Shoe Palace

I had a good experience at this Shoe Palace location. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the shoe that I liked in my size, however, the people working there were helpful. The place itself was also clean and organized. Overall, it’s a good place to visit.

The workers act really welcoming towards men but towards women they just stared at us weirdly like we were aliens from another planet

Really weird store with people with negative charisma. Workers look at you like you have a disease and don’t offer any help, also they act weird when you ask to see a product, like that’s not their job. You can walk around for minutes and no one will think to maybe assist you - then you’ll ask for help, you will be inconveniencing them during their chats. Had 3 products in mind and decided it was better to buy online and maybe return, it would be less of a hassle.

I was very disappointed and angry, previously we bought often and we just bought some pirate tennis shoes, on the first use my son wanted to clean them and they became discolored, they say it is because of the product (they wanted to make us look stupid) since previously they had never discolored and not satisfied with that the sellers made fun of me I went back and asked them to please put up a sign that they give them pirated products....so for those who are going to buy clean them first before taking them because they DON'T THEY CHANGE and besides they make fun of us, we will never buy from them again¹

Terrible customer service. Wouldn't exchange shoes that we had purchased a week before. Had a receipt/proof of purchase. Gave a ridiculous excuse about the box. Our friends had a similar experience. Never going there again.

Worst customer service experience and so judging 🙄 I am a single mom trying to get money on shoes that are 110.00 dollars 💸 . Workers were shaming me. So please do not buy products from I hope that they shut down.

The guys welcomed me, help me right away, cashier was also nice and friendly. I was in and out in a timely fashion. They explained the return policy cause I purchasing a gift and the guys all helped me with a great attitude. Thanks guys.

Store is run by a bunch of teenagers that don't know what they are doing or know how to handle customer service. I tried returning a pair of new shoes (in new condition and not worn) and they refused to return them or even give me store credit

They're such a good store with amazing employees. Don't know why the haters got this down to 2/5 but it's definitely a 5/5 for me. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommended in my utmost respectful regard.

I visited this shoe store and was quite disappointed with the customer service. None of the employees approached me or offered assistance. I had to actively look for someone to ask questions. When I inquired about the shoes I wanted, they just pointed me to the general area where they were displayed. Later, when I asked if they had sizes 7 1/2 or 8, I had to go all the way to the cashier since no one was available to help. The cashier told me they only had sizes 6 and 6 1/2. However, when I tried to return the shoes to the display, I noticed another pair right next to them in size 7 1/2. This made me wonder--do they not want to sell, or is their service just very poor and lazy? Either way, I was very disappointed with how unhelpful the staff were during my visit.

I'm very angry at these store workers, I came last Saturday to buy 2 pairs of shoes... I trusted them, cus is not the first time I come with them... I sent the shoes back to my country and guess what... they gave me two different sizes... I came to the store so I could talk to them to find a answer... and the manager told me that there's nothing they can do... that I basically lost 100 dollars .

A lot of young unprofessional college students work here. A lot of them are usually chatting and you gotta get their attention to get shoe size for you. Their system seems to be outdated too. I asked if they had mt size in a different store since they were sold out of my size and they said I had to bring the shoe I bought to scan the item to see which store has it. That is so inconvenient!

don't buy from this company, they'll send your order completely unprotected. box not even fully sealed, no bubble wrap. the shoes are water damaged now. this isn't my first awful experience with this company, but it is certainly my last.

Extremely poor service and epic failure when it come to basic customer service. I have two occasions to review. They had a pair of AJ Lo's in my size and I asked if they would price match Nike, they said no. Coming from a customer service background, they would've made a sale had they price matched. Epic customer service failure. I ended up buying those same shoes of the Nike app for 35% less! On another occasion I was buying shoes for my son. We were there 5-10 minutes looking at shoes and no one came by to ask if we needed help. I ended up going to the front counter and asked if they had the size we needed on three different models, they had two. Instead of bringing a fresh pair to try on they said to try on the floor sample which I thought was strange. One pair fit so we decided to buy that pair. They were going to sell me the floor sample at full price! I asked if they had a fresh pair but they didn't. I asked for a discount (it's usually 10%) and they said they couldn't. Again, from a customer service perspective, this was another epic fail.

I walked in to look for shoes. I stood in front of these 2 employees, waiting and waiting and waiting till this boy and girl employee done flirting with each other. They were laughing, chatting, smiling like there's no one there. After 10 minutes the girl employee finally took a glance at me. She quickly stopped smiling, stared at me like I'm bothering her. I asked her about kids size shoes, she chuckled and said they are all there. She pointed to her left while looking down on her phone.. I returned and asked her to show me the location. She chuckled and said I already shown you. She finally willing to walk out of her 'spot" and walked me to the shoes. She smirked sarcastically when I asked questions. She's impatient. Am I an idiot to inquire products details like sizing and where they are? Never again. A waste of time and breaths with these true morons.

I needed help finding the right shoes, and Anthony was quick to assist me, as he knew I needed to get out of there quickly. He knew exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process easy. Highly impressed with his efficiency, and the way he's able to help multiple customers at one time. Good service as well from other employees.

They literally didnt have my size in any of the shoes I asked for.. I ended up walking a bit more to foot locker.

I love to keep coming back to this location to purchase goodies. I don't know his name but every time I come back, he is always friendly and customer service is on point! Keep it up!

The minute I walked in to the store I was greeted by the workers and felt very welcomed. I was looking for some nice yet comfy shoes for work and one of the workers, his name was Luis helped me out. He was extremely helpful and nice (very handsome as well) and was able to find the right shoe. I don't usually have such a great experience at shoe stores because they never seem to have any sizes but this shoe palace was great from their selection and sizes to their amazing customer service!

Yelp says store opens 10am. Mall doesn't open until 11am. Update your Yelp to reflect correct store hours.

Never buy shoes from here they ask for a hard copy receipt to return anything!! It's 2020 get with the times!

I got to say this store got top tier customer service. My son was gifted shoes for Christmas that were only worn once in the last 8 months come to find out they were 2 different sizes. I CALLED THE SERRAMONTE STORE 10+ TIMES NO ONE EVER PICKED UP. So I said let me call the next nearest location which is the stonestown location to see if they might have an answer about possibly exchanging these shoes that are basically brand new. I wasn't calling them to see if they could do anything just what the policy is since SERRAMONTE NEVER ANSWERED. The manager contacted the serramonte location directly and said they (serramonte staff/management) weren't willing to do anything for me. But Elia the manager took it upon himself to see if they could do something for me at the stonestown location, being that these werent even sold at their location. His higher up gave him the ok for me to take in the shoes and exchange them for another pair of equal value. SERRAMONTE had one job to double check the size before selling it, which I see being done EVERY SINGLE TIME I BUY SHOES. We received it as a gift so it was clearly out of my hands. But I honestly want to say THANK YOU to the stonestown staff and management especially Elia for the awesome customer service from the phone call explaining my situation to me going into the store and all the staff greeting me, being attentive and just all around great customer service. Make that extra drive to the stonestown instead of serramonte, I know I will!!!

This is not the store to be shopping at So unprofessional and rude to customers Not only the staff but the management as well they were insulting to me but was also insulting to other customers in front of me. I couldn't believe what I was experiencing.All I wanted is another shoe to exchange because the shoe I originally had bought hurt my feet.They would not do Anything for me told me go home and get out while they were all mocking me and talking a lot of garbage that had Nothing to do with what I came in for I felt threatened,and concerned about my wellbeing I do not plan to stop here, I will take Further Action

Went over to this location and asked for a certain shoe size. After told by one sales rep someone is checking to see if any of the sizes requested were available. Nearly 7 minutes waiting and already saw 3 other customers being helped while no one bothered to provide an update. Had to get the sales rep's this look to say something rather than leave me hanging. Got fed up and walked out. For all these minimum wager workers, it's takes that long to check for shoes? Overall, piss poor customer service run by a bunch of kids and plan never to go back to this 2nd rated shoe store location.

I usually dont write a review for a store, but one of the employees here really got me. So i came in to find a white NMD-R1 shoes. I was looking for size 8 but the smallest size they had was 8.5. So i asked them if they can checked it at other shoe palace around sf or daly city area, and turned out the one in serramonte has my size. They told me to pay at their store n just go to the one in serramonte to pick it up, so i said no i wanna try it first. So i asked them if they can tell the people at shoe palace serramonte if they can hold it for me, and the dark skin and short latina or AA lady with curly hair gave me attitude n gave me a look and said NO. Ik for a fact she wanted me to pay at their store just cuz she wanna get the sale. Why would i pay for it first when the shoes is at different store?!

The employee here just so lazy. Asked for anything and don't have anything , any sizes I wanted. I really wanted to buy it but they were helpless. They took forever to look for my size. I felt so upset with this place. I was like ok fine I will buy it online. If any of this place employee read this you should know that if you have a good service the customer not only buy one. They will also keep come back if they like the employee service.

Shoe Palace is great sneaker store. Really friendly and helpful staff always there to answer any questions. Sneaker collection: Typical mainstream, trending sneakers, although I must say I find they have a better selection then Footlocker or Champs. They have sneakers nicely organized by brand names and sometimes even grouped by colors. Prices are fair and never overpriced. Ambiance: I really enjoy the trippy mirror entrance and the music is always there to keep you in the mood for shopping. Lighting is very bright and everything is neatly displayed, very modern and futuristic looking atmosphere. Overall I would highly recommend stopping by and taking a look around, you may just find what you're looking for or might even find something you weren't expecting.

the workers here are so unprofessional, and rude to customers . like come on you work in retail and it's customer service based ! just because we didn't know the exact name of the shoe they decided to be very rude and reply in a very unprofessional manner and walk away , if talking and helping customers out is not your cup of tea then go find a different job that beat suits you. clearly retail isn't working out for you if you're being very rude to customers

I love the quality of their t shirts. They are very street wear like and the prices are cheaper than supreme. They have a tupac shirt in the same style as the shade t your love is king shirt. Customer service was good. I will be back for more especially for the shirts that go on sale.

My experience at this store was a 10/10. I had some trouble with my brothers shoe that was supposed to be his birthday present. I called on the phone and spoke with a nice young man named Elia. He responded kindly to all my questions and he was very patient with me. Then he suggested me to bring in pair of shoes to get it exchanged. Once I showed up, another nice young man names Bryan welcomed me into the store with a big big smile and asked me how I could be helped. I explained him the situation and I told him I spoke to Elia on the phone. He so happened to be working that day, so it was very nice to put a face to a name. Bryan told me to wait at the register and their manager would come and assist me. His name was Jorge and he is very handsome might I add. He explained to me my options of exchanging or getting my money back. I told him I would like to exchange and he helped me out with that transaction. I was very pleased to see all these young men be so polite and well mannered. I will definitely recommend all my friends, family, and the members of my book club this store. The Stonestown Shoe Palace is the best store ever. Wonderful customer service.

Would give this location 0 stars if possible. Was laughed at by 3/4 staff and they would not let me return my shoes which I had worn only around the house. I will be calling corporate on my day off to file a complaint. Terrible customer service and all the staff were rude. I have never felt more humiliated in my life. I will NEVER shop at this location again. Serramonte Shoe Palace took my return with absolutely no issues.

As much as I'd want to like this location, it definitely wasn't a good experience. My girlfriend and I came in the store trying to get her a pair of shoes she's been wanting for months. Sales associates were nothing but rude the whole time. I asked for a certain size and was told they didn't have it. We ended up finding the right shoe and size and the sales associate disappears for a while, I mean a long while. When the person finally comes back out from the back room, we weren't told to meet at the register. We waited and waited and was ignored. Yeah, I get you guys have a bunch of kids working here, but have some manners and know what customer service is actually like.

Went here because I saw some nice New Balance shoes on sale. I picked up the shoe and a woman immediately came out and asked "are you interested in trying those on?" I said yes and she said, "Okay, these are the last pair. I'll get the other shoe so please hang on to that one!" She left to go to the back. I took a seat holding the shoe. I waited a bit and saw she had come back to the front desk but with no matching shoe. She was holding nothing. I sat down for five minutes before another assistant came up to me. "Need help with anything?" he asks. "Yes," I replied, "The woman over there said she would get me the other shoe" I said as I raised my display shoe up. "Okay." he said and left. I waited and waited more until the woman said, "Oh! I'm sorry I forgot ! Let me get you that other shoe." She FINALLY went to the back and got my shoe. I thought that's what she was doing in the first place when she helped me? Talk about ten second Tom. She came back and handed me the other shoe without the box. Very weird. Ultimately, the shoes did not fit. "Thanks for letting me try them on!" I said as I handed them back to the front desk. The workers didn't acknowledge me or look at me. It was as if I was being ignored because I didn't spend any money there. Terrible service, terrible people. Extremely rude and forgetful. You're better off buying shoes at the nearby Nordstrom than spending your time here.

Shoe Palace is a great shoe store. Great service, the only complaint is that they didn't have size 12M in curry's but I'm not going to let that affect my opinion of this place. If your looking for a good shoe store with attentive employees and stellar service I would STRONGLY recommend shoe palace great store love it would shop here again.

I usually get my shoes from here but the customer service sucks. I asked for a certain size and when one of the employees offered me an alternative option, he just walked away and continued to go on his phone instead of bringing out the shoe. I went to another employee he was rude so I left. They really need to work on customer service. That's all.

I wish I could give a negative 5. Stay away from this place and save yourself the pain of dealing with the associates. Their shoe inventory isn't great either.

Live in the area and the last 3 times I've been here they have not had my shoe size, 11M, in stock. I tried today with 4 different sneaker styles and nope. Every time the associate came back she said, "no sorry we only have a size 9 and 12 available." Will not be coming back.

Ordered some shoes to be shipped to store. It ended up taking two months. Called countless times and they never had a clue what was going on. Was offered a 20% discount cos of their gross incompetence, which, when my shoes finally arrived, they refused to honor. The manager Simone was somehow even ruder and more unhelpful than the rest of the employees. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere.

This is my first review for a store and it's not good.NEVER ORDER SHOES FROM SHOE PALACE! I order a pair of shoes for my sons basketball season and they never showed up. I checked the tracking number and it said they were delivered, so I called customer service which was very hard to get through I would get put on hold and never answered or if I called back someone would send me to voice mail. I finally get through and told them I never received the shoes I was then told that it takes 30 days for them to run an investigation for $150 pair of Jordan's now mind you I've order well over 200 pairs of shoes from this company and thought they were solid but after this situation I will never order or buy anything from SHOE PALACE. I will also make sure to tell everyone not to order or buy from this place. Shoe place you need to find a better shipment company ONTRAC is going to put you out of business. NEVER EVER ORDER OR BUY SHOES FROM SHOE PALCE!!!!!!!

Very bad customer service. Please do not waste your money at this place. Almost all the store sales assistants are least interested to assist the customers and are very indifferent. They almost behaved as if they do not care about doing business. The behavior of sales assistants was very rude and because of their non-cooperative behavior I wasted my money to buy shoes for my 2.5yr toddler. Most importantly the assistants did not care to deal properly even for a 2.5yr old toddler. So one can imagine their attitude towards adults. This store should go out of business.

Just left out of here returned a velour fit I didn't want I was first to be helped by a man he was super cool and friendly. Then a young woman who I think has black curly hair said she'll help me and I gave her the merchandise then a customer walks up and she helps him with his purchase when I was in line first super unprofessional she didn't ask whether or not if I'd mind waiting she just took a customer that was behind me first super rude of her I hope she's not the one managing the place that just left a disgusting impression of her lack of customer service
