Shintana Saya La Maison

We had a wonderful 3 nights experience in this hotel. The staff is lovely and helpful. Sarem has done a great job making our stay unforgettable. The hotel is ideally located not far away from Angkor area temple. The breakfast is excellent. On top of all this, we had very professional massages everyday included in the price. This hotel has also a tasty restaurant which is convenient in the evening after Angkor Wat visit.|The room was large, quiet and lovely furnished.

As part of a family trip with teenagers to Siem Reap, we chose to stay in Shintana Saya La Maison's 2-bedroom family suite. We booked directly with the hotel and received great service from the get-go. Our package included airport transfers, laundry service, 2x 1hr massage daily, restocking of water in the mini bar every day and breakfast. ||On arrival, we were welcomed by our driver, Mr. Savun, with cold towels and fresh coconut. It was an hour's drive from the new airport. As we arrived before the check-in time, and there was availability, the staff kindly allocated a room for us to refresh and keep our belongings until our room was ready. ||Our room was a good size and had everything we needed. We also received a complimentary bottle of red wine in the room. Every evening when the staff returned our washed and pressed laundry, we were also given a platter of fresh fruit.||We booked all our tours through the reception. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Every evening, we venture out to Pub Street or the city centre using the hotel's tuk tuk service. Guests get a complimentary ride into the city, but you pay the way back, which costs USD3. ||Breakfast at the hotel was sufficient, but the quality of the food could be better. It was shoulder season in Siem Reap, and occupancy was low at the hotel. Breakfast was primarily à la carte. ||If you are looking for something nearby to do, APOPO and The Killing Fields Memorial are within a 10-minute walk.||If you enjoy boutique hotels, good service, friendly staff, and a calm, peaceful atmosphere, this is the place to be.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and every bit of our stay was exceptional. You are pampered from the moment you enter until the time you check out and leave. No request was too difficult and Emily, Pheak at the front desk looked after us really well, catering to our every need. They also helped us with booking the tour to Angkor wat and the team working in the spa and the restaurant go above and beyond with their service, it will be one of the most memorable and enjoyable stays I’ve had while traveling.

From check in all the way through to check out , our 3 nights stay was a delight.... great room design ,and super clean, Excellent service , great menu , amazing massages . The hotel recommended the services of Sai to guide us to Angkor wat and the next day to the floating village. So interesting . Perfect stay for us !

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling, attentive, and available. An unforgettable stay at Shintana Saya Residence! We spent 3 wonderful nights at Shintana Saya. From the moment we arrived, the warm and friendly welcome set the tone for the entire stay. The service was exceptional — the staff were attentive, kind, and always smiling. The hotel organized two full days of visits to the Angkor temples, which were perfectly arranged and truly memorable, with a knowledgeable and passionate guide. Between the tours, we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and indulging in massages — the peaceful setting made it easy to unwind. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We highly recommend this place!

One of the best stays I've had in my life. Attention to the customer is top notch, and the staff always present, kind, smiley and helpful. We chose a package and were absolutely happy with our choice. The room was very clean, nice and very comfortable, and we had free laundry service! The massages at the spa are fantastic, I highly recommend the package including them. The hotel is also very pleasant to stay in, and the staff can easily arrange transportation to Angkor Wat, the floating villages or the city centre, which is a few minutes tuktuk ride away. Breakfast has had everything we could want. All in all a very satisfying experience. Highly recommended!

Tastefully designed. Relaxing and friendly vibe. Warm and attentive hospitality. Breakfast offered both a la carte and buffet options and were delicious. Steven made our stay extra special and enjoyable. Will come back again.
