"Shipwreck is a classic Caribbean beach bar with umbrellas (in both the sand and the drinks), snorkeling off the shore, and live music on Sundays from “4ish to 6ish.” Don’t miss the fish tacos, claimed to be the best you’ll ever taste. And bring your phone—the photo to get is one of the local monkeys that frequent the beach."

Our Airbnb host recommended this beach bar as a good place with a local vibe, good menu, and affordable pricing. It absolutely did not disappoint. The food and drinks are delicious and very affordable, the service is good (although you may have to wait a bit, since the place does get very busy). The view is amazing. The snorkeling right off the beach is one of the best we have seen after traveling to multiple beaches in St Kitts and Nevis. Highly recommend. Would also make a great excursion while on a cruise.

I am sooo happy that I discovered Shipwreck – it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots! The place has treehouse-rustic vibe that instantly gives a relaxed chilled vibe, paired with feel-good music that sets the perfect tone. The location is ideal, offering a laid-back, easygoing atmosphere with a beautiful view of the beach. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual drink at the bar or a sit-down meal at the restaurant, Shipwreck delivers both options. I loved the nachos and the local food. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for a chill, memorable, and genuinely local experience. I definitely recommend checking it out!

This restaurant was amazing! Great service and food! The views where noteworthy! I enjoyed my beverage rum punch and the jerk pork! I would definitely come back. Our driver Shane recommended this for lunch before our flight and it didn't disappoint.

Monkeys walked up to us immediately for a great photo op. The food was VERY good. Staff was expedient and attentive. The view was world class. This is a solid choice in St. Kitts. I recommend the Jerk chicken plate. Delicious. You can bring your own water. Snorkeling in the reef is incredible. Bring water shoes and beware of sea urchins. The beach sand is hot!!! 🥵 even in February!

We had a great time here relaxing on the beach and enjoying some lunch. Its fun to see the monkeys in the afternoons. The snorkeling is great around this area but it is on a reef so use caution with where you enter the water.

This place is honestly really very special! It’s the perfect beach bar / restaurant. We took our dingy here from White House Bay, anchored just off the beach and walked in, in about 1 meter of water (please watch your step for sea urchins in the rocky parts) we had a delicious jerk chicken meal here with a few cocktails for late lunch and at that price we went twice in two days 😂. You can also see the monkeysssss which the staff put out monkey nuts for. This place has a real buzz and vibe around it. We went on a non cruise ship day, so if you are able to we would recommend doing the same, unless your on a cruise ship in which case, I’m sorry 😢😂. Will absolutely be back when we’re next sailing on by.

Gorgeous water—on a decent beach, by St Kitts terms. The water is beautiful, and you can even see a few fish. It’s sad that the coral reefs are nearly gone, but that’s common throughout the Caribbean. Cheap drinks, decent. Didn’t eat the food. Warm water. A nice place to pass the sunset. Would come again!

What a beautiful beach! If you love Monkeys, and mongoose, this is a must-see. You can eat at a picnic table with a front row seat to nature. The food is good with a nice menu variety, and there is even a rental station for snorkeling gear. Do be warned, sea urchins are prevalent in the water, so just be mindful when going deep.
