Although I only spent one night there, it was an absolutely delightful stay. My room was very clean, spacious, and loved the view. The staff were lovely and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. Even though the hotel restaurant was small, it was very nice. I especially enjoyed their sandwiches, which were a nice change of pace for me. Despite the unfortunate weather, which kept me from enjoying the ocean as much as I would have liked, the overall experience was fantastic. Only feedback is at times service can be Alittle slow although I understand it is island time but there were a few times too many that I had to double check or remind folks. I do recommend staying here whenever you make it over to this part of the world

Stayed here with family for a few nights as it was close to the airport. Lovely view& great pool. Food+drinks is quite pricey so plan your days as there's no restaurants close by. The buffet breakfast has a great variety. Impressed they improved the breakfast buffet compared to a week prior there were so many flies. Coming back a wk later, they changed the breakfast location and dishes, there were no flies. Staff are friendly+welcoming. The manager kindly allowed me to cancel 1 night booking last minute as i lost my phone & had to catch the ferry to Savaii the next day to look for it. Thanks so much! Disappointed the gym is a long walk from the rooms. It only has a few working machines and sauna wasn't working. No steam room.

Sheraton Samoa was a delightful and pleasant stay. The resort itself is full equipped with restaurants, gym, spa and other amenities. The staff here are the most welcoming and joyful bunch of people I've come across, their is always a friendly face on every corner and they make your stay extremely enjoyable and memorable. Special thanks to Elaine and all the staff here for making my stay so significant. Will be back again, Thankyou Sheraton Samoa!

As a longtime Marriott customer, I am deeply disappointed to see the Sheraton name associated with a property that falls so far below the brand's usual standards. The hotel underwhelmed in almost every aspect—cleanliness, service, dining, and accommodations. While the hotel has undergone recent renovations that improve the overall infrastructure, the experience still leaves much to be desired. The beach is a highlight, with pleasant shaded areas that make for a great day by the water. However, the bar service only caters to the pool, which limits the full enjoyment of the beachfront. Dining was one of the biggest letdowns. The quality of the food and beverages was significantly below expectations, even accounting for the logistical challenges of being on a remote island. Over the entire duration of our stay, only once did a staff member check on us during a meal—a glaring lapse in hospitality. Communication was another area of frustration, with conflicting information given on several occasions. Guests should be prepared to double-check all details to avoid confusion. Cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. Photos can illustrate the extent of the issues better than words. This property does not live up to the Sheraton brand’s reputation. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works toward significant improvements.

Stayed at the Sheraton Resort in Mulifanua for one week & absolutely enjoyed it. Great service from the front desk & the team overall. House cleaning team was also very patient with me and my family. Enjoyed the breakfast a good variety! Prefer the Sheraton Resort than the Sheraton Hotel in Apia.

This property is pretty disappointing to be labeled as a Sheraton Resort. The only good quality is the proximity to the airport, but at the same time that means very far from Apia. The property is very outdated, and not in a charming old-fashioned way. The rooms have a lot of aspects that you can tell were not properly cleaned from previous guests. Service in the restaurant and bar is awful, I had to ask for our meals several times despite being the only customers that evening. The vehicles/shuttles/taxis I ordered from the front desk all arrived significantly late.

It's interesting when you stay one night here and the next night in the Apia Sheraton. Only the combination of both experiences makes it a very nice experience. The Beach one receives you with a long wait for another room due to a malfunctioning AC. The glasses in the bath are dirty, no paper tissues and the state-of-the-art amenities (razor, tooth brush) are missing. Only thing is the lotion. The rain shower is calcificated and you find no coffee or tea in the room as it has not been refilled. The pool is a blurry as the sea is. I assume due to proximity of airport and ferry harbor the water isn't as clear or clean than on many other beaches I have been to. I checked eve and morning. I couldn't see any water sports equipment either. Very friendly they let me check out one hour late complimentary. The Apia Sheraton doesn't have a beach but the pool was much cleaner. Therefore your room lacks any furniture on the balconies. Here you lack the milk in the fridge, the shower glass and mirror are not clean and you'll find a smelly dirty lift roughly renovated. Beware of the stairways as they look even worse and smell bad. But the chief and the manager pass the tables in the restaurant to greet and ask for feedback. Overall it's my experience with most hotels, you hardly find the one perfect in every thing, standards are great but we are all human beings forgetting this or that.

Pros: Lovely resort just 5 minutes from the international airport. Very clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff here is very attentive and friendly. I had a great massage at their spa. Nice pool and beautiful private beaches onsite. There is also a restaurant, bar, and a souvenir/amenity shop on site. Cons: As lovely as the beaches are, they aren’t really suitable for swimming due to large, sharp rocks beneath the water that are difficult to see before stepping on them. There are a lot of mosquitos around, but that’s probably true anywhere in the tropical South Pacific. Finally, there was very loud landscaping happening the entirety of my stay at the resort, it was impossible to hear the waves from my room or relax. I told the manager (Gladwell I believe is her name) and she was very apologetic and kindly offered me a comped dinner to make up for the trouble. Overall, I would stay at this resort again when passing through Samoa.
