tea maker. The indoor pool/jacuzzi was nice as well. We met some nice people one evening after a long day of skiing. The best part was the VIP lounge . You received complimentary AYCE breakfast buffet, unlimited water/sparkling water (hello Bubly! brand), coffee, afternoon snacks, evening appetizers (i think one night they offered burger sliders), and nightly desserts (one night I swear there were mini cupcakes). It was comforting to be able to go to lounge and grab some sparkling water to enjoy back in the hotel room. They also have a complimentary shuttle that takes you to town. You might have to wait a bit for pick up but no biggie. We took shuttle to town then uber'd it back. I thoroughly enjoyed my two nights here. It was a fun mini vacay for sure -

Yelp
We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was great, the hotel was nice and I was really impressed with Timbers vegetarian options, food was so good!! Looking forward to staying again!

Jim S.

Yelp
I'm impressed with this property which is located in Park City with easy access to Main Street and many popular activities. The rates are reasonable and the hotel is clean and has a friendly relaxed atmosphere. The staff has been friendly and accommodating. They have a restaurant and bar called Timbers which also has a breakfast buffet. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property for the value.

Emily N.

Yelp
I love Park City! This is my first time staying at the Sheraton Park City and overall great experience, would come back! If you have status, you get complimentary breakfast. I thought it was odd that the first day it was an unlimited, self-serve buffet, but the following days they changed it to only one dish per person. Without status, it is $18/person for the buffet. They do have a members lounge with complimentary basic snacks and drinks! They have a nice indoor pool too. And they have an in-house Starbucks which is super convenient. We did get upgraded to a suite - it was huge! And they had sent us a complimentary charcuterie board due to some miscommunication with a front desk staff. Thank you for a great stay!

Yelp
We made reservations months in advance. But a couple of weeks before our visit, we received an email that the Park City Marriott is now a Sheraton...and my wife wasn't too happy. Instead of changing to a different hotel, we decided to try it out, not once, but twice within 2 weeks on a recent road trip. Both stays were vastly from one another. It must be a coincidence, but, the last time I stayed at this property several years ago, they were remodeling the lobby. They were remodeling the front entrance during this visit. Check in was quick. Both times we were helped by Jack, who welcomed us and gave us the room that we requested. During our first visit, we ran into a minor problem as the first room we were assigned had no toilet paper roll holder. Minor problems like this unfortunately is unacceptable to my wife. We called the front desk, and Jack was quick to assign us another room. The room was okay and had everything that we wanted. During our second visit, Jack gave us a different room in a different wing of the building. This second was "remodeled" and had a walk in shower. The room was much nicer than our first room. The wife was happy. As a platinum member, it has been our experience that most Sheraton's do not offer hot hors d'oeuvres in the evening in their concierge lounge. During our first visit, all they had was a cheese plate and drinks, which again left my wife disappointed. But, during our second visit, they added a hot dish of coconut shrimp along with the cheese plate and drinks, most likely due to my wife complaining to the concierge staff and front desk. The coconut shrimp was a great addition, and left my wife happy. I hope they keep it up with the hot food. Despite the problems, I thought it was a nice hotel. They worked out the problems that we encountered the first stay. I would stay here again. I'll give them 3 1/2 stars...rounding it up to 4.

Yelp
Disappointed. I recommend the deer valley resort if you're looking for fun and EASE. Unfortunately, this hotel did not emphasize on employee education or customer satisfaction. I had over prepared since we had our flight coming in at 1 AM. i had made sure to overpay for a Monday stay, knowing we were coming in at 2 am Tuesday, to make sure we can check in Tuesday morning, which was 5 AM for us. Sheraton ended up charging me over $1000 worth of fees and overall room booking. We arrived at two in the morning with somebody double charging our room which brought me up to over $400. When we tried to check out on my app, it did not work as well as the front desk had no ability to check us out. I ended up being charge $136 because the front desk person did not check us out on time. With all of these difficulties again, I was charged over $1000 from Sheraton and I have yet to receive my money back. Again, I would recommend deer Valley resort and or ANYTHING over Sheraton. I wish it were better, however, I was $1000 out of pocket on my birthday vacation and they were the ones that screwed me over. I was not able to do any fun activities, based of of their massive dollar mistake. I have had 0 dollars in my bank account and I won't be spending any more time at this Sheraton location, as they are under experienced and discombobulated. This could've been better, but my lack of money on a BIRTHDAY WEEKEND really freaking sucks. There was no emergency when it came to this. So sad. This could've been better. Actually, this can be better, just the money and resources might not be available, but a good front desk person should should be prioritized.

Yelp
***DO NOT***stay at this worse than motel "hotel." First impression was terrible when our room wasn't ready at 3 pm. Even though we made couple attempts to ask when it would be ready, they just said it wasn't ready. After a long drive we didn't expect to have to wait until 5:30 PM for our room! But the worst was yet to come. This place had the worst sound proofing rooms. I heard every move of my upstairs neighbors. I believe there is a thin wooden floor between each floor and you hear every conversation, and step and creak and flush and whatever else your upstairs neighbors are doing. I was so surprised of how bad it sounds that I made several recordings since I wasn't able to sleep even with sleeping pill which I never take. I never thought I would pay money to stay up all night making recordings of my upstairs neighbor. I tried to address the issue and requested a room on the top floor and felt hopeful when the evening staff reassured me and said we will get a quieter room In the morning and that they will call me Between 8-9 am next morning with a new room number. we packed all our bags and waited for morning staff to call us with the new room number but no one called me. Feeling frustrated I called front desk to inquire. Morning staff said they couldn't give us a room on the top floor but offered us an inferior room on the third floor even though we paid for a junior suite and it would have had the same problem of having someone above us. Then on top of the no sleep we got, the shower drain was clogged so every second I had to let the water drain or else it flooded our bathroom. When I got flustered and said I would rather check out then stay here multiple nights after the first nightmare, Maria very condescendingly said "let me know when you are ready to check out!" This stay made me speechless! Terrible sleep, daily flooded bathroom and unaccomodating staff is enough for me never to return to any Sheraton hotels!

Misa K.

Yelp
Just updated my original 2-star review to 4-star review. Stacie, the HR manager worked on the issue and today, Saturday, the room was cleaned with attention to detail. We also found a surprise snacks and apology letter in our room. Thank you Stacie for bettering Sheratons customer experience.

Chad D.

Yelp
Had a great stay here. Nice hotel, friendly staff. Restaurant was closed due to Covid. Rooms are spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, modern TV system with channels and options to stream. WiFi is fast, has everything you need!

Dara L.

Yelp
Customer Service is too-notch! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and welcomed. We had the pleasure of being checked in by Teeny...what a delight! She literally makes everyone feel like a VIP! Rosana was our daily server for breakfast. Gave us "our table", knew what drinks to serve, filled up in a timely manner, and knew when we were ready to go! We enjoyed every morning because of her. The shuttle drivers were all so kind and helpful. My only cons from the week are: 1. Starbucks had stale croissants, and didn't really care when I brought it up to them. 2. Housekeeping took two of my personal items, did not find to return, and even though I was told to repurchase and they would pay me back, I did not receive compensation. #disappointed

Yelp
This is our second winter in a row staying at this hotel and I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff is amazing and helpful. The rooms and all the spaces are clean. The breakfast is delicious. The shuttle to the mountain is so convenient. The location is great. There is a pool area with a steam room and hot tub that is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. You won't regret your stay here! We certainly haven't.

Shawn D.

Yelp
The floors creek like you were at your grandmothers old country house. The pipes make tapping noises all through the night and it makes it difficult to sleep. there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom that looks like it has been there for a long time with no attention. The customer service at breakfast is absolutely horrible and nonexistent. However, I will say the Filipino women at the front desk are absolutely amazing and have a servants heart.

Honest A.

Yelp
I travel a lot, this is best value in Park city. Older hotel, but renovations include new carpets. Indoor pool, game room, laundry. Nice free breakfast for Marriott Titanium life Ambassador elite, that's what I am so finally grateful for free full buffet at restaurant here and wonderful staff. Marriott Ambassador elite room upgrade was not available but everything else was a bonus including your24, so I got to check out at 7pm.

Mark V.

Yelp
Went for an anniversary getaway. Hotel. This hotel was very clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had requested a King room and when we checked in they gave us two double beds. However, when we brought to to their attention, they promptly switched us to a King room. They aren't back to having a full concierge room, but did provide a full breakfast in their restaurant which was very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Bradford D.

Yelp
July 2019 update: Always a nice stay... especially when you're a senior Marriott Rewards (Bonvoy) member! Had dessert in the restaurant and Holly (there in the 'Timbers' restaurant) did a nice job with drinks & desserts. Quiet and very spacious room with upgraded amenities. Underground parking too. Love that. Even got a nice 'thank you' email from the Hotel Manager based upon my review on the Marriott.com website. Oh, and the name just changed to the Sheraton Park City. Thanks all!

Rea O.

Yelp
I originally intended on giving them 5 stars. However, my husband had a horrible experience at the Timbers bar on our last night (2/21/21). We had a overall wonderful experience. Teeny from the front desk was extremely helpful! It was our first time in Park City and she made sure we knew what the hotel offered (shuttle to Main Street and the airport, Parking options, towel services, rental, etc). She also gave suggestions on activities, must see places and tips only locals would know! Teeny was amazing! She made our stay pleasant and seamless! Our Timbers Restaurant server Renato was very friendly and gave us just the right amount of attention! Our coffee cups and water glasses were never empty! He was super patient even when we witnessed some guests being difficult and rude. He was always gracious and had a smile on his face. The other server, Fatima was also friendly and attentive. We didn't see much of her as her tables were in another room. However she did help on our side as needed. Great Teamwork! My husband and I went to the Timbers Bar & Patio on Saturday for a night cap. The bartender (Jake/John?) was pleasant, friendly and didn't hover. He checked in on us from time to time, conversed with us and made us laugh. He was an older gentleman. The follow evening, my daughter wanted dessert. My husband volunteered to go back to the Timbers Bar & Patio to order them. He noticed the bartender (Andrea) busy talking to other customers. After 10 mins, she came over but before he could make the takeout order, she told him to go to a table and wait to be served. At the time he was the only customer so he didn't min. After waiting for another 10 mins, he watched as another staff (bartender from the previous night) attend to two new sets of customers (party of 3 & 5). The bartender had to pass my husband to get from one table to another and ignored my husband. After almost 15 mins of not being served, he approached Andrea & asked if he could place his "takeout" order. She was shocked & said, oh your order is to go?! I can take that here. It took another 15-20 mins before he finally got the desserts & Andrea decided to give one dessert for free as an apology. Almost an hour wait for a takeout dessert order is unreasonable.

Yelp
I had high expectations from a Sheraton and unfortunately was disappointed. The overall facility is nice with updated bathrooms and facilities. The parking situation, however, is ridiculous, as is the "resort fee" of $30/night that pays for the shuttle to the ski resorts only. Regarding parking, basically you have to find a spot in one of the three lots that they have listed, and then the front desk gives you a piece of paper to put on your Dashboard (so you have to lug everything back and forth in the snow and ice) so you don't get towed. I think they offer a valet but they didn't advertise that nor offer to help. The other source of irritation is the bathroom fan/"humidifier" - it is 24/7 very loud with a pulsating/vibrating quality that is very disturbing to anyone that is sensitive to noise. I tried to call the front desk several times during the night but no one answered. I used the Bonvoy app and had a 20 minute delay in getting a response, And the text I got was that all the rooms have fans like that and there's nothing they can do. The next day we went to the front desk, and they said actually they can have the engineers turn it off and so they did but then it turned back on, then we had to go back downstairs and tell them turn it off again. It was quieter that night but could still hear it from the adjoining room, and the room smelled of chlorine (room was overlooking the pool, but window shut so not sure how the smell seeps in). Overall felt the front desk staff was doing the very bare minimum and could've cared less if we enjoyed our stay or not. I wonder if part of it was due to the fact that we got a discounted conference rate, but they seemed to treat everyone that way. The food was just okay. I will never stay there again, especially if I'd like a good night's sleep and need stamina to ski/ learn.

Kevin S.

Yelp
Absolutely the place to stay. Treated like royalty by front desk ( Teeny and Eduardo) and entire staff. Very clean and great breakfast!

Marisa L.

Yelp
We are Titanium status and chose to stay here using points on our first trip to Park City. It's a smaller hotel but nice, great location and a very friendly staff. It's only about a mile from the base of the mountain and their shuttle service was great. We never waited more than 5 minutes to and from the ski base or Main Street for which the shuttle ran until 10 (11 on weekends). Breakfast buffet was included with our status and the staff was so incredibly friendly especially Rosanna. Front desk staff was very friendly. We alerted them to an issue we had with a bottle of champagne being stolen off of our 2nd floor balcony (totally our own fault we didn't anticipate someone climbing up to get it) and they sent us a bottle immediately which they didn't have to do. My only complaint is related to housekeeping. They indicated you would not receive housekeeping unless you asked and they did appear some days unexpectedly, removing extra towels we had just requested and when we would call for towels it just seemed difficult. One time didn't come at all, another asked for 4 and got two. Lastly I accidentally forgot sunglasses in a case when we checked out (totally my own fault yes) and when I called later the day of checkout they "didn't find them" which I find suspect. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and I would recommend this hotel to others. Pool looked nice although we didn't enjoy it this trip.

Victoria V.

Yelp
Sundance takes over this location every year as its headquarters. It is a great space with lots of easy flow. The lobby is comfortable with outlets to charge devices. There is water in the lobby for guests to enjoy.

Rob K.

Yelp
I'll explain why I gave this hotel two stars, but first; the good. We stayed the night for our anniversary due to the close proximity to Main Street. We had a nice pool view room which worries me as there were occasionally children playing and I thought we'd be able to hear them. The insulation is surprisingly well done because we couldn't hear a peep. The room itself was very nice inside; modern, clean and has plenty of usb chargers! However, we had a room decently close to the lobby area which means closer to checkout (and for some reason at 3:00 am) you can hear other patrons VERY easily. We partook in room service which was delicious and priced well. Along with the bar, Timber's, which had an amazing bartender (I can't remember their name, sorry) that you could tell took pride in the drinks they created. The real reason I've rocked several stars is because since it was our anniversary, I paid extra to have chocolate covered strawberries and a bubbly beverage prepared and ready for us upon check-in. Which it was not. There's nothing more disheartening than being excited to surprise your wife with an admittedly moderate hotel (don't get me wrong, the wife thought the room deserves more credit) accompanied with romantic drinks and chocolate covered strawberries, only to show up empty handed having to address the situation with the front desk. Don't offer this service if you can't deliver as promised. I'd be willing to stay here again, I'll just be requesting a top floor room.

Michelle G.

Yelp
I don't know what we were thinking. We don't ski. We are also older and our kids are all grown. This hotel seems to be more geared toward families. The pool was filled with kids all the time everyday. There are no outside areas to hang out that are kept warm. No heaters anywhere. One fire pit for the kids to cook s'mores. So if you are thinking of relaxing outdoors you are going to freeze. We like to sleep in, order room service and relax. That wasn't happening. No room service for breakfast at all. Just the buffet in the restaurant. Which was as you would expect, boring. You could get an omelet made. Also you better get up and get dressed early. Breakfast is only served until 10am. Then nothing till dinner. Rosana in the restaurant for breakfast was absolutely the best employee we dealt with the entire stay. I wish she was always there. Dinner at Timbers the first day was awful. I understand everywhere is short staffed. We sat in the bar. Waited 5 minutes. Went up to the bar to ask if food was served and got menus. Waited another 15 minutes before going back to bar to order food. All the while watching two male employees chit chat with other guest. Food was not great for the price. The filet was properly prepared but had no flavor. The burger had so much stuff on it and some unnamed flavoring that it wasn't even a burger anymore. And the bread pudding was burnt. Second time to the bar and again no service. We ordered cocktails (signature cocktails were not good either, stick with the basics) after another long wait and then 10 mins later the drinks finally showed up. Some might say a 10 minute wait isn't bad, but we were only two of 6 people in the whole place. The rooms are nice. They started out clean. We had two queen beds. Two extremely hard and uncomfortable queen beds. I tried to make a pillow topper with the extra pillows, didn't help much. We were here for 4 nights. Four long restless nights. My entire body is screaming at me every morning. The fridge froze everything so be careful what you put in it. I had to cover the alarm clock and the thermostat. Maybe I was just extra sensitive from lack of sleep but they were both like super bright night lights. The weirdest part of the room was in the shower. Why did they put the soap dispensers (in the shower) right where you would stand? Why not on the back wall where you aren't constantly hitting them? Bad design. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, unless you want your room cleaned. Then they are clueless. We were here for 4 nights. Room was never cleaned so we had to keep getting towels from from desk. As you can see I had a lot of extra time on my hands to write this. I will do more investigating before my next vacation.

Yelp
In a nice location close to many restaurants. Nothing particularly special about the hotel. Rooms are fine and spacious enough. Internal view is of an internal courtyard that echos so be mindful of that. Otherwise, fine place to rest your head.

Yelp
Good experience overall. Close to the mountain and Main Street. A bit dated but customer service was good.

Yelp
I've never left a review for a hotel I didn't stay in (though I'm a loyal customer normally to these chains), but here's the story: We came to Park City and had credit at an Airbnb, right near the Sheraton. I figured this was great, could hop over to the bar and get some work done. Even asking where the bar was got met with a very rude response. The bar could care less if I got connected to WiFi (I didn't). Bartender left me hanging for a long time. He was also rude. Won't stay here when I come back to Park City. Won't visit the bar when I don't.

Yelp
This excellent hotel is nestled in beautiful Park City. Our event guests loved the area! We're glad we chose Sheraton Park City to be our venue. Big thanks to the hotel event coordinators for the booking process was a breeze. The event space was spacious, classy and well-lit. The patio outside was relaxing with a nice view and cozy seats next to fire pits. Everything is easily reachable by foot or free public city transportation. If you want to explore the city, they offer free shuttle drop-off and pickup at certain locations. Plenty of eating spots nearby. The whole staff was very accommodating, making sure that the space will suit our event needs. Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. Check out the following link to watch the video recap of our event and see for yourself: https://www.facebook.com/utah.cfo.9/videos/483403895836527/. We also checked in the night before our event. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The whole place is in excellent condition. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Would most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! It's a true example of great hospitality! Our experience at this hotel exceeded our expectations!

Yelp
We enjoyed our stay, even tho Covid had a lot of amenities closed. We booked a room that was supposed to come with breakfast, free non alcoholic beverages and deserts/snacks, but weren't told that those amenities were closed until we asked the night before arriving. In the chat the night before, they said rooms who booked that included breakfast, would be given a breakfast bag of snacks, but we were never told about it when we arrived. Could have saved money by not booking that room type. Our room was very big and beautiful, but the bathroom is really lacking. No where to hang towels and our shower is backed up, so you better shower quick. Staff was very quick with sending linens for the pull out sofa bed and extra towels. The pool area is large, but strangely with all the covid precautions, towels laid in the same spot for almost the entire 2 days we were there and there were goggles laying around for random people to use. I wish the website and room description would be updated to show what amenities aren't available as it does vary state to state in what is open and available. I am a silver elite member with room preferences listed in my profile of high floor rooms, but our room was on the bottom floor and did not have a balcony like listed in the description. Check out time was at 11, but housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9:15am. I had to ask her to go away for at least 30 minutes as we were packing up.

Yelp
After a night in a nearby upscale hotel, we were reluctant when we drove into the parking lot, but were pleasantly surprised. It's not completely renovated, but these are the pluses that we noted. We had a king room. We liked that there was a extra chair with ottoman and a desk chair. The shower head had a removable shower wand that was a nice addition. Towels were fresh and clean. The flooring appeared new and the room was clean. Bed was comfortable and TV was in a great location. They could pressure wash the rock flooring in the lobby, it appeared a little untidy. I didn't care for the indoor pool, the air smelled like chemicals so we skipped the hot tub.

Yelp
Don't be fooled by some of the photos, this place looks like a 70's motel as soon as you pull and had finishes that would look cheap in an RV. That's not the worst part that would belong to the worst customer service imaginable. DO NOT waste a dollar of your money here.

Yelp
On a family RV trip so we needed a hotel stop with plenty of open parking and close to the Main Street Park City. This location fit the bill and the in-door pool was a hit with my small girls. Also the manager MacKenzie who was the primary person on staff during the COVID partial shut down went above and beyond to make our stay was excellent. I would definitely come back and stay at the Sheraton.

Yelp
First time here and what a beautiful place. Quick check in from the staff and a nice upgrade which was appreciated. Lounge was nice with some apps and beverages. Definite recommendation.

Yelp
Close to parking. Great staff. Clean rooms. Met my expectations for sure...no complaints

Yelp
This was by far the worst Hotel experience ever (Marriott brands or otherwise). upon check in it didn't look good because, the hotel was re-branded, (no longer PC Marriott) the hotel is under so much construction it didn't even look open. The water was shut off for renovations and came back brown. We asked to have the bedding changed in our room, twice in person at the front desk. Hotel staff said of course and radioed to someone and it was never done. The AC shut off multiple times on its own and the room got so hot and uncomfortable in July Heat. Then the Fire Alarm when off at 6:30 am and everyone had to go outside until the fire dept came. book your stay anywhere else, the service and location needs alot of work.

Yelp
What a great place to stay during our first visit to Park City. We had some difficulties that came up during our stay;however, the staff (especially Mackinzie) really stepped up to help us have a wonderful stay! When we arrived early the first day due to a storm rolling in- we came to the desk at 9am and of course our room was not ready. We happily went skiing and when we came back we were told our room was not ready at 4:30pm. We were very tired and Caroline helped get us into a room. During that night the guests above us made a lot of noise at about 3am and we did not sleep well - Mackinzie took note that we and the guest above would be there for the same length of time and made sure to move us to a much better spot and problem solved!!! Thank you Mackinzie!!! We then had a bigger problem- our daughters new stuffed animal got lost in the sheets as housekeeping cleaned - she was so sad. We got Mackinzie on the problem and she even went as far as to go to a store to find if they had a replacement! Wow!!! Well good new they found Frostine as they stuffed animal is called and it is coming home to us via the us postal service! Thanks Mackinzie!

Yelp
Last week my family and I decided to travel to Park City to meet up with some friends that live there and to go hiking. The location of the hotel is great and the common areas are nice. Limited parking at the hotel ( in front and in the underground parking) so they issue a parking pass to park in a lot across the street. My children enjoyed the indoor pool. It would have been a great stay. However, there were too many issues. First, the safe in our room would not work, we had several light bulbs out in the room and the thermostat in our room was stuck on celsius. When we asked the front desk staff on duty they told us due to COVID they don't have a maintenance worker on duty during the week. Thus, they were unable to handle any maintenance issues. The second problem was that the walls are ALL paper thin. We would literally hear every step from the person/people above us. The third problem was that in the bathroom there is such a small sink area that you have nowhere to place your toiletries. The fourth problem was when the last night we were there our hotel room phone kept ringing. They were prank calls and continued until past midnight. My husband asked the front desk attendant if the calls could be blocked and we were told that there was no way to block the calls and that we would just have to move rooms. The final major issue we had is on the day we were checking out (mind you we had even requested a late check out) the cleaning lady started banging on our door at 10:15am asking if we were ready to leave. Check out is not until 11am. Thus, there is absolutely NO reason that the staff should be bothering guests when they have the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door handle, it is not 11 am yet and a late check-out had already been requested. In addition, the hotel was not very full and we were unable to get a good night of sleep any of the nights we stayed because the people above us were always walking around very early in the mornings and we had the prank calls coming to our room late into the early morning hours. Overall, we will choose to stay somewhere else next time. It really had the potential to be a great stay. However, there were too many issues.
