Shoe Carnival

They had amazing shoes there and I couldn't find what I was looking for I asked one of the workers there he was a very nice guy show me where the shoes were and In general was very nice guy

Been here 3 times in the last month and not once have had any employee come up and ask us if they could help us find something. They just sit and talk amongst themselves and wait for customers to come to the register. Not shopping here again. I’ll pay more elsewhere if I have to.

Very helpful staff, need some bigger sizes

I've been in there a few times, they have a great selection of shoes and the prices can't be beat. And it's close to many other places which is very convenient

I shopped and found some great deals. They are eager to answer your questions or help you find the perfect shoes, slippers, or boots.I walked out with 4 pair. They are genuinely friendly and helpful.

Went here to buy shoes for my daughter, we had the store order the correct size. It took quite a while to basically create an account so the store could order a pair of shoes. They wanted me to sign up for some kind of rewards program, I declined. Now shoe carnival is sending me email advertisements, I’ve had 27 emails in 14 days. Yes I went thru the little steps to remove me from their list. It all goes to junk, which is fine except when I need to search the junk folder for a legit email. Shoe carnival, who in your marketing department thinks 27 emails in 14 days is a good idea???? I am irritated. Hopefully I will be able to dissuade people from ever going to shoe carnival.

The store is clean and we'll organized. There is everything from flip flops, sandals, tennis shoes, casual wear shoes, to dress shoes. There is a large selection with great variety of both footwear types and sizes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to the Lansing Mall Shoe Carnival to check out their selection the next time I am in need of footwear to see if they have what I am looking for.

This is an great store..Jeannette is awesome and so helpful. I was visiting Lansing from Canada and was looking for a nice walking shoes. She helped me patiently showing me the best options and price ranges. I really appreciate Jeannette's help and would recommend this store. Great Job Jeannetter !!!

the salesman that works at this location is not very welcoming at all. We kindly spent our money elsewhere.
