Shipwreck Beach Sunset Bar

This is an absolute gem! Our very favorite place on the island - there are no words to describe how beautiful it is!! If you’re lucky you get to see the cutest little puppies besides the most breathtaking sunset view and they serve delicious food. Besides tasty shrimps amd chicken adobo, they also have the best veggie curry, which is not on the menu - just ask for it :) If you don’t want to walk all the way: ask a bike-driver to take you to shipwreck beach and walk across the hill - and absolutely no problem to get back to the center either, just ask at the next restaurant on the main road, they can organize moto-taxis in no time! This is an abandoned place. So everything here is a ruins except this is a good place to watch sunset. Quiet and only few people only who stayed here to see it. If youre looking for sunset area, just come here.

For me the most special beach bar in Malapascua! To get there, you have to head north (towards the lighthouse). There are signs showing you where to go. Apart from that, there are the nicest people on this island who will help you. You have to walk about 5 minutes through the jungle. How cool is that? And then you end up at a cute little bar with its own beach. If you're in Malapascua, definitely go to this magical place. The owner is a person with a big heart! 💙 Absolutely worth it to visit this place!

The time we visited this spectacular place was closed. But we enjoyed the view and able to witness the sunset. A swing in Talisay tree made it more fun.

Extraordinary place, but the bar was unfortunately destroyed by the 2025 typhoon. Hopefully they'll rebuild it. Better and stronger.

The hut doesn’t seem to have survived the last typhoon. The remnants give the place a slightly desolate feel, but the beach is still beautiful and has its own quiet charm.

Such an awesome location to spend sunset on the island!! I ended up singing karaoke on the beach with the owner and his friends. Such an amazing experience in what is probably one of the best hidden gems of Malapascua!

The place is nice for sunset. Its So chill and quiet. they only serve beers during weekend. And they even put up a bonfire.
