Shiseido Parlour Salon de Café Ginza

Got their Modern lunch set (dessert not included). I’d recommend getting the beef instead of the fish if possible as the fish was quite fishy, the smell and taste. The beef which my partner chose was very good, not sure if it’s Wagyu but it tasted like it. The starter clear mushroom soup looks unassuming but it was absolutely flavourful and delicious. Would likely not come back since I’ve already been but I’d recommend everyone to give it a try! Personally I love Shiseido as a brand for their beauty products so this was a very interesting experience. The place is quite classy so it’ll be a good place to dress up for!

A Unique Shiseido Experience in the Heart of Ginza My wife has been a long-time fan of Shiseido products, but we never knew they had a café inside their flagship store in Ginza. Even though we had already eaten breakfast at another coffee shop, we decided this was a rare opportunity we couldn’t miss. The retail store downstairs is absolutely stunning—bright, grand, and beautifully designed. It feels like stepping into a luxury gallery of Shiseido’s best products. Naturally, we expected the same level of elegance from the café. The café offers a great selection of desserts, ice cream, and beautifully crafted sweets. Everything tasted delicate and well-made. However, the atmosphere of the café doesn’t quite match the grandeur of the retail store below. It’s pleasant and comfortable, but not as impressive as we imagined based on the Shiseido brand. Even so, we enjoyed our visit. Spending about an hour here while the drizzle continued outside felt cozy and relaxing. If you are a Shiseido fan or enjoy refined Japanese desserts, this café is still worth a stop during your Ginza visit.

We stepped into this elegant dessert shop to escape a cold, rainy evening. Though the other guests were dressed to the nines and we certainly weren't in our Sunday best, we felt perfectly welcome. Every treat was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

Visited on a weekday 13.00. No waiting. Calm. Elegant interior in pink-ish tone. The food was also presented in elegant way. The food was generally of good quality. I don't know if the strawberries in the royal strawberry parfait was of better quality than in other strawberry dishes. The royal milk tea was of disappointment as they served it with milk and sugar already in it (instead of me adjusting according to my preference) and there was a milk skin on the surface. Somewhat high price, but I think you pay for the atmosphere and service too, which was of higher standard than a classic café.

I love the kuromi dark chocolate parfait season. We went there few times when got a chance to visit Tokyo. The latest time we tried the strawberry parfait, the most expensive one, quite good, just a little too sweet for me. However, the services were excellent and atmosphere were fabulous, We will definitely come back here again

Delicious dessert parlor known for their fruit parfaits. This came highly recommended and now I see why! The staff were very warm and welcoming and the parfaits were absolutely delicious! Definitely a fun experience.

Came here for lunch today to try out Omurice. My daughter & I were both excited to get to this place, the lobby was beautifully decorated and the staff were very attentive. Although wasn't very impressed with the Omurice that we ordered the service made up for it, they gave us a proper service from serving to pushing the buttons on the elevator. Overall a must try in Ginza if you're feeling fancy!

The Shiseido cafe has a really calm & beautiful ambience. We were in a line waiting for around an hour at 6pm on a Sunday night. When we got in, the place had every second table empty. Not sure, maybe they decide to limit entry so that it’s a nicer experience for diners. We ordered their signature strawberry parfait and some drinks. All of them were great. We couldn’t eat too much as we had dinner plans.
