Sheraton Santo Domingo Hotel

So Marriott always has nice hotels and really this is during a rainy time in the country but the hotel itself was wonderful. The Sheraton is right on the Malecon and near zone colonial and lots of things to do. ||I have the opportunity to be on the club level and that is why I am writing this review specifically. I am often on the club level and it is always a good experience, but there are two specific people who made my travel this time. Amazing.||Aygenys the attendant in the club was great friendly attentive and really a masterful job of having great conversation with all of the people there. He was even trying to learn languages. He is just friendly and a great selection..||However my favorite person was Nelsy the concierge. She completely changed and brightened the entire trip. She was always friendly warm and helpful. She was knowledgeable and overall a great employee. She is such an asset to the hotel. ||All travelers who read this please treat them well and I hope you have a great experience as well

The entire hotel staff was very friendly and extraordinarily helpful.|What Id like to point out is that at the morning breakfast buffet I ordered lemon tea on Monday and got served everyday with my preferred tea ever since without asking for it which I highly appreciated and that's exactly what excellent customer service is about. |Also I had the pleasure of meeting Ana Santos & Nelsy Montes from the Club lounge which were also really nice and helpful. |Unfortunately I had a really bad complimentary massage which I reported to the concierge Nancy and she was very thoughtful and even handed me a nice little gift. Overall nice experience I will stay for a few more days and looking forward to the great service.

It was great staying at this hotel , very clean and friendly staff. The concierge service was excellent with great food. The friendly staff with great service , Ana Santos and Argenis M was very hospitable and very respectful. They made us feel welcoming. Good at breakfast was great. The place is at great spot.

Excellent Service all around. I often travel solo and this is last time I had an incident. Fell backwards off a swing in the Malecón. Broken left big toe and 3 fractures. Yoseimy-thank you for sending Rodolfa (Dolfi) with me to the ER. Ana Santos-thanks for all your help and for getting me a bite to each so I could take the medication, even though it was before the Club opened. Nelsy-your assistance and support go above and beyond. I really appreciate each and everyone of you. You’re all my family when I’m there solo. Again, thank you very much!

Great stay. Nelsy was such a great help and so friendly and gave a lot of recommendations. Ana in the lounge was really one of the best along with Samuel ( an older gentleman at night .. I hope I got his name right) as well as a younger gentleman in the morning||Great great staff and will return for sure

The staff at the Hotel was excellent and very attentive. From ANA and NELSY in the concierge lounge to TERESA in the Spa who provided a phenomenal massage, to RAFAEL, who helped with luggage and answered all my questions, to ARIS at the front desk, to CARMEN, FRAN and MAX at the lobby bar. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive and hospitable. I always enjoy my time at the Sheraton Santo Domingo.

Ana Santos is Amazing!! Greeted us every night and took great care of me and my husband! I didn’t have to ask for anything she remembered exactly what I wanted and served us with a beautiful smile… Thank you!

My family and I had a great time. Breakfast was delicious, and our room was comfortable. The pool was great for the kiddos and there was awesome service and great staff.
