Wonderful hotel in a quiet space of Siem Reap but yet close to the city. The decoration has been chosen with taste, and the pools and lush gardens are just beautiful. It’s a real peaceful environment, perfect to relax after temples visits. Last but not least: the staff is very kind and made us feel welcome. We loved our stay there and we wished we would have stayed more 🤣 will definitely go back there if I’m ever in Siem Reap again.

My partner and I loved staying this boutique hotel for 4 nights. The interior design is so beautiful and classy, and it was really peaceful and quiet. The food was great and all the staff were so kind wonderful to us. They all went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and sang me happy birthday! It was so sweet of them! We chose to stay there because it was close to the temples and we wanted to do shorter private tours each day to make it more comfortable in the heat. They organised a driver and tour guide who was excellent. It was a truly fabulous experience staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this five star intimate hotel. It has only 9 rooms, but the hotel has recently been remodeled with Cambodian statues and flowers and a large infinity pool. The staff is wonderful--extremely helpful bringing fresh fruit drinks out when you return from town or tours, excellent cooks with great western or Cambodian breakfasts and cappuccino. This is nearly like having your own luxury villa with attentive staff. The rooms are very large with excellent bathrooms, hot water with both large tubs and enclosed showers. They need a little more storage shelving for clothes--but they immediately provided a luggage stand. You can obtain bookings with or without laundry, airport pickup and spa massages included, but tuk tuk lifts into town are gratis. It is very easy to get return rides from the riverfront and downtown with local tuk tuks or the hotel provides one for only $3 return. The hotel is close to Angkor wat and also near a nice night market where we had excellent food, seated among families.

Exceptional boutique stay with heart and soul. Warm, genuine staff who made us feel truly special and welcome. Beautiful attention to detail, a stunning pool and great breakfasts and restaurant. The team also organised seamless Angkor Wat tours with an excellent guide, Kim, and Mr Bong who had a nice air conditioned car which was perfect in the heat of the day. The hotel Tuk Tuk driver Mr Rong was so helpful and kind, and transferred us to the centre of town many times (7 mins away) and also was available to pick us up for a USD $3 return trip, sometimes he waited for us to for an additional fee, like our own private driver. We stayed in the Honey Moon Suite (Room 999) which was spacious and luxurious. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Our stay at this hotel was very memorable. To start with we had such a warm welcome by the taxi driver, who gave us cold towels and fresh coconut water. This was arranged by the hotel. |At the hotel the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Everybody including the manager provided information and arranged our trips with very reliable taxi drivers and knowledgeable guides.|The facilities at the hotel is excellent. The ride to the city centre is a short distance by TukTuk, which the hotel staff readily arranged and is complementary one way.|I like the complimentary breakfast . We at dinner and that prices were reasonable and tailored to individual preferences.|From all aspects I highly recommend this place

To start with they provided with transport from the airport. It was such a lovely welcome, which I never had anywhere else. We were given cold face towels and coconut water . At the hotel we were given such a warm welcome by all the staff. It was so touching. All the staff including the owner were so friendly and helpful. They arranged a good vehicle and guide for both are day trips. They also arranged very reliable Tuk Tuk’s when we wanted to go to the town centre. I can’t recommend enough this place as the staff are so warm friendly and helpful . The manager patiently explained everything regarding day trips and always ready to clarify our doubts. Even the guides he recommended were very helpful & knowledgeable.

A wonderful stay in a high quality boutique- style hotel. Stylish decor, lovely pool, great breakfasts and dinner menu with local and western food choices. But what makes this place stand out is the exceptional service.From the meet and greet at the airport to the “welcome home” drink served by the pool after a busy day of temple hopping, this was at service of a very high level. The team can also help meet all your needs in terms of booking visits and excursions and the wonderful Mr Seng is on hand to tuk tuk you around Siem Reap. Do t hesitate- book this place and you will not be disappointed!

I had the most amazing stay at Shintana Saya Residence — everything was absolutely perfect. From the exceptional service and beautiful rooms to the delicious food and excellent facilities, I truly couldn’t fault a single thing.|The staff went above and beyond to help plan our days, making our time in Siem Reap completely stress-free and unforgettable. The TukTuk service was fantastic (a special shoutout to Mr Seng!), and the welcome drinks each time we returned to the hotel were such a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.|You could really feel how much the staff genuinely cared, and they played a huge part in making our stay so special. I would absolutely love to return one day and wish the whole team the very best of luck in 2026!
