We stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki last year and had a great holiday, in a fabulous Diamond Head view room. A big thank you to Amanda Landsbaum, who thoughtfully organised interconnecting rooms and a to die for view. My son is hearing impaired and spent so much time on our balcony looking out at the people on the beach, the peaceful water and the sparking lights of the hotels along the beach – it really calmed him and gave him much joy.||Our overnight flight from Sydney arrived prior to check so we were glad to be able to utilise the luggage storage room. This allowed us to take advantage of the pool and facilities while we waited for our room. My kids loved the pool and the slides, while my mother enjoyed the more peaceful adults infinity pool, with a gorgeous view.||We regularly ate lunch at Rum Fire. The food was mostly good, (great pumpkin salad) however we did need to clean the outside tables before sitting down and go to the bar to order ourselves, as its seemed the faster approach. ||We did find that guests put down towels at the pool early morning and then left to come back later to find a pool seat waiting for them, this meant less availability. However, at times we did see the pool staff try to monitor this issue by removing seats that looked unattended. ||The in-room coffee machines looked a bit dated, not so clean and came with powdered milk. I tried to make a coffee once but not again. ||We are returning early July to celebrate birthdays. We are looking forward to returning and thankful to Tiana from Room Reservations who has noted on our reservation a view of the Hilton Lagoon and Village. We are hoping that this time too, the view will be a big highlight especially for my mother with mobility challenges and my son – both of whom will spend a great deal of time relaxing on the balcony.

The Sheraton was perfect for our family of four (two boys ages 9 & 12). The boys loved the pool and being right on the ocean. The shuffleboard by the pool was a big hit with our boys and we also saw pool tables by the lobby. You can’t beat the location - right in the heart of Waikiki with so many dining options - fancy or budget-friendly. The rooms were a bit small, but the oceanfront balcony views more than made up for the space! We spotted multiple sea turtles daily and enjoyed watching the surfers. The separate vanity with the lighted makeup mirror was perfect for me to set all my stuff and get ready and not take up room from the sink. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Waikiki.

I loved my trip to Honolulu, and Sheraton Waikiki made this possible! I mean, after googling and googling and googling, I was convinced that I would thoroughly enjoy this resort, and yes, it was just wonderful. Location, perfect. The ocean view room, yes! The two swimming pools (one family oriented, the other mainly for adults), yes!! You really can't go wrong with this resort. I was elated just because I was in Hawaii, but this resort really had everything I wanted. Oh, and the staff (both the front desk and the housekeeping) were ALWAYS friendly, responsive and professional. I only had a few questions, and they answered my questions clearly and promptly. This resort is worth it!!

First stayed here in 2007, and had an incredible two week stay, so I was looking forward to returning. For the price (accommodation, plus taxes and resort fee), I did feel like the hotel fell short in many ways and probably won’t stay again on our next trip. View as first remembered was still incredible though. And access to the beach was great.

For a Sheraton, this stay was absolutely five stars! The view from our room was incredible—we could see the ocean and Diamond Head right from our balcony. Waking up to that every morning made the trip unforgettable!! The location is unbeatable. We were just steps away from Waikiki Beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. Plus, everything else—restaurants, shops, and attractions—was within easy walking distance.

It overlooks the ocean and is adults-only, which made it such a peaceful and relaxing spot. I spent a lot of time there just soaking in the view. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the full Waikiki experience!

Google
Beautiful resort with amazing views. The staff has been excellent in all areas of the hotel Huge issue…the chairs by the pool. They don’t have nearly enough to accommodate 1/4 of the hotel guests. People start lining up at 6:30 to get in at 7 when they open the pool area. Chairs are saved so if you have a family, forget sitting by the pool. You can rent cabanas for $300 a day or covered chairs for $150 a day. This is a major flaw that I see here that truly has to be addressed.

Don’t expect your Marriott status to matter at this hotel. They didn’t upgrade us or grant us late check out. No water available in the room and lack of water filling stations. And our room key wasn’t available to us because of an outage. A security had to escort us every time we would return to the room. No compensation for the inconvenience. The view to the rooms are spectacular

Yelp
Busy, bustling hub in upscale Waikiki section of Honolulu which gets you close to great restaurants, shopping, swimming, and most important...the beach! We spent the beginning of our Hawaii adventure in Waikiki and the Sheraton served as our home base. To fully rate this I kind of have to break it down. The room: 3 STARS. The room was small and when we arrived the AC had been off so there was this musty sea scent. I had housekeeping replace all the pillows because they smelled weird. Bathroom small for 4 to share. The view: 5 STARS. Fabulous view all the way down Waikiki beach with Diamond Head in the back ground! Clear blue water where you can see turtles surface all day long. Couldn't stop snapping pics. The pool: 4 STARS. The pool is nice with a good water slide for kids and with the heat, you need to take a dip. It's crowded though and throngs of kids make it feel a little tight. There's an infinity pool for adults that's separate. The beach: 5 BIG ONES! Our fave beach of the trip! It's Waikiki, their beach is epic for a reason! As you look down the beach you can see the hard core surfers hit up the public portion. But the hotel section here was a blast for us! My kids would have spent all day if they could. If you're not used to this latitude, don't mess with anything less than SPF 50. And reapply often! Seriously, you'll get crispy FAST! Restaurants, lobby, etc.. 4 STARS. This hotel is BUSY! The lobby is a mall, swarming with people. Getting coffee in the morning takes a long time. The beach side restaurant was nice. But after walking around we kind of got envy of the Royal Hawaiian Resort right next door. It had this cultural/historical, less crowded vibe that was more our thing. Both hotels are super close walk to an outdoor mall and the strip with shops and restaurants so you can walk to everything. Given that there's little price difference, do the Sheraton if you want to feel like you're in the middle of the action. Go next door to Royal Hawaiian if you're a history buff. The beachside restaurants at both are good (but the bill creeps up on you!)

Yelp
Had an amazing event in the ballrooms last night and could not have done it without their amazing staff! Malia and Jeffrey were our captains along with Heather holding up the bar staff. Stuart and Yee and Jaynie (forgive the speklling) were oustanding too. There are too many to thank but at the end of the day know this, your absolute delight is all they will settle for. They have integrety and personality and truly care that everything is handled with perfection. I have to admit, when the quotes come it on how much everything is projected to cost, it seems extremely expensive. In reality, it is comparable to all of the others and when the event is over, you will thank the Lord, or whoever else you beleive in that you had your event there. The food was magnificant. Rarely can you say that. I heard people talkimg about the fact that every dish was outstanding, proving the chef cares too! Thank you Sheraton Waikiki Beach for another successful year of SPOY with SME Honolulu. We appreciate you!

Yelp
The balcony views were incredible at this oceanfront hotel. It was conveniently located in walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The pool area was beautiful exotic paradise and in my opinion one of the best in the areas. It had 2 water slides of different sizes, a mini waterfall with hidden cove, a 3ft section perfect for kids and 2 jacuzzis! They also had an infinity pool that was open to ages 16 and older. The staff was friendly and the cleaners came up to the room to clean daily. My only complaint is that it's a little disappointing breakfast is not included with the stay. But there is a delicious bakery called Dean and Deluca in walking distance across the street that you can go to.

Yelp
Thanks to Isaac, we are having the best time at the Sheraton. He was so kind to us as soon as we approached the front desk. He also found out it was our honeymoon and went above and beyond to make sure we had a room that was "accommodated" to our special stay. We are really grateful to him and the rest of the Sheraton team for making this trip so special. The Sheraton also had two awesome swimming pool areas and they are attached right to the Hawaii beaches and it's literally a few steps down to the beach from the hotel. We can't thank Isaac enough for such a memorable trip.

Yelp
Depends on your room assignment I guess. Was a constant droning background noise from all the nearby businesses air conditioners. Rooms were nice Waikiki was weird, thought I was in Vegas for a moment

Yelp
Another staycation on the books!! Large property with two pools, dining and shopping options. Valet Parking was $65 - ouch. All staff were encountered were helpful and friendly. Rooms were small, but newly renovated. Beds were comfy. The room had a mini fridge and coffee maker. TV includes cable and streaming capabilities- I love when hotels have this! Pools are gorgeous. Towel and bar service at the pool. Prepare to pay Waikiki resort prices. I would definitely stay again in future.

Yelp
Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Waikiki. We came during spring break, April 2024. Our family of 4 stayed in 1 bedroom Kai Ocean Suite, it was quite big, 1112 sq ft/ 100 sq m. Has a nice foyer, which leads to the living room and dining area, their sofa that can be used as a pull-out sofa bed, the bathroom was spacious, as well as the king bed bedroom. You are provided with a wristband. It is the room suite key and parking access as well. I noticed other wristband keys are blue, while ours were silver and found out different tier Marriott Bonvoy status are different colored. Silver and Gold Elites get yellow wristbands. Platinum, titanium, and ambassador elites get the silver ones. Our Kai ocean suite had 2 lanai/ balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, both with breathtaking views of the ocean, diamond head, and waikiki beach. Our spot was a corner, so both lanai provided magnificent panorama views. The suite was right off the elevator. Parking was $55/night, we had a rental car the entire trip, and it was just easier to get around outside of waikiki, and the daily resort fee is about $50 after tax per day. Service and house keeping was good. We felt cold a couple of nights. It was raining on and off a lot that week, and they brought extra blankets quickly! Super attentive. Kai market is downstairs for easy access to grab some breakfast. We were busy with daily activities around Oahu, so we didn't get to try other restaurants at Sheraton. Beach chairs rentals with umbrella are $100/each day, which comes with 2 chairs + an umbrella. we arrived downstairs at 9 a.m., and it was already sold out. So we went next door to the pink hotel, and they had some availability, also $100/until 5pm. We also rented some boogie boards for the kids for a few hours. They charge by the hour. Pink Hotel/Royal Hawaiian can also charge it to the Sheraton Waikiki room. I think the Sheraton pool chairs with cover rentals were $150 or 165 for each day, also came in 2, and the cabanas cost more. Prices also depend on the week and day. It was overall a lovely stay, we would definitely come back! My children wanted to stay in Oahu for another week. Even though we've been there for 8 days already. Lol

Yelp
Beautiful view from the room, could see sea turtles every day! Rooms were clean and hotel had some good amenities. I do wish there were more food/ restaurant options in the hotel but overall had a very nice stay.

Yelp
We had a lovely time at the Sheraton Waikiki. This is such a family friendly hotel, with wonderful amenities, fantastic location, and great views. It satisfied everything my family needed. We came here as a party of 5 - me, my husband, our almost 6 month old baby daughter, and my parents. Everyone had a blast. Location. The convenience in location made it so we didn't have to worry about rental cars. We were able to stay a week and walk to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Within minutes of walking, we could go to shopping plazas, restaurants, dessert places, souvenir shops, etc. The beach is just a few steps away. You can enter the famous Waikiki beach in a matter of minutes. The convenience is so key. No long travels to get to this world famous beach. Some of the mornings we went snorkeling with our own snorkel gear. We simply had to walk downstairs with our gear and the beach was right there. When it was time to get dressed and prepare for evening activities? No worries, our room was just right upstairs. So fricking convenient. Rooms. The views from our rooms were breathtaking - we had giant oceanside views. The balconies were my favorite. We had many meals/drinks/snacks out on the balcony simply soaking in our gorgeous views of the shimmering aqua blue waters. Our rooms were connecting, which made it very family friendly. Rooms met all our basic needs. Food. The hotel had several restaurants to eat from. We enjoyed the food. And if we didn't want to eat at the hotel, there were so many delicious eateries within walking distance. We walked right outside our hotel and grabbed Hawaiian shaved ice, malasadas, Kona coffee, etc. Amenities. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has an infinity pool for adults only, and the adults in the party all enjoyed it. The hotel also has a family friendly pool, complete with kiddie pool, water slides, and swimming pool. We definitely enjoyed going to the pools. If we were coming back as a family, I have zero qualms about staying at the Sheraton again. If we were coming back to Waikiki and we didn't stay here, it'd only be because we wanted to try something new. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Yelp
So, the private room views of the ocean, Diamond Head and the sunset are simply breathtaking. Watching the surf, surfers, sailboats and sea turtles is beautiful and soul cleansing. Theres many elevators so you aren't waiting long for one to carry you up or down. The AC in our room worked well and was quick to cool the space. I also love that the Sheraton is off Kalākaua a bit, away from all that wild chaos. Another bonus is how easy it is to walk near-by to shop or eat. However, I have some complaints. An array of disturbing noises pollute the serenity of our room every day. Whether it is kids running down the hall, people talking in the hall, housekeeping vacuuming next door, or bumps from a floor up, there is always unwanted noise. Tonight it was people talking loudly on a near-by lanai. This is not an incredibly quiet or peaceful place for sleep, or to keep sleeping babies asleep. Today, housekeeping did not reach our room until very late in the afternoon and by then our baby was napping so we did not receive a room tidying, which was disappointing. A heavy closet door dramatically fell off its hinges just missing my toes, and thank god my toddler wasn't near-by. The tub drain was old, gross, rusted, and oddly just came up and out of the bathtub hole, appearing broken. The bedside lamps were caked in dust, and our railing outside had a scattering of bird feces on it. The toilet fan (it's a bidet) was blowing air that smells a bit like rotten feet or rotten swamp out. We decided that the toilet fan filter probably needs a cleaning or to be replaced. Location is king here, but so many little inconsistencies and disappointments make it hard to love.

Yelp
We had a great stay here. Got a fantastic suite upgrade thanks to my ambassador, Daniela, and had a balcony with an amazing view of Waikiki and Diamond Head, thanks to the front desk person who checked us in and noticed my preferences. Thanks! Room was clean, modern and comfortable with a fridge, coffee, tub, shower, safe and 2 sinks. There was a cute balcony in the bathroom, also with a great view. Bed was super comfortable, and had the great Marriott TVs with digital access. We watched "100 foot wave" on Max, and rented "The Descendants" from YouTube. Housekeeping was excellent. There was a great area to hang out with couch and chairs and coffee table, and a dining table as well. Parking is expensive, $65 for valet, but that is expected. Resort fee also as expected. Great service from the Valet and Bellmen. There are a lot of elevators, and never a wait, unlike other places we've stayed here. 2 pools, shared with the Royal Hawaiian. A family pool with slides, and an adult infinity pool. Both nice, but pretty crowded. Chairs are jammed in at the pool, inches apart, no tables. Be aware that the beach is pretty much gone in front of this hotel, and you are really going to be in front of the Royal Hawaiian next door. Having said that, it is a warm, beautiful, inviting beach with gentle ridable waves if you go down a bit. The best place to teach a kid to surf anywhere IMO. Just be aware that there is also some coral, which can be rough on your feet if you go down to the surf break, so wear surf shoes there. I had amazing times with my kids on the Royal Hawaiian beach when they were little (20 years ago) and continue to return and enjoy this beach. We had one breakfast at the cafe, and did not return. It was just OK, but there are many great options in the area that we like more. Rumfire makes good drinks and apps, we did not have a full meal there. There are a lot of shops in the lobby, including the sock store, which we loved for their fun selection. There are also ukuleles, bath stuff, a Lawson Station (Japanese 7-11/ABC store), cookies, jewelry and souvenirs. For the holidays they do amazing sand sculptures of holiday themes which are pretty cool. A mailbox for letters to Santa. Ukulele lessons. Pool tables. Tons of activity. Be aware that like most of Waikiki this is a very busy, bustling, crowded hotel. If you are looking for relaxation and calm this is not the place. Having said that, if you want a serene room with an absolutely stellar view of the beach and Diamond Head this is the place. The balcony is stunning. Also, make sure you take a stroll through the Royal Hawaiian next door, it is a stunning historic hotel in beautiful shape. We did love it here, and would definitely return.

Yelp
Full disclosure: This review is just for the outdoor tiki bar by the beach. We wandered in from the sandy beach after just taking in a dip in the warm Pacific waters of O'hau and Waikiki. Sat at the bar in our wet bathing suits as the afternoon sun peeked under the tiki cabana and ordered a couple Mai Tais. I mean, cmon.. its Honolulu, home of the original Mai Tai and like I always say "...when in Rome!" LOL. Needless to say it was strong, cold and incredibly tasty! The tropical flavors wetted my whistle and gave me that feeling of "oh yes, I'm on vacation in Hawaii!" It most certainly didn't disappoint. The barmaid was friendly, pleasant but quick. I don't fault her as it was fairly busy and I think it was also close to shift change. As a former service industry worker, I know how this time of day feels and completely understand. The drinks were tasty good and very satisfying. I was pleased!! Go, enjoy!

Yelp
Very happy with this Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. We stayed 2 nights with a suite and a connection room. We asked for late check out, but this suite with connecting room was already booked for that day. The front desk agent Correne was so helpful to put us in a double room after we checked out so we can put our luggage and rest until we were ready to leave. The hotel is right by the beach, close to all shopping and restaurants. The view from our rooms were spectacular with the beach , skylines and diamond head. We also enjoy the view of the lighted pool at night. Since it is close to Christmas, the hotel has sand arts of Santa, and Christmas decorations all over. Continental breakfast came with the room and it was nice to have breakfast by the beach, the service was also very good.

Yelp
This was our first time staying here, as we usually stay at the Hyatt Regency down the street. We wanted to try a new hotel, and decided on the Sheraton Waikiki. Our stay was comfortable and we didn't want to leave! Our room was on the 28th floor with a partial ocean view--gorgeous! We had a king bed which was large enough for me, my husband, and our toddler. The room was a decent size--not as large as the room we would typically get at the Hyatt Regency--but spacious enough. The med was comfortable and the room was well designed/decorated with a bright and airy feel. The lanai was also very spacious with a mini couch and 2 small tables, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or quiet takeout lunch/dinner. Parking was pricey, $55 per night; and some nights the lot was so full, we would have to park on the roof. Parking spaces were also a bit tight, but thank goodness my husband did all the driving lol. For reference, we rented a Range Rover SUV and we saw other large sized vehicles in the garage. So, not impossible, but tight. I loved that the hotel was close to lots of shopping in the Royal Hawaiian center, and it even had 2 Honolulu Coffee Company branches inside the hotel! It made getting my daily coffee easy and convenient. My favorite things about this hotel would have to be the proximity to the beach and the pools! My toddler had a blast swimming. One thing that I found strange at first was the elevator call button--it's located in one central area vs outside the individual elevator doors. This turned out to be super efficient, as many elevators became available at the same time. It wasn't too often that we would have to share an elevator with a l to her party (on the way up, at least). We will definitely visit again! Side note, if you like to order on DoorDash: The DoorDash app states that this hotel allows Dashers to deliver right to your room. This is not accurate. We ordered food via DoorDash twice, and both times our Dashers informed us that this is not allowed. I can understand, since it could be a safety issue for the Dashers.

Yelp
It was my first time staying at the Sheraton Waikiki. I believe they recently renovated their rooms so they looked nice and modern. Rooms are a decent size compared to other rooms in Waikiki. There was a small fridge which was fantastic. Bathrooms are small though, especially for more than 1 person. I stayed in an oceanfront king so the view was beautiful! I had a little balcony. Pros: location is great, close to shops, restaurants, right on the beach. Lots to do within walking distance. They have a lot of elevators so you usually don't have to wait long for one. Staff are very friendly. Cons: no room service. Parking is $55/day for self and $65/day for valet. Parking garage fills up fast (expect to park on the 5th or 6th floor) and the spaces are TINY. They have a large convenience store with snacks, food (including sandwiches, saimin, fruit), and other items.

Yelp
This is our second time at this hotel. The hotel is amazing. They have multiple pools and hot tubs. The pool is child friendly and there is also an adult only pool area. Last year we had views of diamond head but our room was small. The negatives: This year the beach was super crowded. I think last year the didn't have an umbrella/ chair station. It's difficult to get a chair near the pool/ hot tub. People come and go all the time so if you wait and look around you should be good. The only restaurant that we found for lunch after checkout was outside in the sun by the adult only pool. They have an indoor section but they weren't using it.

Yelp
Location, location, location! This is the best hotel in Waikiki, we were right in the heart of the action, everything was in walking distance. There are 2 pools, the perfect Instagram adult only infinity pool, a large kid friendly pool with a waterslide, and 2 large jacuzzi's. You are given a wristband, so the hotel knows you are guests, as there is a walkway that is public space that everyone uses. Also, if you plan on renting a cabana, or chairs poolside, I recommend doing it a couple weeks in advance, as they sell out quickly. DO NOT WAIT, until you get to the hotel, you will be disappointed! The pool with the waterslide, is shared with their sister property next door. The hotel has a game room, a Koi pond, billiard tables, there is something for everyone, a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream shop, a surf shop, a Coffee Shop, and a huge convenience store where you can get snacks/water with reasonable prices. There were so many restaurants within walking distance, there was no need to eat at the hotel exclusively. We even went to a concert at the Blue Note, and walked there from our hotel. If you have a car I recommend going to the local Walmart, or Costco and load up on water/snacks. Parking was pricey, but after looking into other hotels and their pricing, I realized it was the same everywhere. Definitely, coming back here and staying at the Sheraton Waikiki!

Yelp
Spectacular Ocean View in a 1 Bedroom Suite. Wonderful welcome from Staff. Delicious Breakfast at the Lobby Restaurant. Refreshing beverages at the Pool Bar and Rum Fire. Only down fall was paying for a pool lounge chair. We would love to go back some day.

Yelp
Great upgrades to the hotel. Rooms are nice and comfortable. I like the toothbrushes and little reusable drink pouches that are in the room. You access the room with a rubber bracelet. A few tries to have the lock register to unlock is all you need. Same way to exit the parking lot. You are able to let all the bracelets for your parking exit. Parking is 45 for self parking. Resort fee as well. Very busy hotel - good thing they have a lot of elevators. The staff on premises are very busy and occupied. Very focused on their work. Met a wonderful waitress at the rum fire. She made that evening fun. Wish I remembered her name.

Yelp
Summary: Pro- A large resort right on Waikiki Beach with a family friend pool. Con- Outrageous resort fee with zero real benefits and really nothing to offer Bonvoy elites at the top levels. Horrible wifi. Poor security. I've stayed at Marriott/Sheraton properties all over the world. This Sheraton ruined itself during the pandemic by closing one of the best lounges for elite members. Now it offers essentially noting for the top elite status members. If you're a high level Bonvoy elite, this is not a good hotel. If you're a regular traveler, this hotel is built on upcharges and no customer service. Arrival and checkin: Zero assistance at the curb. No bellman, no employees to assist with luggage. Checkin was a slow process but I was able to eventually beg/coax a room upgrade based on my Bonvoy status. Room (1760): Standard king with great view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. Had an old and non-responsive LG TV, a barely functioning mini-refrigerator and the normal room accruements like safe and mini-coffee maker. Furniture was older. Nice patio with a chair and lounge. The future on the patio was stained and dirty. Bed: Older bed with very worn linens. One set of bed linens had a ton of holes. Housekeeping replaced that set during our stay. Bathroom: decent bathroom including a nice, deep tub. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner were so-so. Decent hairdryer. Housekeeping: We left a tip each day and asked for fresh towels and more coffee, which were provided. Staff: superficially polite but generally not helpful Security: The elevators did not require room key access. Here's the irony- the lobby bathrooms required room key access. This hotel is more focused on cost-cutting than it is security and guest safety. Why does guest safety matter in Honolulu? Two main reasons: (1) Homeless people are all over the place and (2) the public uses the Sheraton to access Waikiki Beach. We even observed a homeless man sleeping near the pool on Sheraton property. We also encountered a crazed local fisherman who was yelling at tourists and trying to snag swimmers with his fishing gear literally just outside of the Sheraton's beach access gate. This hotel needs to step up its security protocols to protect guests. Wifi: abysmal wifi. I measured the wifi with nperf and the speeds were 5.6 Mb down, 3.5 Mb up. Third world wifi speeds and definitely not good for remote work. Restaurants: Breakfast place called Kai Market. Expect to wait in a long line in the morning to get a table. Rumfire is a more formal dining restaurant and bar (drinks are hit and miss). Pools and towel service: Pools are crowded and getting a good lounge chair is tough around the pools. Towel service is surly with employees that arrive late and leave early. Want something extra like an umbrella? It's pricing. Everything is a huge up change at this Sheraton resort. Want an umbrella by the beach for the day? That's $100. Tips: Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There's a great food court called "Asian Food Hall" about a block away.

Yelp
Our view of the ocean was amazing! The room is a decent size with all the amenities. The staff throughout the hotel are very kind and courteous, (with the exception of check in), We met the housekeeper responsible for our floor the 10th floor, very nice older lady who listened. The location is right in the hub of so much activity you can always find something to do. You can find everything you want right in the hotel for a high price. However outside there are all types of shops and varying prices. The one thing I would work on here is the check in experience. Unfortunately the lines were not clearly marked and we were in the wrong line for a while. Once we made it to the front we were advised of the mistake, (mind you we were considering the Marriott rewards program). She still helped us when we questioned their system. Something so simple could sour an experience, but we refused, and had a wonderful trip.

Yelp
We stayed here for a girls trip and would definitely recommend. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a makeup vanity separate from the sink mirror which was a nice plus. The views from the balcony were amazing. Location was perfect! It was within walking distance of all the restaurants/ bars we went to. It's also near a ton of shops for convenience items and souvenirs. Every staff member was incredibly nice. The infinity pool was beautiful and clean. The pool staff were great! And towels were easy to obtain. The beach access through the pool was extremely convenient. The "beach club" lounge chairs were about $100/ two chairs. (pretty reasonable compared to other resorts) Overall, very positive experience. p.s. the hotel doesn't currently have room service

Yelp
Sheraton is a huge hotel located on the beach. It's like Vegas when you walk in. Lots of shops that you have to walk through to get to reception. Reception was friendly. We were able to check in an hour early, which was really nice. We got an ocean front room on the 9th floor. Plenty of elevators that work really fast. Rooms: the room was very nice and modern. But you can tell that it's been overused. The toilet seat cover was broken, if you put it down it comes off. It's a Toto which has a build in bidet. The sink was pretty clogged. I had to open it up and used a chopstick to fish out a bunch of hair, a leaf, and some gunk. After that it worked ok. The bed was very lumpy. It's super overused. But the room was comfortable because the AC worked, there's a fridge, safe and a really nice balcony with beautiful views. The pool: we only went to the adults pool. For the most part, they sort of monitor it so there weren't like little kids but you would see some tweens. The beach is right there so you can rent some chairs and umbrella, go early and reserve because they do run out by noon. The pool bar was pricey but the drinks were better than Rum fire. The coffee shops latte was ok, there was always a long line. I suggest going somewhere else. The Lawson convenient store was very convenient as you can get some snacks and quick hot foods. Centrally located, lots of shops and restaurants. Especially the mall across the way. Great location. I would definitely stay again. It's pricey but you it's right on the beach and the resort pools are awesome.

Yelp
Lovely location, very friendly staff who take good care of the rooms, clean facility. While this hotel is non smoking, a lot of guests on my floor were smoking cannabis - which was really unpleasant for me. Fortunately the doors close well and most of the stink was managed unless I wanted to open the sliding glass door or lay on the lanai. We had a limited view of the mountains and the ocean - heavenly! The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Most importantly: all adults infinity pool at water's edge. I'll be back for that!

Yelp
Great location. Loved the open air feel. Baskin Robbin's and a variety of cute clothing stores onsite. The infinity pool and cabana were beautiful. The ocean view balcony suite was awesome. I'd give this resort 5 stars but the noise coming through the walls was awful. You could hear conversations, babies crying, and people banging things in the AM. They need better sound proofing.

Yelp
The view, the location, the noise level, and the service are all perfection!! But it's way too expensive to stay here for too long. LOCATION & DECOR: Right on the Waikiki Beach next to the Royal Hawaiian village. Hawai'i resort decor with lots of wooden accents, palm trees, white or light colored furniture, large windows for maximum light and sight seeing. Wall art, sculptures and traditional Hawaiian culture. So much to see. FOOD & DRINK: Gift shop, cookie shop, coffee shop and donut shop. 2 restaurants and a bar on location. The Kai Market has the most amazing breakfast. The french toast and bacon are to die for. There's Rumfire grill and bar that has the best lemonade I've had on the island. And the Kai bar makes it as well! Plus the Japanese fried chicken and the seared mahi mahi with grilled sweet potatoes & asparagus. PRICE: $$$-$$$$ On the expensive side for sure. Paid $500 per night in mid February during Superbowl Sunday and 2 days before Valentine's day. SWAG/AMENITIES: Valet parking, baggage service, gift shop, coffee shop, donut shop, cookie shop, ukulele shop. Art and jewelry stores. Indoor and outdoor lounge seating. Booth seating. Indoor bar. Swing chairs. Television screens at the bar and in rooms. They just watched the 2023 Superbowl. Infinity pool with ocean front views. Hot tub and pool with slide, basketball rims and a volleyball net. STAFF & EXPERIENCE: Everyone here is incredibly hospitable. They know how to treat tourists. Our rooms were cleaned regularly and we we were greeted by every employee on every passing. The room key system with wrist bands instead of cards is so nice. We were able to use the pool easily and find chairs to sit on here and there. They have poolside service as well so no need to leave you place. There are plenty of elevators so waiting is never more than 30 seconds. There's a lot of foot traffic, but it's fairly quiet on the 25th floor facing the ocean. Slept with the door open and listened to the waves doing all night.

Yelp
Cockroaches!!!! The bathroom smelled very bad and there were cockroaches. Very disappointed of the customer service at the hotel. They didn't offer anything to help except for sending room service to spray the bad smell.

Yelp
Sheraton features an excellent location and an amazing edge pool that looks directly into the ocean. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet expectations and struck out using baseball terms. Strike one: my room had a foul odor similar to sewer gases emanating from the bidet. Housekeeping attempted to add a cleaning solution but to no avail. The foul odor permeated the room. Strike two: the hotel has inconsistent internet. For digital workers this is critical, but Sheraton did not consistently deliver. Strike three: to those with status, the hotel treats you very poorly. The breakfast is limited to skimpy continental breakfast with sugar laden yogurt and a pastry. Status holders receive no respect. Moreover the hotel charges a premium over other hotels in addition to the "resort fee" aka "junk fee" which gives you nothing of value. I believe the verb "Bonvoyed" weighs heavy at this hotel.

Yelp
For $5000 for 5 days the Sheraton Waikiki Beach is a MAJOR disappointment. Sure, the bed is comfortable, the view was nice, the room was bed bug free, and the Toto bidet was a pleasant treat but that's nothing that cannot be achieved down the street at the Banyan or really any other hotel in Waikiki for half the price. However there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING special about this hotel, NOTHING. It could have been a Best Western with a view and I wouldn't have noticed the difference. The hotel offered 2 restaurants, one of which was only open for breakfast and lunch. To make matters worse, Marriott & its Maintenance staff are responsible for ensuring all pool floatation devices are removed from around the property including stairs and walkways leading to and from the beach areas for safety. While walking near a bush at night in a low lit area, I tripped and fell over a deflated pool device that was slightly wedged under a bush clearly coming from the Sheraton Waikiki pool area. When I reported it to the Sheraton Security Manager to ensure safety of other guests the maintenance manager didn't even offer an apology or any sort of compassion. I was very nice and polite. I didn't "Karen out" or anything. I didn't even ask for a discount. I just wanted to ensure an old person didn't break a hip or something. Not an OUNCE of care. This is after the front desk clerk screwed up my check in and only charged my card $1 causing me to have to return to the front desk. US Corporations like the Marriott have really gotten too big for their britches. This is ridiculous. Even the Japanese have stopped traveling to resorts like the Sheraton Waikiki. I hope Americans get a hint a hint and do the same. I will NEVER spend another dime at a Marriott hotel or resort. My husband also works for a major US corporation and I will work to ensure that his corporation doesn't work with Marriott as well. I will work to ensure ALL major corporations stop working with corporation that rip off people like this. It's a joke. $5000+ later and I'm just angry. YOU ARE THE WORST MARRIOT. YOU WILL FAIL. MARK MY WORDS.

Yelp
Aaron From security department hung up on me, I was treated with the utmost most disrespect, the worker who worked wanted to box with gloves after his shift, I was treated disrespectfully and U.N. human. This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced, they harassed me treated me like I wasn't a person and kicked me out. I recommend for anyone to never go here I corporate and a women named aspen said she could do anything for me, I'm disgruntled and disappointed in this establishment, I'd like to speak with someone in charge but you really can't trust anyone here , book your place anywhere but here. They bellied me and treated me like I was not a human, no warning not anything , just kicked out into the streets of Hawaii , please do Not stay here they do Do respectful your bysine

Yelp
This hotel is on the Waikiki beach. It is also located in the mall. It is in a great location with many places nearby for eating and shopping. If you are an Elite member with status there are really no perks at this hotel: no Concierge lounge, free breakfast in restaurant is disappointing, and with $40 daily resort free that keeps getting through into your face, but for me, nothing really of interest. Great location, but hotel was a let down. Next time I will check out the Royal Hawaiian or another resort. Parking: $55 daily for self parking. $65 valet. $7.50 hourly. Check in: the line was quite long and even with Platinum Elite we waited quite a long time. There was no explanation of the property, but we were told that we should scan a card in the room to understand what our daily $40 resort fee offers. We were given a voucher for free breakfast because the Concierge Lounge was closed permanently! I heard how wonderful this perk was for Marriott Elite and now it is gone. We were given our room keys which are gray wristbands and off to our room. As Elite members, we are entitled to 1000 points or a box of chocolates... chocolate covered macadamias nuts. I picked the chocolates. I recommend the points, chocolates were not that good. We were given two free drink vouchers at the bar, that was nice. We were also given a voucher for a free gift as Elite member, but the store hours are from 12:00 - 4:30pm daily so plan accordingly. They give you a bag and you place items in the store into the bag but don't overfill it. It was a fun game to see how creative you can be. Room: 1760 has a spectacular view of the beach, swimming pool, and Diamondhead Crater. The room is quite small. There is very limited space for hanging clothes. There is a coffee maker, tea kettle, and ice bucket. There is a ice machine on the floor and there is a random hole in the wall that you can get drinkable water in your own container. The hotel provides 2 refillable collapsible water bottles. If you don't get them, please inquire because they are part of the $40 daily resort fee. There is an iron, ironing board, safe and mini fridge in the armoire by the entry door. There is an LG TV and it is very slow and constantly losing reception. $40 resort fee includes: 8:30am aqua zoomba workout, bracelet making, 15 minute on land stand up paddle lessons, 9am morning yoga, all required reservation. You can get a MIFI rental, GoPro rental, unlimited local, international, and long distance calls from hotel room, WI-FI, RFID room key, 2 water bottle vouchers, use of pool and shuffle board tables. Discount at the Waikiki shops (did not look at this in more detail) Room bathroom: is quite small but has a nice deep tub for a soak. The tub stopper is quite filthy so clean under it or you will get chunks of mold in your tub while you try to soak. The shower head also had a few chunks of mold in the grooves. The shower head lacked water pressure. The toilet lid is fancy and has a bidet built in. Randomly a trap door will open and water will squirt out. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend to close the sliding door. but has a nice patio so that you can enjoy the view. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are mounted on the wall and it okay. The sink it outside the bathroom in a common area. Body lotion is provided with hand soap. The hair dryer is in the bottom dryer and is a nice powerful unit. Water: no water is provided in the room, but a collapsible water with clip are given to you. Ask for it if you don't get it because you are paying for it. We only got 2 the entire 5 days we were here. Each floor has a water station by the ice machine. It is not labeled, but you will see the hole in the wall. That is the water dispenser. There are microwaves on certain floors: 5, 11, 18, 24, 28. I did not go an check them out. Room makeup desk: there is a tiny desk and bench with a large mirror to apply your makeup. While there is lighting, I recommend to open the curtain for natural light because the lighting is more yellow and casts a lot of shadows. Bed: king size bed but not the most luxurious bed for a Marriott. It is platform with no box spring so not the most comfortable. The pillows were horrible and flat and need to be retired. But I will say the sound proofing of this hotel does allow for a good night rest. If you open the patio door, you can hear the noises from the other hotels, beach, and pool, but once you go into your room, quiet. I can hear some people on the phone in the adjoining rooms, but when it is time to sleep, it is quiet. Occasionally, I would hear the toilet. Wi-Fi: free but very slow, would not want to work here. Laundry: If you need to wash your own laundry, there are machines on the 18th floor. There are 4 washers and 4 dryers. Each machine per load is $5.

Yelp
I was very disappointed staying at the Sheraton in Waikiki. Yes, its a great location , but there are so many hotels on that stripso you are not limited to only sheraton. The reason for my 2 stars is the cleanliness. We upgraded our room to a suite, I emailed them before our flight out and called when we landed and gave them the exact time we would arrive for check in if they needed time to prep our upgraded room. When we entered our room it seemed a little off, and realized it was an ADA room, which was fine but it would've been nice to have disclosed htat with us before we agreed to the upgrade. We then saw poop smears inside the toilet bowl that was so disgusting and we saw some weird blood splatter but we assumed it was a stain. After room service came and cleaned the bloor splatter was gone. Thats when we realized that it was not a stain. Also, on our last day their toilet ended up leaking some brown water and i stepped in it with my socks on. We spent over $5,000 on our room alone and that is what we got. It was so disgusting and disappointing. The only compensation they gave us was a $200 resort fee and I had to ask for Marriot points which they honored BUT they NEVER gave us our points that we should've received from the original booking. I wish i took photos of the blood and poop. We were willing to let go of the poop BUT the blood thing was disgusting I had to complain. The pool was also extremely crowded. If you want some peace and quiet stay somewhere else.

Yelp
A Mixed Experience with Room for Improvement Overall, my stay at the hotel was decent, earning it a three-star rating. There were definitely some positive aspects that stood out. The bell service was great, and the hotel's location was ideal, with the beach right behind it. The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely beautiful, creating a serene and picturesque ambiance. The pools, including the infinity pool, provided ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, the availability of a bar and food options near the beach was convenient. The hotel also had a kid area, which is always a plus for families traveling with children. I appreciated the presence of local shops both within the hotel and in the surrounding area, offering a glimpse of the local culture. Furthermore, having a grocery store both inside and outside the hotel was convenient for any immediate needs. However, there were some areas where the hotel fell short, particularly during check-in. As gold elite members of Marriott bonvoy, our expectations were not fully met. The staff at check-in seemed indifferent and lacked the warm and welcoming energy that one would expect. This inconsistency left us concerned about our next night at the hotel and future stays. While we tried not to let it ruin our overall experience, it was disappointing. In conclusion, while the hotel had its positive aspects, the check-in experience hindered the overall satisfaction of our stay. I hope that the hotel takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the consistency of their service, especially for elite members.

Yelp
Nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent at Kai's . The waiters and staff were amazing. The bartenders were not so friendly and the drinks were just ok. The maid service was excellent and very friendly. My only complaint was the hot tub. It's filled with unsupervised children. Parents need to be warned that their kids could drown. We saw a 3 year old jump off the rocks into the hot tub and hurt himself. When he started to cry the mom came over and acted like we should have been watching him. I wanted to smack some sense into her You really should have at least 1 hot tub that is for adults only.

Yelp
Last time I stayed here the rooms needed to be renovated. I'm hoping they updated them. It's a beautiful property though. Always nice to stop by while in town and wander around at the shops on the property.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised with my recent stay here! We rang in the new year here with a 3 day, 2 night stay. Though I'm used to seeing older Sheratons, this was nicely updated. Room was bright, with a great makeup mirror and cozy balcony; we were able to see some fireworks in the distance. Bathroom had a bidet contraption (!!). Tea and coffee available in room; no water but refillable bottles were provided. My favorite part was that we had partial ocean views, city views, and could see the mountains too. The overall resort was large, pretty nice, and there were some cute shops. Conveniently located next to upscale shopping center, more shops, food, and ocean. Lots of families and vibe was chaotic so we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.

Yelp
The customer service is amazing! It was my husband's birthday and they helped me order cupcakes days before I arrived and delivered them to my room day of. They were quick to bring towels, suggest activities and restaurants. Everyone there is really nice and helpful! The beach is located right in the middle of everything and it's literally beach front! The view from my room was breath taking!

Yelp
I have to give this property props. We stayed here because my husband had a business gig. He had in mind that this place needed upgrading, but I think it got its facelift. We stayed in an oceanfront room with a spectacular view! You can't beat the sunrise over Diamond Head! Not to mention the fact that it was VERY windy when we were here, but the hotel does a nice job of blocking the wind for the pool guests. (Huge bonus this week!) The rooms are quite small with not much closet or dresser space to put your clothes, but they're comfortable and adequate. There is very little excess space. But you cannot complain about the balcony. We didn't have much interaction with staff, but you can do yoga at the Royal Hawaiian next door. And the pool always has seats, so there's that. And one other thing--there's a water bottle filling station in the ice room. Bonus!

Yelp
Staying at the Sheraton for my first time in Hawaii was the best decision I ever made. Iol such an unforgettable experience. A great hotel, spectacular views. If you can't already tell my favorite part of the hotel was their adult infinity pool, somewhere I can show some skin & enjoy my cocktails without feeling like a bad influence haha jk they upgraded our rooms to see the beach, the city and diamond head. I loved everything about Hawaii. Their complimentary breakfast was pretty good too, it was light and fitting ( You can upgrade it for other options for a discounted price ) the hotel was right next to brand named stores where you can go shopping & have a ton of other restaurants to choose from. Room service was great, they were on top of everything we needed and requested. The front desk & concierge gave excellent service, very helpful & friendly. There So many different coffee places in walking distance to the hotel. I love trying out new coffee places. Did I mention how amazing the weather was our whole visit, we got pretty lucky. All in all, I would 100% come back and stay here on my next visit to Oahu =]

Yelp
Thank you to the housekeeper who turned in my purse. You definitely made my week! I truly do appreciate your honesty! We stayed in room 919 and 921. This has always been my favorite hotel because of its location, they have their own private beach and two separate pools for children and adults. They have a pool table, and other games you can enjoy with your family through out the day and to top it off baskin robin right by the kids pool.

Yelp
This hotel is five star everything. Perfect location. Has all the amenities. Friendly staff and excellent service. My thanks to Lilia Cutler for making our Valentine's Day a special event. Definitely one of the best hotels in Waikiki bar none.

Yelp
QUICKIE REVIEW Location, location, location. PARKING Yes for a fee. SERVICE Good. ROOM Very clean, nice, and comfy. Have to say I love the deep bathtub. Great for just sitting and soaking after long day. PRICE Depends on the room, you are paying a premium for this location--don't forget the additional fees. But it is to be expected. OTHER THOUGHTS There is a lot of conveniences with this hotel. One of which I want to point out is the water bladder they give you along with refill stations all throughout the hotel. I will say after some of the other hotels and what they offer, I do feel this hands down probably the best one you are going to get in Waikiki.

Yelp
Great hotel. Staff was amazing, the shops in the lobby are so incredibly convenient, there are great pools and easy access to Waikiki beach. The rooms seem updated and bright, which I really appreciated. They thought of everything on how to make this an easy experience, and that coupled with this hotel's excellent makes it a no brained for anyone looking for a place to stay in Waikiki.

Yelp
Overall, very happy with our stay. Our kids would rate this a 5/5 based on the pool, pool slide and their fooseball available downstairs for use. Pros: Central location Royal Hawaiian (mall complex) close by Lots of ABC stores in proximity Nice pool and slide Lots of accessible elevators to go up and down your floors Some amenities onsite with your resort fee Mini fridge Cons: Rooms are small with double beds Floor microwave and not in room microwave Local in complex items are expensive Pool assess to drinks/food is expensive like pool drinks and even keiki menu items Pool is not heat (bias since I hate cold pools) Wish their was some meal free with resort fees

Yelp
Hotels overrun by tourists usually feature one big problem: Long elevator wait times. But Sheraton Waikiki is the best hotel I've seen at solving that issue. While I would wait for a while for an elevator at, say, a Vegas hotel, I never waited long in my stay here. Why? Sheraton has 10 elevators that are constantly in motion. TEN. And when no one is using one, the door will stay open in the lobby. So you can always just hop into an open elevator and head up to your room. When you're on your floor needing to go down, as soon as you push the button, an arrow lights up over one of the ten. So while it'll take a second to get to you, you know for sure which one is coming and is on its way. And the wait is never long. There's much to be said about all of the other hotel features and amenities - the great swimming pool for kids, access to the beach, infinity pool, balconies with ocean views, the handy convenience store in the lobby, etc. And I'll let others speak on those. I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton, but I still can't get over the elevators. It's one of those things that annoy you at other hotels, and unceremoniously brings out your impatient side on vacation. But at the Sheraton, you don't think twice about the elevators. Most guests probably don't think about it at all. And NOT having to think about that is well worth the stay.

Yelp
Our stay at the Sheraton Waikiki was amazing! Nothing like staying right on the beach! The hotel is also close to a ton of restaurants and shopping options. Everything in our room looked brand new and super clean. The partial ocean view was fantastic! Everyone was super friendly and service was top notch! I'd like to give special thanks to Brandon at the front desk. Dude was awesome! Can't wait to stay there next time we're in Waikiki!

Yelp
Last august we stayed here in a 1-bedroom suite with our two kids, 14 and 9, we stayed on the 27th floor and let me tell you something; spectacular views!! We all enjoyed spending time on the balcony just looking at the beach below us and Diamond head. There are so many pro's to talk about, I don't know where to start. The room was nice, we had a couch that folded out into a bed that our kids shared, a dining table, mini fridge (this came in so handy! Will explain in a moment), gorgeous bathroom with exceptional lighting, a LARGE tub and a beautiful bedroom with another balcony. Which is smaller, private and Very romantic. Morning coffee was a dream. Our kids were comfortable in the living room, and we felt very safe. The Sheraton is on the best stretch of sand on Waikiki Beach. I walked the ENTIRE beach and found that the sand is the best between the Sheraton and the Royal Hawaiian (the pink Hotel), is the nicest; soft, not rocky, or sharp from tons of broken shells. Also, it feels a lot more secluded as its not as close the strip where all the restaurants are. We swam in the ocean for hours. Lots of shallow spots where you can stand and catch a break from swimming. You can also watch all the boats sail in and out from the hotels down the way. The Hotel pool is the best pool on Waikiki Beach. I am not joking. Use googles maps and see for yourself. That's what I did and why I chose The Sheraton. We have two kids who love a good pool. This was important for them. They also have cabanas and an ADULT ONLY infinity pool!! We took advantage of this when our kids were too tired to leave the room. You do have to pay extra for the cabanas, and good luck because they sell out fast LOL. The hotel lobby has a little supermarket with everything you could possibly need. Like many, you may be on this Hawaiian vacation on a bit of a budget. Here are some tips that will really help. The couple of restaurants they have there are good, but pricy. A grilled cheese was $25 dollars for generic bread and a few types of cheddar - one of them being pepper jack! Watch out if you get this for kids... I forgot to ask for no pepperjack... LOL. Remember that Mini Fridge I was telling you about? Well go to the little market and pick up some delicious rice balls stuffed with salmon, seaweed and other meats and veggies. These are GREAT when they are fresh(8am-9am) and warm, or when they have been sitting in the fridge for a while. They also have lots of sandwiches, fresh fruit, milk, cereal, snacks, and.....FRESHLY MADE RAMEN. I am eating it in on of my profile photos LOL. You can and should also buy the gallon jug of water to hold in your room. I'm sure you'll read somewhere about fire alarms going off, and yes, they did go off on our trip. They were false alarms, and I don't have to imagine very hard as to why they were false. Lots of kids around this hotel. And truth be told, the alarms are not very loud and my kids were able to sleep through it. Also, vapes will set the alarms off. Overall, our experience was awesome. Great Luau at their sister property, The Royal Hawaiian. Lovely and again, if on a budget, you can see the show from the sand in front of the Royal Hawaiian. We will be coming back to Hawaii over our kids spring break, this time staying at the Disney hotel, honestly..... wish we were going back to the Sheraton! Loved it so much!

Yelp
We chose Oahu for our Honeymoon and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for most of the trip and ended the last 2 nights at the Sheraton. We booked via the Capital One travel portal, and splurged on a high up ocean view balcony. Drastic difference in hotels between the two! The Sheraton was very nice. All of the staff were super friendly. The staff member who checked us in was super friendly. Unfortunately after traveling for a week and dealing with lots of rain etc, my brain was fried and they booked us in a lower tier of balcony - 6th floor. I forgot about the high floor. Apparently this was because Capital One didn't show it correctly, but who knows. Big time disappointing. I spoke with Amanda the manager and she made the situation right! Put us almost at the top with a crazy view for the 2nd night. So I'm not sure what has to change here but Sheraton, figure out the Capital One situation, because we lost out at one night with a view! The views of diamondhead were absolutely incredible. I woke up at 5am for some sunshot views. It was awesome. Also our room was very newly renovated. Which was great! The balcony was really nice. Very clean rooms and they were not humid in any way. I wish we stayed here with a cheaper room most of the trip and splurged on a nice room for the last 2 nights. This hotel is right by lots of places to eat, etc. The infinity pool was really awesome. We also ate at the restaurant, Rumfire i believe. VERY good. I was really impressed. This wasn't even part of our itinerary. Everything just felt premium at this hotel. You got a towel with ease upon going to the pools. We got a drink by the pool as well, it was decently easy to get a chair although you have to grab them when you see them. The Pina Coladas were very good. I'd highly recommend this hotel and stay here again!
