Great selection and friendly staff

It was about what you could expect from a medium sized shoe store. They did not have the type of boots I was looking for.

There is a wide selection of shoes for sure. For anyone with feet issues it is a bit difficult to find a comfortable pair as there are few top brands like Clark, Sperry which have more support. The staff was nice even though they didn't greetbyounwhen younwalked in. The staff on the floor never asked if they could help. You had to go ask for help, and even then the answer was if it isn't out we probably don't have it, instead of going to verify. Checkout was easy. Overall, if just looking for the average shoe at a decent price, it's a decent place to go.

Great selection. They always seem to have a good range of sizes in stock compared to other shoe carnivals I've been to. I've been several times and the shoes are always neat and organized.... you can tell they take great care to clean up and put things back in order after customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just don't ever place an order for pickup online. They take your money for the full order out of your account and then they send an email saying that they only have 1/2 of yourorder available at the store. It told me both pairs were available when my order was placed. I called Customer Service and the store to cancel my order because I had to go online and reorder my items because it was part of a BOGO sale and you needed two items to get the sale price. Neither the store or Customer Service could cancel it. Buyers beware they expect you to drive all the way to the store which in my case is 25 minutes away, to pick up the order and return it back to them. So unless you want to pay for 2 orders automatically drafted out of your account do not schedule a store pickup. You will be wasting your time for their screw up. And you will get no type of Customer Accommodation or apology because the website said something was available and it wasn't. You will be expected to waste your time will your gas money. I will never shop here again.

My experience was BREATH TAKING! Amazing deals and many shoe varieties. The aisles were really clean and the staff workers were very helpful. Especially a worker there by the name of Ben. He is not only handsome, but super nice and friendly. He should get employee of the month every year!

I had confused myself with where my refund went (I put it on a different card) and the associate Tracy was very helpful and had a lot patience with me. Even with all the extra work she had to do she remain professional and positive. Thank you!!
