This Shoppers location is smaller than others, but it has everything you need, including a pharmacy, personal and household items, Canada Post, perfumes, makeup, and skincare. The staff in the makeup and skincare section are especially kind and helpful if you need assistance or are looking for something specific. It offers both self-checkout and cashier service, and you can load your Peggo card and buy bus tickets here. The location is very convenient in downtown Winnipeg, you can enter from the street or through the skywalk, as it connects to the underground tunnel system. I definitely recommend it, although it would be ideal if the store were open on weekends, as it currently operates Monday to Friday only.

Another horrible experience today shopping in your store for few essentials at around pm Dec. 11.For the second time the Filipino Cashier treated me rudely and felt uncomfortable.When I was at the cash while started placed items , I asked her if the gift set is $25 , she turned around mumbling and went to the self checkout where she has to fix the screen angrily looking at me asking if it was me left it ? which I understood she accused me that I went to self checkout prior and just leave it unfinished then went to front counter! I said it wasn’t me ! Then she came back and start scanning the items with unpleasant mood and did not even say thank you after I paid for the items I bought ! I also work in retail in Canada for a decade and now in management. To me that behaviour is unacceptable! Very unfriendly and discriminatory service! It’s unbelievable! Management should address her to stop practicing that inappropriate behaviour while interacting with customers! Secondly, last summer this year the same staff while I was at self checkout she was watching stood behind me when I was scanning items,I left in the basket few items since I decided not to buy them after seeing my subtotal was closed to $100 dollars already. I proceed to payment then she said “really ?? You did not scan all of those items! I gave to her the basket with 3 items and said I decided not to take those since they are not on sale and I was watching my subtotal ! I felt very uncomfortable for suspecting me as theft that I might steal the items that I put on the side which was in basket. Now your losing customer! Me and my husband were long time patrons here,, although I like the service in cosmetic department don’t know If I’m returning so disappointing! My husband has a good paying job and I also work full time as Retail management. You suspecting me as a thief??😡

Never take the PR photo here. Last 2 days, I came here to take photo for PR application. I gave them all requirement from the government about it. They sold me that photo and charged more for the usb although I brought my personal. Okay, fine, I paid nearly $40 for both. Then, my agent told me the government may not accept this photo because they FORGOT TURN ON THE LIGHT. Yesterday, I went there again, they told me until I get rejection by government, they will refund me. But they offer me retake the photo. Today, I came again and retake the photo, all things are good. The background, the light are good, but they told me because I put the usb into another computer, so they are afraid virus. So, they charged me for ONE MORE USB. At that time, I think the USB just cost $10 like the lady told me 2 days ago. BUT NO, THEY CHARGE ONE MORE TIME $40. IT MEANS $80 total for both time if I pay this time. So, I SAID NO…… And I gave them both usb and the photo I just took for me. As a result, it took me a lot of time, and they know their mistake, but I have nothing, just angry and disappointment. Thank you for the terrible experience. 😂😂😂

I usually have positive experiences at your store, and the cosmetics staff are always friendly, but today I felt treated like a thief while browsing shampoos and conditioner. A staff member not on the cosmetics team—wearing a blue uniform with long black hair—stood uncomfortably close and repeatedly watched me, which felt inappropriate and discriminatory. I am only at your store because I work nearby and this experience has affected my decision to return.

I have been stopping here before work for almost 4 years now. I’m treated with a friendly greeting from Lynn and all the staff. Always professional and helpful; never any issues. I would rate them 6 out of 5 stars, if I could. With the constant shop lifting downtown they have a hard enough job and I am always treated with kindness and respect. Great work and keep up the wonderful customer service 👍👍

I had an amazing experience at the Beauty Boutique recently, and I wanted to give a special shoutout to Brandon for their kindness and exceptional customer service. I had an issue with a fragrance I had just purchased and went in hoping for a little advice, definitely not expecting anything more. But Brandon was incredibly understanding, nonjudgmental, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to check the product, troubleshoot, and make sure I left with a solution I was happy with. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Brandon made me feel truly cared for and that matters so much. Thank you again, Brandon. You really turned my day around. I’ll absolutely be back for future beauty purchases!

I have frequented this Shoppers Drug Mart and my experience almost always has been without issue, that is unless I have to deal with the staff at the front till, they are incredibly rude and dismissive. They have rude attitudes as well. Won’t be coming back here.

I had a concerning experience at your store today around 3/4 pm. As I approached the checkout, I noticed the cashier watching me closely, even after I scanned and paid at the self-checkout. I felt uncomfortable and wondered if it was because of my race. As a retail sales associate myself, I understand the importance of customer service and respect and I doubt she does. I hope the store will take steps to ensure all customers feel welcome and valued. Perhaps additional training or reminders about inclusive customer service would be beneficial. I only came to buy Advil pills, I should not have been treated that way just because I’m black…!
