As both a Customer Service Manager and a Business Operations Manger that has used ShipOffers for several years, they have never disappointed our team.
The negative reviews I am reading about them are a reflection of the companies that use them as a fulfillment center, not a reflection of ShipOffers. If customer support is needed about refunds, replacements, returns, etc, that is on the company one has purchased from, not the logistics and fulfillment center. Again, the company should be the one contacted directly and from there hopefully the company follows through with their terms and agreement, whatever they may be.
Whenever I have needed assistance from ShipOffers as being the company that uses their services, they have been more than helpful with quick responses, raw honesty (much appreciated in this business), amazing attitudes, and follow-up like no other. All of that in-turns allows us to take great care of our customers in a timely manner because we are the ones who are being contacted by our customers which then allows us to do so.
