The staff were helpful and professional, ensuring our experience was pleasant. One of the unique conveniences this Sheraton offers is an on-site ATM for quick cash access—an excellent feature for travelers. For those looking to indulge, the hotel even has its own casino, adding a touch of luxury and entertainment for guests. Although we didn’t have time to explore all the facilities, we recommend speaking with the front desk for guidance on the available amenities. They’re there to assist and ensure you make the most of your stay. Overall, Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey’s is a beautiful destination with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. It's perfect for those seeking both convenience and a touch of sophistication in the heart of Samoa.

What a shame!! The hotel looks flash from the outside. However, as soon as you step inside your room it's a different story. Tired decor, bugs and dust on the floor, Bathroom and shower were filthy. The aircon smells really bad and the TV didn't work. Took 3 days to get a tech, who got it working but didn't leave us a remote... 5 days after arrival and 3 calls later, we received a remote. Never got our upgrade we paid for. The pool is really dirty, cats in the restaurant. Food was OK but overpriced, and to top it off.....we witnessed the restaurant Manageress assaulting one of the young waiters (He was on the floor trying to get up when the door was slammed on me). Stay away from this hotel as they don't deserve to keep trading.

Terrible hotel. Didn't get the harbour view hotel we paid for. Roller bed was like sleeping on a rock. Pool was so dirty i wouldn't recommend swimming there. Lap pool 'was closed' and they had no gym. Staff saying "its not working". Had to ask another staff member who said it's under renovation. Restaurant is pricey, the buffet breakfast is average. Overall, overpriced for a terrible hotel. Go stay at Taumeasina instead

From the moment we pulled up the staff were on 🔥🔥🔥 loved every bit of our stay the breakfast buffet was so yum. The room was clean & tidy. I still can’t get over the customer service here it’s a 10/10 for me the staff really do go above and beyond. From reception, kitchen and housekeeping staff y’all really know how to make people want to come back. Thank you for accommodating us again.

Great customer service from front desk to servers and staff at the dinning area, as well as house keeping. Have stayed at a few hotels in Samoa and would rate the buffet breakfast at Sheraton to be the best of them all. |Always great to eat with good service. Pool was lovely daughter enjoyed it. Opened the week of Teuila which is when we were there. |||Cons: Tv and phone lines didn’t work during our stay so hard to communicate with front desk, |Parking was terrible at the back of the building.

The hotel has a mixture of good and poor rooms, making it harder to appreciate the difference for the funds. My room was fine, after rejecting the minimalist first room offered. Food facilities at the hotel are limited, the choice is also limited and the quality at best variable.||The front desk staff are a problem. They do not appear to be adequately trained and difficulties I encountered have still not been resolved months later.||I recommend not giving the hotel a card to charge for incidentals but instead using cash which can be wthdrawn from the ATM machine at the hotel.

We recently stayed for 8nights. Front desk service was great, breakfast team also responsive and hospitable. Great location!! Our disappointment was the main lift went out of ordered from day 2 - no info when it might be fixed, rooms were comfortable but very tied and repairs in the bathroom were noticeable. The car parking situation was terrible. Best park on the street if you do not want to be boxed in.

Nice looking hotel however our first room smelled like musty mould. The front receptionist lied to us saying they were fully booked to move us to another room which my wife checked online and there were rooms still available. Another representative stepped in and moved us which we were so appreciative but receptionist need to be trained better. New room however didn't have enough towels and toilet wasn't working. Eventually got fixed. No remotes as well. Quality checks need to be done to ensure rooms are well stocked. Staff also need to write down requests as house keeping had to be reminded numerous times to fulfil issues with the room. Gave 3 stars however it bordered between 2 and 3. Alot of potential, just needs attention to detail.
