Shoe Carnival

Purchased new winter boots. I've had them about a month and they are already coming apart. I noticed the inside lining came out of the boots and that the sole was poking through. The outside of the boots are already breaking at the seem. I'm very disappointed with this purchase. The boot brand is called Itasca. I wouldn't recommend purchasing that brand of boot, as I've learned they are poorly made and since I have had them for a month I can't return them or exchange them. This review is based on the boots I purchased, not a reflection of Shoe Carnival itself.

The staff was friendly but I went there looking for something specific and they didn’t carry it.

I reciently needed a dress shoe to match a dress I had just bought. To my delight they had several varieties to choose from from heels to flats in my size and the right color. I was very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend coming here for your shoe needs.

Usually have good prices and selection. If your there at the right time you can catch a buy one get one 1/2 off, but you need to be sure your not buying clearance as they don't count. The associates are typically very nice and accommodating to help find something you can't locate.

Love this place although I don't buy as many shoes as I use to, they have alot of diff brands that I love and can't find anywhere else and the prices r great. I have to have comfort first and can always find a cute and comfy pair of sandals every time I come. Really enjoy the huge selection they have and don't have to go through a million shoe isles to find something. I love the way their store is set up. Great and friendly service as well always!!

I’m pretty disappointed. I have shopped at Shoe Carnival for years. I recently went in to return two pairs of shoes that broke immediately after wearing them. They wouldn’t let me get a refund, just in store credit. The quality of the shoes were poor. I also tried to order a size 11 of another pair of shoes but they don’t carry that size, even online. Their range of shoe size has decreased dramatically. The store clerk, Jesse, was not sympathetic at all. He didn’t show any care or concern about my issues. It was very unprofessional. I will be shopping elsewhere from here on out.

The sales associate was very helpful. I needed a smaller size, but none in the store. She found online and is having them shipped to my home😊...*update*...I had my replacement boots within 2 days!

Had a nice sale on shoes. Two for the price of one. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I'm updating my review because of my visit today. In the past I haven't had much luck here. They have some awesome shoes, but their prices were always a huge turnoff. We went in today looking for shoes for my oldest son. We found the skeletoes shoes on sale and some comfortable cushy sandals on sale. On top of it they were having a BOGO sale. I was so exited. But then I was disappointed to find they didn't have his size in one of the shoes. So I took both pairs up and talked to an associate named Carson. I asked if he could find my son's size at another store in the area. He found them in a couple stores thru the computer. Then he called those stores to double check on the stock. Once he for sure had a lock on some he asked them to hold the shoes until we got there (also offered to have them shipped over). Then he said we could pay for the pair we found that were the right size and take the receipt to the other store and they would still give us the BOGO offer. How awesome was that? Great business & personal customer service!!!! Thank you.

A pair of sandals I liked had a big glob of glue on the toe. I asked at checkout if they could knock off a few bucks, considering they were defected. The girl tried getting it off but couldnt, she gave the shoe back to the cashier who hurried to shove it in the box. I said "hold on, let me see it". THE GIRL RIPPED IT WHILE TRYING TO GET THE GLUE OFF AND DIDN'T SAY A WORD!!! They tried like hell to scam me! I told her I didnt want the shoes bc they were now ripped!!! None of the 3 people working there, who were all behind the cash register, had anything to say. SHADY PEOPLE over there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody!!!

Rude! Especially manager Sarah. I went to return a pair of shoes that were too small for my son on a friday and they took them and got another pair from another store, well, when I went to pick up the shoes on monday they said they didn't take the shoes it "wasn't procedure". THEY DID and pretty much called me a liar.... Sarah to my face! The manager watched the security camera and saw me come in with the shoes and not leave with them. I will NEVER shop at this store again!! I have never been so humiliated in my life! I hope the stink I raised while there was noticed by the other shoppers!! Shoe Carnival deserved it for what they put me through. Sarah.... You are a liar and you were so rude to me and your face was down right ugly and mean! Lighten up you witch!
