We’re currently here on holiday with extended family (ages from 10-76) and we are all absolutely loving it. We’ve chosen the all inclusive option and can’t fault it. The food options are plentiful and the food is amazing both in terms of quality and quantity. There are lots of activities and our kids (11 and 10) have enjoyed tie dyeing T-shirts ($25ea), fish feeding, aqua aerobics, football, table tennis and mini golf. Twice there are have been short complimentary back and shoulder massages by the pool which we all enjoyed. There are plenty of drink options included in our package, including cocktails and mocktails. The snorkelling is fab and we’ve had the jet skis tow us out and back to the drop off where we saw a great range of fish. My sister in law and I had one of the best ever massages yesterday at the spa and highly recommend it. The pool is great and there are plenty of sun loungers. Our rooms are great, clean, modern and well maintained by housekeeping who do a fantastic job. The staff are super friendly and happy, and go out of their way to help and ensure you are having a great trip. The babysitting for my nephew (11 months) has been great and well utilised. ||Previously we’ve stayed at other resorts in Fiji but I think next time I’d just come back here, I really can’t say anything bad about the place.

It was such an incredible experience. The staff are laid back and super friendly but work hard. Activities kept everyone entertained with Lai and Villi bringing the best Bulla vibes. Was great snorkelling just off the island and getting towed out and in by a JetSki made it even better! The food was sensational. Defiantly worth getting food inclusive, we stayed a week and did not get sick of it. There were multiple options for dinner and it changed each night. The size was large and perfect! The wait staff especially, Grace, Eci, and Asaeli were incredible and extremely welcoming and would check in with us everyday even if we weren’t in their section. |Also when my sister was reading on the sun lounger outside our room, one of the gardeners climbed a coconut tree and grabbed her a coconut. Then chopped it for her so she could have fresh coconut water. Such a beautiful experience:)

Our experience at Sheraton Tokoriki Island, Fiji was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The resort’s beautiful setting, combined with warm Fijian hospitality, made our stay truly special. ||The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive—always smiling and ready to help. Our room was spacious, clean, and moderate designed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely terrace. I just think they need to go slowly into renovations. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. ||We especially enjoyed the dining options—delicious food, great variety, and wonderful service at every meal. The pool and beach areas were pristine and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. ||A big thank you to the entire Sheraton Fiji team for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return

We stayed at Sheraton Resort & Spa, Tokoriki Island on a full board package, which included all meals but not drinks. Coming from a great experience at InterContinental Fiji, our expectations were naturally higher, and unfortunately, this resort didn’t quite measure up. While the staff were friendly, there were noticeable service lapses. On a couple of occasions, our orders were taken but not relayed properly - one instance being a simple cappuccino that took over 30 minutes to arrive, even though the venue wasn’t busy. To their credit, they did acknowledge the delay and kindly provided the cappuccino for free, along with a second cup, which we appreciated. The resort itself felt a bit neglected. The beach shoreline was covered with seaweed and debris possibly from recent rain and much of it had been pushed aside to one end. As a result, the only usable part of the beach was directly in front of the resort, which ironically was labeled a non-swimming area for new arrivals. Since the rest of the beach wasn’t well maintained, most guests ended up staying in that one area, especially those not interested in snorkeling or using the swimming pool. The food, though included in the package, was mostly bland and uninspired, it was the same every day. Coffee from the espresso machines was consistently poorly made. Small details like torn flags added to the impression that the resort had once been beautiful but has been somewhat forgotten over time. Overall, while our stay wasn’t terrible, it fell short of the 5-star experience we expected especially when compared to other Fiji resorts in the same category.

Fiji just started a new direct flight from Dallas. There are 4 Marriott properties, with three being on the mainland. We decided to select the one out on a random island. There are three ways to get out to Tokoriki. A large ferry, private ferry or a quick helicopter ride. We decided on the helicopter to get out there and the public ferry on the return. The helicopter was amazing. We used Island Hoppers. There is a small Marriott lounge when you land and they will help find your contact for whichever transfer you decide. It is beautiful, and directly across from the island they film survivor on, and a short jet ski away from the castaway island. The rooms were great, although our ocean front did deal with seaweed. The food and service could use a little work. They do have all inclusive, but the drinks are only certain types and only 11-9 for some reason. The restaurants have basically the same menu every day, so you may get bored of the options. If you special order anything, it has a good chance of being wrong. (Salad with no olives will come with olives, as an example.) some of the staff are amazing, but there are also some staff who aren’t up to par. (Iva, Anna and John were favorites.) There are two hotels on this island, so arrange a reservation next door to grab lunch and/or dinner. It is a quick walk and very pretty. (No kids over there.) The jet ski trips are amazing and super fun. We did two. One a quick trip around the island and the other a 90 minute trip out to a reef where you get to snorkel for 30 minutes. (Amazing.) The helipad was best location for pictures of sunset and stars. Overall, we loved our trip, and recommend the hotel and Fiji in general.

We had the most incredible time here at Tokoriki. The staff are beyond amazing and truely feel like family even after just a few days. The reef is stunning, an excellent reason to stay here having access to that every single day! All the meals we had were delicious, however if you were staying more than a few days, the lack of variation would be an issue. But overall, we loved every moment of our stay

Lovely clean room. We were holidaying with our 13 year old daughter. Its one room so her rollout bed was brought in. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us. Beautifully maintained gardens. The staff were lovely, very friendly and always ready to help. We did pay for an 'ocean view room' but we really couldn't see much of it at all from our window, not like you would expect to. Was a bit disappointing. If you are really wanting to see the ocean from your room you will want to book an 'ocean front' room. Bathroom amenities supplied: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap & body lotion. They also had robes and slippers. Tea bags, coffee, suger, powdered milk and long life milk supplied also. The snorkelling at the outer reef here is amazing. A great variety of fish to see and lots of colourful coral. You can jump on to the back of a jetski that one of the workers is on in the water and he will take you out there then you just wave him down when you are done and want to come back to shore. The food and drinks were delicious. We got the all inclusive food package which is definitely worth getting. Overall we loved our 5 night stay.

Truly one of the best places to stay on the planet. Off the beaten path, quiet, and comfortable, the hotel offers guests incredible views, delicious dining options (ask about adding a dining plan at check-in), and acres of fluffy white sands. The staff are wonderful . The warmth of their welcome is sincere. Special shout out to Eci in the dining room who brightened our days. Be sure to go on a guided snorkel trip - the soft coral reefs are some of the best in the world. Also hike across the island to an absolutely gorgeous beach that is almost always empty. Truly a paradise hotel.
