Shoe Station

I went in for Brooks shoes. Unfortunately, you can only order that brand on the website. They do not have any in store. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help. The facility was clean, and my son loved shooting hoops at the basketball station while I tried on some shoes.

Store is clean, organized, and roomy. Great sales and can easily try on shoes in different aisles. Clean bathrooms and very friendly staff that double check sizes and pricing. Will definitely be back! Thanks!

Got the sketches an they feel amazing an the nike 4 torch they are amazing

Even though they did not have the tennis shoes that my grandson wanted. T The employees were quite helpful and showing us where the shoes should be. And they helped us in looking for the shoe on the shelves. When it was apparent they were out of his sizec shoe, they even called the other store to see if they were available.

This is okay. They have a good selection of sketchers but the selection is mostly the same styles. It's okay other places might have more variety. Liked the spin the wheel option to get more of a discount.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Really friendly! They have a pretty good selection of shoes at reasonable prices but if you're looking for Jordan's or newer Miramax's, etc. They don't carry shoes like that. But alot of nice shoes by other brands and types!

This is our new favorite shoe store! We have a shoe store about a mile from our house that we have shopped at since moving here a couple of years ago, but it pales in comparison to Shoe Carnival! They have a wide variety of shoes for girls, which was my main shopping concern when going. My daughter has gotten MANY compliments on her sandals and cowgirl boots that she bought there, and they have held up much better than any other shoes she has gotten recently. Also, they make returns so easy. My daughter had bought a pair of sandals that pinched when she wore them and Shoe Carnival took them back without any issues, even though she had worn them once. They gave us full credit that we were able to use toward her cowgirl boots. I also love the selection of women's shoes. They have tons of clearance options as well. The employees were super friendly and helpful each time we went. My only complaint was that their boys section was pretty lacking. They only had 1-2 types of boys' sandals so my son didn't get anything there and was disappointed.
