Came for a rental car, stayed for the hostage experience — Sixt Hayarkon redefines slow stupid and rude. Literally the opposite of startup nation energy. After an hour I canceled my rental and I never looked back. Rent your dumb car from literally anywhere or anyone else.

I had few good bookings experience with them in the past but the last time was different. I tried to reach them to understand but no one answered my mails. I was debitted twice for my last booking, once when I extended it 82,3 $ and once when I returned the car, same amount again. While when I check on the invoice it says that I should pay this amount for the entire booking period. I am extremly desapointed as I it was the only car rental compagny I was trusting I israel.

I was sure im going to get the worst service according to the reviews but surprised to get the exact opposite. I got to the place in Friday morning to rent a car for the weekend Tzadok, the guy at the desk was very kind and offer me a better price from the internet site. In 15 minutes I was out with the car ready to roll. I rented seat arona- good car with amazing fuel consumption When I brought back the car, same same, quick and nice service, less than 10 minutes I was out Highly recommended😎🤙🏽

A small dent on the plastic bumper They Charged Me over $4500 Really? I'll fight you. Look at the picture. is that $4500 worth of damage????? Don't rent from them. If they charge this exorbitant amount I wonder what else they are doing. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! look at the picture. After they saw my Review they sent me a letter from their lawyer. hoping ill take off my review. I'm only going to double down. They think I'm easily scared. I will post all here. and maybe I'll file papers in NYC against all names involved.

Service was good at the start but when we came to give back the car at 5 O clock she wouldnt 2 minutes to put petrol in the car, in fact she was waiting at the door to lock up at 5 not only that she was rude and gave us dirty looks as if we were wasting there time. Not only that you cannot contact them directly in fact the customer service number proceeded to tell me there is no phone in the franchise, and that no one has mobiles in the company (hard to believe) when I saw the staff using mobiles. We come here from Australia to use the service super disappointing

I ordered a car for my daughter at a basic price without insurance extras. Although my daughter asked for no additional insurance, they "threaded" her a contract with the insurance. In good faith, she signed the form and did not notice the extra. When I came to pay of course they charged me a higher amount than agreed. The office manager was complacent and tried to convince me that if there was an accident they would have saved me 3000 NIS. In addition, although it is written on the agreement that the car must be returned at a certain time, the clerk said that it is possible to return it half an hour later. Luckily I came at the time listed in the contract, otherwise, they would have definitely charged me an extra day. gall. I will definitely not go back there again.

It’s always such a pleasure renting my cars at this Shlomo Six’t. The team is lovely and Lior the manager takes the best care of me. I’ve been going back every time I need something for 8 years. No one else compares.

After reading of all reviews I was preparing to something bad. However, all was good :) I booked a car with a full insurance and I added tyres and windshield in the office. So the car was completely covered with zero excess and it was relatively cheap. Car itself had some minor exterior damages but due to full insurance I didn’t waste my time to put them into protocol. The only surprise was the block of deposit. My reservation told me there will be zero deposit due to full insurance taken. However the office did it. So if you have debit card only be prepared for that. Also upon pickup there was pretty big queue because one of the staff members didn’t speak English which is strange for such kind of service.
