Delightful customer service. I shopped from abroad and asked them for some particular arrangements they fulfilled without hassle. Thank you Kat, I love the shirt and will definitely be back if something catches my eye.

Boswell's customer service is AMAZING!!! I live on the opposite side of the country from Boswell- but when my favorite haircare company went out of business, I followed some internet leads and found that Boswell might have had some stock left. After reaching out, not only did Boswell quickly ship this very elusive shampoo bar to me, but when I opened the package, included was a handwritten note AND an additional test-size shampoo bar that they had left! Above and beyond... Just a positive experience all around. Thank you SO MUCH!! Wow!! 🥹

I love this store--one of my favorite boutiques in Portland! Läto was so helpful and patient as I found my perfect Brookes Boswell hat, and everything else in the shop is just as perfect. The cute natural wine pop-up in the back is a nice bonus too! Definitely stop by if you're in the neighborhood. :)

What a gem. The Boswell folk make and sell the softest, most elegant rabbit-fur felt hats. I love the Onsen Saru bath cubes with wonderful moisturizers. And here I Shazam’d my new favorite song to obsess over. If you enjoy the luxurious feeling of browsing fine boutiques, this is a place to go.

Great experience, Brookes helped me find the perfect hat from her amazing selection and even did some custom finishing on the spot. Gorgeous store.
