Every element is thoughtfully displayed, showing respect for the raw materials—whether it’s yuzu, aloe, ginger, roses, tea, kombu or rhubarb. You can actually see the origins of what goes into their skincare and lifestyle products, which makes the brand feel more honest and grounded. If you’re someone who appreciates clean design and a natural ethos, SHIRO is a beautiful place to visit. The space is minimalist but crafted, with staff that are welcoming and genuinely knowledgeable without being pushy. You’re encouraged to explore at your own pace—whether that’s testing scents at the central fragrance bar or admiring the ingredient gallery that runs the length of the store. I ended up bringing home a few items from the White Tea and Ice Mint lines—it’s refreshing yet calming, with a subtle depth that lingers without overwhelming. It felt like the perfect expression of SHIRO’s quiet elegance: simple, thoughtful, and deeply comforting.

Heard of this brand for a while and decided to pay a visit to the store this time around in Tokyo. In shop experience was excellence, staff member miss-森山 explained everything to me in perfect english. Very helpful to narrow choices to my preferences. After the initial purchase I went away and give the perfume some time to develop, I decide to head back to the store for my second buy of the day! Recommended if you have the time you should stop by and have a browse!

I visited the store last week while visiting Tokyo. Shiro is one of my favorite brands for skin care, and you can only find it in Japan. I love the white tea and savon collection, the lotion is very moisturizing and the fragrance smells great. My sales associate was Yuma, he is very friendly and professional, he speaks English well and tries his best to help. The experience is impressive, I will come back again. Thanks a lot Yuma! The only minor thing is the store charges a fee for tax-free orders, which is not common for an individual boutique. The overall experience is great though.

I visited SHIRO flagship store on 9th Nov, staff Ozawa Renya friendly approached and kindly offered the newly released scents, "For My Will" & "Lots Of Love". Appreciated his hospitality in introducing different products, loved the scents he introduceds, and hope to visit again for his service.

This is not our first visit to Shiro. We’ve always visited back to this outlet to re-stock on their facial, home fragrances and body fragrances. This time, we were assisted by Ms Moriyama. She was able to provide us the product knowledge that we required for some of their newer range. She was also very patient with us and helped us to pack our purchases in neatly. Thank you and we will be back.

A beautifully designed store tucked away in a quiet, charming alley. The space is spacious and filled with natural light. The staff member was incredibly helpful and guided me to a perfume I absolutely love — Marvellous Stars, a perfect gourmand blend of vanilla, coconut, and chocolate. A wonderful experience and a must-visit for fragrance lovers.

Great store that’s hidden. Shiro is a skin care chain that’s got some amazing products. I stumbled on it because a friend asked me to get stuff for her husband. after some research learned about the quality of their products. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I don’t know much about skincare but they were very patient and made some recommendations that smelt amazing!

Had a great experience here this Sunday night:) The male staff who served me was professional, friendly and kind. He speaks impressively fluent English and we had a great chat, thanks for making my day! Let me know if you’d visit Hong Kong next time! It would be a pleasant and memorable experience in my Tokyo trip. I also love the perfume the staff chose for me, White Lily and a special edition perfume, they smell so good and comforting. It’d be even better if the perfume bottle can be more scratch-resistant. But I’d still visit Shiro again next time i come to Tokyo🤍
