SHIFU

Yup, Sifu is pretty delicious. Another curious stumble upon great dumplings, pork and chicken, to be specific. We also had their noodles with pork & peas, just as great as the dumplings. The lady of the house did shuffle us customers around the room to fit other diners as they arrived, (watched them to this a few times) but it was all with good intentions, for a tiny space. Indeed it's a special spot.

Food is crazy good. The place is so small, we had the last table every time we went there, and people queued, which is actually normal in Paris. The prices are not cheap or expensive, pretty reasonable

Shifu is popular for Wonton Soup, Shenjian Bao, Mini Baos, and regular Baos. Basically, freshly made Baos are the reason why you’ll come here, including a nice selection of soup dumplings. The place is quite small, but worth visiting. It is on the more expensive side for dumplings, but I did enjoy the food. I’m not sure why some of the comments say that the staff is rude, they were quite nice when we were there.

Best raviolis and buns in the entirety of Paris! Been their last customer with more than 20 orders in&out and can confidently recommend this place. Consistent quality, taste, and experience. Best items on the menu are beef ravioli and BBQ minibao🫶

SHIFU is a tiny place with amazing dumplings!!! They serve you fresh homemade dumplings that taste exquisite! They are made right after you order and almost in front of you. You can see a lady making them. But yet, it is quick turn around. We ordered Xiaolongbao with pork and it was delicious! As well, as spicy beef wonton soup is a perfect spice level even for people who can’t handle too much spice. Every time I come here, the quality is consistent! I really reccomend this place!

I stumbled upon this place by accident and couldn’t help but try out some of their dumplings. The space is very well designed, in true minimalist fashion. The staff is busy but very welcoming. I had shrimp and veggie dumplings with some Tsingtao beer and was surprised to find such a variety of tastes in these two dishes. Lots of different people sitting from all around the world. It’s a personal favorite now. Thank you, SHIFU 🖤
