Shoe Sensation

Size selection leaves a lot to be desired. Popular sizes sell out extremely fast. However, if you can find them, there are occasionally great clearance finds. Bought ankle boots for $15.

Came back for another pair of work boots. Salesman was on point from the minute I walked in the door. Told him what I wanted, he went right to it and I was out the door in under 10 minutes. Excellent customer service.

This was a very nice place. The sales lady was very nice and helped me a lot. She put up with me trying on almost every sneaker there was in the women's section. I finally found a pair and when I checked out I found out that Shoe Sensation has Insurance you can put on your shoes for a year that was awesome. Of course I bought it!

I was pleasantly surprised to be given a "Mystery Coupon" when I first entered the store - not realizing they were having an anniversary celebration. What really impressed me, however, when I asked if someone could help me find shoes to match the sliver of material from a wedding outfit, the manager immediately called one of his staff over and she took me through the entire women's selection, offering options which closely matched, to those that complemented the admittedly weird color of my outfit. Better yet, the two pairs I eventually selected were both on sale!

Employees are not properly trained to inform customers of what is and isn't warranty when selling warranties to customers. I was over sold on what was and wasn't covered so when I returned it wasn't covered Shoes worn from "regular ware" in a month and a half.

I had such a wonderful experience there! I brought my baby and my 6 year old daughter (who is very hyperactive). I didn’t catch her name but a blonde associate was super helpful and very patient with helping get her into the right size shoe even with her running full speed around the store. thank you so much for the wonderful experience! She deserves a raise!

Great selection and the staff is amazing. I love my new Hey Dudes.
