Awesome store and the manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met and has helped me many times to pick out shoes.

Sales lady was very helpful in getting my boots replaced under warranty. Process was simple and painless. Will continue to buy shoes at this store.

This was a very nice place. The sales lady was very nice and helped me a lot. She put up with me trying on almost every sneaker there was in the women's section. I finally found a pair and when I checked out I found out that Shoe Sensation has Insurance you can put on your shoes for a year that was awesome. Of course I bought it!

I was pleasantly surprised to be given a "Mystery Coupon" when I first entered the store - not realizing they were having an anniversary celebration. What really impressed me, however, when I asked if someone could help me find shoes to match the sliver of material from a wedding outfit, the manager immediately called one of his staff over and she took me through the entire women's selection, offering options which closely matched, to those that complemented the admittedly weird color of my outfit. Better yet, the two pairs I eventually selected were both on sale!

I bought a pair of skecher sandals buy One get one (wide ) because you didn't have another in my Size and it had to be Ordered I didn't get a second pair. I was Very disappointed when you can't get a second pair because I had to even order the first pair. Would like If the store could stock more of a wide shoe

I had such a wonderful experience there! I brought my baby and my 6 year old daughter (who is very hyperactive). I didn’t catch her name but a blonde associate was super helpful and very patient with helping get her into the right size shoe even with her running full speed around the store. thank you so much for the wonderful experience! She deserves a raise!

Great for my first time experience there. The manager helped me out with a pair of Sketchers since I was having trouble looking for comfortable walking shoes for work. She listened to my needs, and suggested a pair of Sketcers. They were ordered and I picked them up a few days later. I am happy with the purchase and the friendliness of the staff.
