I bought school shoes three months ago from the Kilburn branch. The shoes now have a hole in the bottom and a scratch on the top. I went to the shop today, but the manager was very rude. He embarrassed me in front of young children and accused me of intentionally delaying my visit in order to get a refund or replacement shoes. I explained that my son, who is 11 years old, always wears his shoes by himself and never mentioned the hole. My wife only noticed the hole in the shoes a few days ago.

Great stock of plain black school shoes. Different varieties and lots of size availability first week back at school unlike all their competitors who were all out of stock.

Surprisingly had a few pairs available for me. Always go back to the classics and the Classic brands. Needed something to be comfortable and supportive for my daily 10-15K steps 🚶‍♂️Outside 🚶‍♀️ Walks.

I visited this shoe shop last week as I have shopped there numerous times in the past and have found a large variety of shoes, boots , trainers etc for men, women and children, as well as slippers and some shoe cleaning products being sold there. Unfortunately when I visited there I found that there was a closing down sale , which was was disappointing as this was a really good shoe shop with a wide variety to choose from and comparable prices. Parking within the area is very difficult to find , although there are good transport links by both bus and tube

Found what I was looking for and the price point for me was still as good as it was when I bought my first work boot from them , never had issue staff were pleasant

I love shopping here, most of the things are at a good price, and there are ample amount of choices for me to pick from. I also enjoy walking around in here; the air is fresh, and it is very well-lit.
