Sheraton Resort & Spa, Tokoriki Island, Fiji

We stayed here mid Oct. on the adult side in a beachfront plunge pool room. The service was top notch from when we got off the boat until we left. We had the all inclusive service which was great for us. The views from our room was AMAZING, plunge pool was perfect temperature and super clean. The cocktails and food was great. They had daily activities all day/everyday. Snorkeling here was AMAZING. There is a seadoo that will take you out to the reefs edge. The coral, sealife and water is stunning. Seriously had the best service from the most amazing staff... Vinaka to Iva the Diva, Anamasi, Repeka, Grace, Eliesa, Lesu, Nuimaia and Subha.. you all really made our Anniversary trip AMAZING. Our stay at Sheraton Tokoriki was magic from the moment we walked in the door. The island escape was perfect for our family with so much to do but also beautiful spaces to relax. The spa experience was incredible and the restaurants offer amazing food and service. There is loads to do and even if you just want a slower day, the snorkeling off the front of the hotel is perfect! By far the most notable thing about the hotel is the staff!!! The people working at this hotel are beyond amazing. We were welcomed from night one and made to feel like family. The care and attention that was shown to our families was what made the stay so special. Our children were begging to stay and have already asked us to go back and visit the amazing team. A special mention to Pesa (king of the kids!), Kitty, Cello, Leyla, Villi, Kit, Julie, Grace and Mitch - we can’t thank you all enough for making our stay magic! We stayed for 2 nights back on the mainland after our stay and couldn’t believe how much we were itching to get back to Sheraton Tokoriki. Can’t wait to be back!

Don’t let the other reviews deter you. A private island resort is always going to have its limitations but overall the experience is great. Service is warm and welcoming considering the team is working their buts off in very hot conditions. If you want staff to bend over backwards for you, go next door and pay $2k a night. Location is immaculate, you are positioned perfectly on a private island and the water is always in view and accessible all day. The pool is on the smaller side but we never used it as the ocean and coral reef was what we paid for. Food was excellent, honestly loved the food and the variety was perfect for our shorter stay. Sure, it’s on the expensive side, but again it’s a private island that ships in all of their produce to the island, so expected. Thanks team for the lovely stay <3 we will be coming back again!

Myself and two of my friends stayed here for 7 nights. I honestly loved my stay here. The staff were just beautiful people, provided amazing service and were so accommodating. The resort is absolutely beautiful and there are lots of activities to do here every day, including for kids. The pictures on the website just don’t do the place justice, it’s even more beautiful in person. Perfect sunset view, delicious buffet breakfast and good food all round. I highly recommend this resort and will be back in the future 🙌🏼

Second time visiting island we were not disappointed. Like the first visit,we were met with an amazing welcome song by the staff. Check in was made extremely easy with the ability to sit in the resturant area with the welcome drink. The rooms were amazing, they were clean and the amazing personal touches of messages on the bed. They made both the grand children feel special as well as the son inlaw who was celebrating his 40th birt day. A great touch to make everyone feel special. All of the staff from the check in staff to the kitchen and bar staff to room service staff were extremely friendly with a Bula each time we met They always made an effort to say hello to the kids with a high five. The food was again very good. Menu is a little limited but very good. We cannot thank the staff more for the service they provided. We did not use the kids club but the lovely lady who ran the club knew the grandkids names and sort them out to say hello everyday. Pool was great for us as elder people as well as for the kids. It is small do would not like to visit during school holidays but great when we stayed. It was sad to leave but have booked to return in November 2025. A home away from home… We absolutely loved our stay at Sheraton Tokoriki. The island itself is stunning — crystal-clear water, beautiful sunsets, and that peaceful “away from it all” vibe. The rooms were modern, spotless, and perfectly set up to capture the ocean views. What really stood out was the staff — genuinely warm, friendly, and always going out of their way to make our stay special. From the welcome song to remembering our names at breakfast, it felt like home in paradise. The food was great, with plenty of variety and themed nights, and of course, nothing is complete without a bowl of kava. Transfers were smooth, and there were plenty of water activities and cultural experiences to enjoy. If you’re looking for a quiet island escape with great service and a touch of luxury, Sheraton Tokoriki is perfect. We left with full hearts — vinaka vakalevu to the amazing team!

We had the most wonderful stay at Sheraton Tokoriki Island. The beach is absolutely stunning, the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The staff were truly exceptional – warm, friendly, and always going above and beyond. I was especially spoiled on my birthday – the team sang for me, surprised me with cakes, and even decorated our bed beautifully with fresh flowers. It was such a thoughtful and unforgettable gesture that made the day incredibly special. A very special thanks to Coolio and Grace for their amazing service throughout our stay – they made us feel so well looked after. My husband and I enjoyed every moment and cannot wait to return. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable island escape. 🌺✨
