Shervinton Executive Boutique Hotel

my second time here due to work. very poor design room. with toilet with no door???? the glass sink is not practical. the pillow has makeup stain. the bed has bedbugs!!!! not gonna stay here anymore. please deep clean all your rooms.

The hotel located at the Fajar area according to the local here. Everything are okay with the room and staff are helpful and friendly. There are restaurant and convinience store located in front of the hotel name - Tawaurian Cafe and 7-eleven which is a plus point for traveller like me. One more, there are Milimewah superstore on the left buil Grab and Foodpanda can be access from the hotel.

This hotel has a great location where we could access to kopitiam, restaurants and food court by just walking and the nearby beach. Staff are friendly. When we need another bottle of drinking water, we must pay. The room not includes hand towel which allows guests to pay if needed. The price of the room with breakfast is very affordable. That's why if we break a single glass, we must pay....etc. Bed and 2 pillows are comfy and the air conditioner works well. Toilet and shower room are not comfortable. Shampoo and bath gel are mixed in an unbranded bottle. At least there are free toothbrush and toothpaste. Workmanship of the bathroom tiles are very poor and looks dirty. Breakfast is very simple. I consider this hotel is good because we couldn't possibly find any other hotels in Tawau which is very good.

This is for its price is an exceptional place to stay. I recommend the king court suits. Plenty of room, lovely shower, brilliant servive 24hrs, very clean and excellent location. I am motorbiking around Borneo and was only going to stay one night but now I am staying three. Worth the stay.

Location was great within walking distance to many choice of eateries. The staff was very accommodating and assisted with room change due to the rear view of dirty main drain which I got earlier. They provided large sejadah/ praying mates on request. Unfortunately cant give much positive points of their room. Poor maintenance, stained floor/carpet, poor design of toilet without door, no fridge.

Room are wet moss smell, only 1 power plug can use, at minibar there, though is for electric kettle use. Bed side power plug was closed not for use. No small fridge provided, towel, bathroom floor towel, bedsheet have black spot, bed not comfortable. Ventilation fan are very noisy. Mid night there always car alarm sounded until morning, terrible sound proofing. Not a enjoyable stayed here.

My stay here was lovely. Although the room was nice but I can't unsee the dirty curtain beside the toilet bowl. The privacy of the shower and the toilet also not very adequate. Everything else apart from that were clean. Location wise was very in the heart of the city. You can turn right or left, forward or go to the back, you will find what you need in a distance. Services from all the front staff were attentive, professional (it's hard to get the girl attention 😅) and helpful. I've also tried the hotel in room massage, you can try that as well.

i rate the rooms based on the expectations of being in Tawau, and not a big city like KK. The room and amenities are reasonable for the price. However, I wish they designed the toilet and sink area better. The toilet does not have a door. It has a curtain. It makes me feel uncomfortable how dirty that material is over the years that it has been in use. And the sink has an unpleasant tile design that makes it look dirty. What made my stay worse was the seeping cigarette smell from the room next door. And the rooms are not very sound-proof. If you're planning to book a hotel in this area, try another one. There are plenty of choices.
