Sheraton Sao Paulo WTC Hotel (Sao Paulo, Brazil) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"São Paulo’s World Trade Center is a gleaming high-rise with corporate offices, a design-oriented shopping mall, more than twenty restaurants, and a snazzy business hotel. And the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel is exactly what you’d expect from the international chain in this location: modern yet conservative, with professional service and all the standard comforts. Which isn’t to say the luxury hotel is without character. Case in point: the colorfully striped, vintage-inspired swimming pool and deck, adjacent to a glass atrium and a vertical garden that’s beautifully illuminated at night. Guest rooms are relatively spacious, given the urban setting, and impeccably maintained; many have marble bathrooms with tubs and some offer sweeping views over the city below." - Tablet Hotels

Had a outstanding stay here. The hotel has such a calm, welcoming feel and everything was really well looked after. Karina was lovely and was just genuinely pleasant to deal with. An also massive thank you to the cleaning room team, it was impeccable. We’ll definitely be returning.

I recently stayed at your property and would like to share my feedback:| 1. The hotel room was comfortable, the location felt safe, and the facilities such as the gym and swimming pool were very good.| 2. However, compared to other Sheraton properties, the stay experience was not quite on par — there were no complimentary tea or coffee facilities in the room, and standard complimentary bathroom amenities were not provided.||Thank you for your attention, and I hope to see some improvements on my next stay.

Everyone was kind and patient while we had to call our credit card company due to international travel. It was also helpful that the staff spoke English. |Vilma cleaned our room and she did such an awesome job!

Nice rooms in a nice hotel. Special thanks to Ronan and Fabrizio, very friendly and professionnal gentlemen at the clients desk. Breakfast is good but can be better by having more fresh vegs and fruits.

Rooms are bit and outdated. I was on the 10th floor and you could tell that it’s old. Location is prime. My office is in the Robocop building which is an easy 3-4 minute walk.

Google
Hotel has direct access to a mall with food courts, restaurants and shops. The room is rather big, bathroom is very clean, relatively newer hotel compared to the Hilton next door. Staffs are friendly and striving to provide excellent services! The surrounding area is safe because I walked around quite a bit during day time! Not super close to public transit but uber is the norm in São Paulo I assume.

I wanted to mention the superior cleaning my room received from Meire.|She organized my toiletries, took extra care of putting my stuff away, and the room was super clean and taken care of, just amazing 👏

Yelp
A flagship property that exudes true 5 star opulence with Club Lounge and an Executive Lounge. In addition to suites, there are signature rooms with unique architectural stylings to make this huge venue quirky and fun. Superb staff coddle you are reception and the food and beverage venues. No matter how busy this location gets, the staff remain gregarious, efficient and poised. Exemplary property.

Yelp
I really like this Sheraton. I go a designer room. It has a nice divider. The room placed excellent music and the turn down service was nice. The breakfast lounge is on the 15th floor. Breakfast was decent and it has a lot of selections of fruit. The happy hour lounge is on the 4th floor and it's from 7 to 9 is perfect. Pour yourself a drink and settle down with some snacks. It's so easy there is no reason to go out to eat. I'm generally in Sao Paulo a few times a year, and this will definitely be one of my go to hotels. Excellent stay for work travelers.

Yelp
Only SPG option in Sao Paulo. The hotel location is not very central and there is always traffic near it so be aware of that before you book. The design rooms are really nice, all by local artist. The room is a decent size with a large bathroom. They have a lounge with some food options for breakfast. The design room floor has its own staff desk which is very helpful because the lobby front desk can get packed! Not too many great food options in the area, but there is restaurant right in the mall next door with some good food. If you really want an spg hotel, this is a good choice. If you have some flexibility, I suggest finding a hotel with a better location.

Yelp
Location -- excellent location for where I need to be when I'm in Sâo Paulo. Hotel -- the common area and rooms at this hotel needed some care and a bit of renovation when I first stayed here about 11 years ago. It is now long overdue for renovation. I still stay here when the Grand Hyatt is booked (or overpriced), but be aware that it is a tired, run down place. Food -- the hotel restaurant is awful and exceptionally overpriced. I will still eat breakfast here, but the only thing that is passable for me is to just order a couple of over easy eggs. The buffet is expensive, sparse and very low quality food. For lunch or dinner, there is an excellent small little sushi place that is not part of the Sheraton but is in the same building just behind the hotel restaurant. Outstanding fresh seafood and a great price. There are a lot of other food options close by as well. This is a so-so place to stay if you need to be in the area. If the Grand Hyatt (short walk up the street) is similarly priced or even a fair bit more, it's a far better hotel. I stayed at the Sheraton again this last trip as the Grand Hyatt was about 2.5x the price.

Yelp
I am not sure how this hotel has 4 to 5 stars on all these reputable websites, I'm pretty sure it's a conspiracy. Here's my highlights: - Room is dingy- dark, hasn't been renovated since 1965, carpet is from 1967, it is musty and smells like mold - Wifi is slow as hell. The paid one is a scam- it is no faster than the free one. Do not expect to watch any GIFs, videos, or do work - I am a Sheraton gold member which apparently doesn't give me access to the executive floor. What does it get me, exactly? OMG! THE OPTIONS! 1) one free drink at the bar, or 2) upgraded wifi for my stay which is a scam, or 3) 250 points. What is the point of brand loyalty and status if the reward is literally equivalent of $6 USD? - NO HOT WATER. Three of my coworkers all had the same issue. Hope you enjoy cold showers! - Sink and shower drains flood, do not drain - Bathroom was dirty - Cleaning knocked my Pringles on the floor and put them back in the container thinking I wouldn't notice. After they fell on the nasty carpet Please spare yourself this experience.

Yelp
This review is only for service at the bar. Mr Basetto (on the right of the pics) was a great bartender, he was able to mix unique drinks based on choices of liquor, drinks that were not even on the menu!! These were just great and the work he put to get all the flavors together was impressive!! The only reason why I don't give a 5 star review, is because all the "ladies of the night" that are in the area. People watching was entertaining but definitely something that I can't stand being around.. again this review is mainly for the bartender who did a great job!

Yelp
I stayed at Sheraton WTC twice. As SPG member, we don't have many choices in the city besides Sheraton WTC. The location is fine if you have clients around the area. However, the location is not strategic when you want to travel to Itaim, Pinheiros, Vila Madalena etc for better restaurants. This area is always surrounded with traffic unfortunately. Having said that, I love this Sheraton for its design floor lounge and club floor lounge. The room in design floor is definitely nicer than the room in other floors since they are designed by local artist. Concierge is never there but the staffs here speak fluent English.

Yelp
Lovely stay at Sheraton WTC. The design suites named after Brazilian designers. Hotel is attached to a large, high end mall with lovely interior design shops.

Yelp
Great hotel in the center of the business district of São Paulo. Lovely lobby with very generous staff hosting the guests. He rooms are well appointed and spacious, and the breakfast spread is well worth spending time eating! Love the gym and pool, extremely clean and very good for both business and pleasure.

Yelp
1rst complaint about hammering & drilling was made at 10:30pm.. now it's 1am ...correction ..1:35am...and it continues. Sheraton São Paulo WTC customers experience stinks and yet I keep coming back because of my loyalty to Marriott. This is the last straw. I think I'm going to have to stay elsewhere

Yelp
Great service, lobby bar has good caipirinha and live music. The rooms are spacious with nice views of the Tower Bridge. The poolside bar is very nice and also has live music. The adjacent mall is very convenient with lots of dining and shopping options. Sadly, not much else in the area, but a decent place to relax when visiting for work
