We had a 15 course Omakase experience with my partner and it was truly delightful with amazing quality fish, impeccable technique, and a deep respect for tradition. A high-level gastronomic journey at one of the most heavenly locations on earth. I’d highly recommend if you’re in the area! (Be sure to call or stop by for a reservation as the hours and operating days may vary during different seasons as we’ve been told; it’s located on the right side of the beach at El Careyes Club)

such a delightful dinner. it is very highly starred but i’ll be honest in saying i didn’t have high hopes. the two gentlemen working there were fantastic, it was super quiet and empty.. which made it intimate. every single nigiri was a hit. the fish was sooo fresh. i live in new york and eat omakaze weekly and this was up there with that. i would totally come back if i was in this area!

Called 3 times, no answer. Got there at 10pm it was closed even thought there opening hours on google said they closed at midnight. Whoever, now the hours are changed because I suggested the update. Having your opening hours updated in a little town like Careyes is vital as now we are hungry until tomorrow morning.
