Not your typical Tokyo hotel. The lobby is so grand. Almost like you’re in Vegas minus the tacky visuals. Anyhow, I thought it was deceivingly big because the rooms are still on the small side. And outdated. Everything works but just very old. Definitely due for a makeover. Even the bathroom was very old looking. It is convenient though. Right beside the train station with lots of restaurants, bowling alley, shopping, karaoke etc. I think the gym was the best part. Clean, spacious and modern. Unfortunately the pool was closed so I can’t comment. One final comment: when I got to my room, my AC was barely working. After a couple of hours the room was still not getting colder. Staff was very attentive and quick to resolve the issue. They moved me to a new room within 30 minutes.

The hotel was very comfortable and cozy, making it easy to relax during my stay. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and everything was well taken care of. The staff members were especially kind and attentive, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help whenever I needed something. Their friendliness really added to the overall experience and made me feel at home. It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to come back again.

The hotel Is a big complex of buildings, ti reach you room from the entry of you are unlucky you will have to walk trough 2 hallway and take 3 different elevator, thats really time consuming. Room are clean but not well illuminate, the bathroom was really dark. Breakfast basically impossibile to have as when you reach the Mauna Kea coffe lounge they ask you to sit and whait at least 30minutes only for a Cup of coffe and some pancakes. Worst experience in my Life, never happened in any other places of the world, should not happen in Japan. Also they dont speak very well english so ita difficult to comunicate.

Hotel is just across the street from the Shinagawa train station which is a stop for Narita express and also direct access to the Haneda airport. Nice and attentive staff. Hotel rooms are outdated. It is like right out of the 80s. But rooms are clean and have everything. They even have adaptors in the room. Breakfast was nice with decent amount of options. Both Japanese and western. First day there was a huge line which although very long, went fast.

My fourth time staying at this hotel. The location in front of the Shinagawa Station can’t be beat. Lots of services and restaurants around. This was a family trip and we had a very nice and cozy room. It’s a big hotel and not the newest and shiniest one, but comfortable. The second floor coffee lounge is nice.

Mammoth hotel with multiple buildings. Has convenient stores and food court connected to the hotel. Good first hotel for Tokyo beginners arriving from Haneda Airport since you can hop off with just one train ride from the airport. Only issue we had was the laundry and was always busy and/or not many are working conditions due to malfunction or something.

Staff was friendly and helpful. No trash cans in common areas. Only a single electrical outlet in the whole room. Korean adapter included (and appreciated). Room was tiny and cramped (3 twin beds). The view out the window was magnificent. Conveniently located near commercial establishments, most of which close at 22:00. Pool was closed for the season.

We’re staying in a stylish almost pop art funky hotel.||It’s in the centre of Tokyo opposite one of the main railway stations. On the 30th flow we can see Bullet trains amongst others moving slowly past. The hotel is on top of a complex including shops, a food court and a bowling alley. ||The staff are incredibly friendly and the smallest possible female porter insisted on helping us with our heavy luggage from the taxi.||The double room is compact but well appointed with the customary multi functional toilet. It also has a mural wallpaper feature of a crowd on their smartphones. The bedding is the immaculate white cotton plus duvet needed for Aircon bedrooms in a climate of 35c heat.
