Sheraton Seoul D-Cube City Hotel

Good location, connected to a department store and good facilities. Service is good and the staff is professional and polite. However, weekend and holiday season could get very busy as many locals use the hotel for private functions and weddings. Waiting time for lifts goes up exponentially. The lounge is good but timings for weekdays are strange. Opens 9.30am during weekdays. It's of no use for business users if you want to get a quiet place for emails and coffee. Otherwise, the overall experience is not bad.

We stayed here this past May for about 11 days. I LOVE this hotel!!! The actual room was so awesome, with a super sweet view of Seoul. There was a gym and a pool indoors for exercise! We used the laundry service, which was way more than I thought it was going to be, so I won’t ever do that again. But they were clean and pressed! The bathroom was awesome because it had a shower and an awesome bathtub. There is practically a subway station in the hotel’s basement - not quite but you’re just steps away from the subway when exiting the hotel. There’s a McDonalds and a Starbucks underneath the hotel. There’s so much other food and shopping right out on the street. There’s a really cute park that I skateboarded around and we are our breakfast out there too. My favorite part of this hotel was how incredibly helpful and kind the staff was. Even though we didn’t really speak any Korean, they always went very far out of their way to accommodate any request we had. I think everyone I talked to (hotel employees) seemed pretty fluent in English. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!! I loved it so much!!

Fantastic high end hotel. Great breakfast spread with a wide selection of continental, American and Asian fares. Rooms are big and spacious with either an in room steam bath or a nice luxurious bath tub. The gym is huge with a good selection of weights coupled with an indoor golf range. Hotel is also situated right above a huge Hyundai Mall with a good variety of local brands and international brand. Opposite the hotel have a good selection of local food fares too.

hotel location is good, there is a big shopping center at the same building. You can have food and shopping within a minute. It also connects with the train station, you can access the metro from B1 floor. If you want to find local food, just cross the road and there are lots if local drinking places and bbq restaurants. The hotel itself is not bad. The staff and service are good as expected. Staff are friendly and polite. We got some good experiences from the restaurant, front desk and the lobby. The facilities are also good in this hotel, pool, fitness center 24hrs, sauna ( close on every Wed). One thing I don't think is up to the Sheraton hotel standard is the room service. I provided a feedback to them and they are kind enough to make another serve for me. FYI, there are also food court, supermarket at Basement/F, cinema at 7/F and an art gallery at 9/F at the same building.

Excellent Breakfast buffet to start in the day.- Gym and Sauna & indoors pool keep you fit & healthy.- Great atmosphere but leave the music a part. Only repeating every day and from time to time to loud. Nice comfortable rooms with a great bathroom. Hyundai Store is next by and you have two possibilities for your lunch - Dinner Basement or 6th floor if you are not joining the hotel kitchen. Happy hour is a must if you are staying with friend.-

Great Location with many shopping and foods. Been there for Chicago Musical, which is very easy to asset to the Theater in the same complex. Great room very clean and great view. Very nice ABF with variety of foods. Recommended for people who come to soul.

Excellent hotel and very friendly staff! The in room dining was great and the location is perfect if you want to go downstairs there is a shopping mall. Outside across the street are a lot of eating places as well! Breakfast was great, gym was very nice! Best part is the view!!

+Rooms are big, cozy and clean so we enjoyed that part. -Swimming pool experience was a joke. It is small so there are 3 lines but one is only for " members only " . Even if there is no "member " around you still can't use it. " the guard" who watch you swimming was quite rude and keep telling people don't do this don't do that etc. - Breakfast was poor and we had to wait for 15 min to enter the area . However I guess it's for keeping the distance between tables so it's must be temporary.
