This hotel is a gem! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing haven. And the food? Absolutely delicious! From the breakfast to the dinner menu, every meal is a culinary delight. Overall, it's a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

Rooms are neat & clean and service is wonderful. Hotel staff is very cooperative and well equipped with hospitality skills. Mr Dharam Singh manager at reception makes stay of every tourist conformable with his cosy hospitality skills. I recommend this property 👌

We was there recently on a trip to Kedarnath Temple. The location of this place is great. Great distance to the pick up of Gaurikund. Room seems fine and the moment we got in there was a wedding and it was literally very loud. We understand it was an event and we ask what time will it end. The front office said by 12am. Somehow it was later than that. That's not our main complaint. Wifi doesn't work at all in this place and when we ask the front office the reply very rudely. You can expect everyone to speak and understand Hindi which in this case, I totally don't understand or speak. The best part is Hot water doesn't work too. We are travellers and the temperature there is very cold. Again the staffs there need to have basic skills on speaking English. Way too many staff which can look scary but again service is really doubtful here. When I ask does the wifi works and he said yes and when I said no it doesn't look like it works then he said yes it doesn't work. Seriously what an answer from the hotel staff.. The restaurant food was ok but again the service there was average too. The big key for improvement is to get some of your staff to understand and learn basic English..

The food at Shivalik Valley Resort, Sonprayag was delicious and freshly prepared. Loved the local flavors and the warm hospitality of the staff. Great place to relax and enjoy a good meal after a long journey. Highly recommended!

We stayed there for two days it was a nice hotel everything is nice and the room service is perfect but the service at the restaurant needs improvement and the view from the hotel is amazing as river flowing hills and mountains seeing from the room

Stayed at Shivalik Valley Resort before heading to Kedarnath, and it was perfect! Clean, spacious rooms with beautiful mountain views, helpful staff, and peaceful surroundings. The food was homely, and the location is ideal — close to Sonprayag but away from the rush. A calm and comfortable stop on a spiritual journey. Would definitely stay again!
