Never take the PR photo here. Last 2 days, I came here to take photo for PR application. I gave them all requirement from the government about it. They sold me that photo and charged more for the usb although I brought my personal. Okay, fine, I paid nearly $40 for both. Then, my agent told me the government may not accept this photo because they FORGOT TURN ON THE LIGHT. Yesterday, I went there again, they told me until I get rejection by government, they will refund me. But they offer me retake the photo. Today, I came again and retake the photo, all things are good. The background, the light are good, but they told me because I put the usb into another computer, so they are afraid virus. So, they charged me for ONE MORE USB. At that time, I think the USB just cost $10 like the lady told me 2 days ago. BUT NO, THEY CHARGE ONE MORE TIME $40. IT MEANS $80 total for both time if I pay this time. So, I SAID NO…… And I gave them both usb and the photo I just took for me. As a result, it took me a lot of time, and they know their mistake, but I have nothing, just angry and disappointment. Thank you for the terrible experience. 😂😂😂

I had an issue with a fragrance I had just purchased and went in hoping for a little advice, definitely not expecting anything more. But Brandon was incredibly understanding, nonjudgmental, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to check the product, troubleshoot, and make sure I left with a solution I was happy with. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Brandon made me feel truly cared for and that matters so much. Thank you again, Brandon. You really turned my day around. I usually have positive experiences at your store, and the cosmetics staff are always friendly, but today I felt treated like a thief while browsing shampoos and conditioner. A staff member not on the cosmetics team—wearing a blue uniform with long black hair—stood uncomfortably close and repeatedly watched me, which felt inappropriate and discriminatory. I am only at your store because I work nearby and this experience has affected my decision to return.

I have frequented this Shoppers Drug Mart and my experience almost always has been without issue, that is unless I have to deal with the staff at the front till, they are incredibly rude and dismissive. They have rude attitudes as well. Won’t be coming back here.

The Shippers Drug Mart is well organized and stocked with grocery store items and helpful lifestyle care products and services... The staff is very helpful in finding what is needed for your visit to the store for household or medical supplies... The store is located at Shops of Winnipeg Square at 360 Main Street Apartment Complex in the mall...

I have been stopping here before work for almost 4 years now. I’m treated with a friendly greeting from Lynn and all the staff. Always professional and helpful; never any issues. I would rate them 6 out of 5 stars, if I could. With the constant shop lifting downtown they have a hard enough job and I am always treated with kindness and respect. Great work and keep up the wonderful customer service 👍👍

Great customer service as an evacuee got my medications moved from a different location when I was moved hotels very quickly and if ur close enough just go pick then up if u need then the next morning as there delivery service is slow but still great service and amazing pharmacists
