Sheraton Resort & Spa, Tokoriki Island, Fiji

After booking this hotel, I noticed many negative reviews and felt a bit worried before arriving. However, our actual experience turned out to be very positive. The hotel offers many great free daily activities, such as cooking classes, kava making, ice cream making, and cultural performances. The highlight for us was the reef snorkeling. The staff take guests to a reef not far from the hotel beach, completely free of charge. We saw a large variety of beautiful coral and tropical fish — it was truly worth it. The hotel facilities and rooms are well maintained, comfortable, and beautiful. I especially loved the infinity pool. We stayed at the hotel for three days and had an amazing time without getting bored at all. One important note when booking: the Sea View rooms are located in the second row, and you can barely see the ocean from inside the room. Only the Sea Front rooms are in the first row and offer a clear ocean view from the room. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a pleasant surprise.

We had a romantic couple getaway for 3 nights here. Our room was Oceanview Adults only with our own plunge pool. The staff are extremely wonderful. As a local (we were never treated any different) the service was amazing and full of smiles. The food was so good, especially the buffet breakfast and dinners. Pool was great, beach amazing, perfect snorkeling and kayaking.

Had the most amazing stay! While it’s off the beaten path with the ferry ride - if you can fit it into your schedule, we highly recommend you visit ! Stunning property, with lots of activities and the most amazing views. There was a beautiful song/ ceremony on the beach upon arrival which was such a lovely touch. We were welcomed to our villa (room 117), with the most beautiful flower art, which changed daily, and a stunning spread of treats and champagne. The oceanfront personal plunge pool was absolutely worth it. As for the restaurants, we tried the buffet dinner, which was nice - the highlight was eating with new friends we made, and lobster and steak which, was cooked a little more than we were used too. The breakfast spread each morning was very filling, with lovely ocean views. The highlight food wise was the Indian restaurant (which we don’t tend to graduate towards typically). Chef Shatiwan is incredibly talented, and even brought us some Special dishes! Not only is he a very talented Chef, but kind and personable - coming out to ensure everything was too our liking and explaining the dishes. There is a small mini putt on site, tennis courts, a beach you can walk too on the other side of the island, a nice lookout point hike, and of course amazing snorkelling and water activities. While this review is long overdue (we were platinum members staying early October 2023), we still speak so highly of this trip even years later! The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing wicker lounger on the patio outside. The cleaning staff deserve a massive shout out, as their creativity each day always made us smile, and some lovely conversations in passing too! The staff really seem To love their work which is so refreshing and shines through via the property. We also were fortunate to stay during a managers cocktail reception for Elite members - another highlight to takes delicious food and drinks while also mingling with other guests. While I wish I could remember the Manager and Chief housekeepers name - I do remember their smiles and amazing service ! We stayed at multiple Marriott branded properties across Fiji (including Momi Bay), and this one definitely stood out for us♥️

We stayed here mid Oct. on the adult side in a beachfront plunge pool room. The service was top notch from when we got off the boat until we left. We had the all inclusive service which was great for us. The views from our room was AMAZING, plunge pool was perfect temperature and super clean. The cocktails and food was great. They had daily activities all day/everyday. Snorkeling here was AMAZING. There is a seadoo that will take you out to the reefs edge. The coral, sealife and water is stunning. Seriously had the best service from the most amazing staff... Vinaka to Iva the Diva, Anamasi, Repeka, Grace, Eliesa, Lesu, Nuimaia and Subha.. you all really made our Anniversary trip AMAZING. My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton Tokoriki Island Resort for 4 days for our anniversary, and it was an incredible experience. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and offer some of the best views I have ever seen. We are both scuba divers and free divers, and the resort has an amazing house reef that we loved exploring. We also took a cooking class, which was a lot of fun, and enjoyed a Kava tasting during our stay. Overall, the resort exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend the Sheraton Tokoriki Island Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and adventurous getaway.

A Fun-Filled, Heartwarming Holiday! What a fun-filled holiday! We truly had the best time at Sheraton Tokoriki. The staff were absolutely incredible — Pizza Banana, and Jelo made our days unforgettable! Every activity was filled with laughter, warmth, and a genuine sense of welcome. All of the staff were so hospitable; it felt like being part of a real family. We made so many new friends, and everyone we met was there to relax, enjoy, and share good times. The atmosphere was nothing short of amazing. Thank you, Sheraton Tokoriki, for a holiday we’ll cherish forever. We can’t wait to come back!

Best vacation spot ever. The staff were very friendly and made us feel like friends. The rooms were good, the location is amazing, and the food/drinks were great. Excellent views and range of activities for a laid back, relaxing week. Snorkeling, swimming, pool volleyball, pool bar, ping pong, billiards, crab races, mini golf, tennis, tie-dying, trivia night. Can't wait to go back. Bula, vinaka. Sola tale.

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing retreat - this is the place for you ! The manager met me on arrival and said he was upgrading my room bc the weather was going to be rainy and he wanted me to have a nice indoor space for my stay - amazing ! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient and the public spaces are kept very clean and tidy. This is a small island with limited activities aside from the usual but they make the most with what they have and if you want quiet and relaxing —- this is a great place to be !!
