This supermarket location is super busy given it's located in a Shopping Plaza but they have more than enough check-out lines for both Express and Regular check-out. While you're shopping - swing by the hot/cold food bar for soups to go, Panini's to be pressed, sandwiches and wraps made to order (times are specified) or grab a container and pick what you want - the food is weighed at the customer service counter and you pay there (should you want to dine in on the spot). If not, take it along w/ your shopping and pay when you checkout.
This space is HUGE and note it may take a little over an hour just to go up and down each aisle to browse, it's super clean and super stocked. Sales are easy to find and circulars are plenty. I've been shopping here for a few months and can always find a deal. Do get the shopper club card, as it tracks your total purchases each visit. I saved all my points and redeemed for a free 10 lb ham at Thanksgiving time.
Note - order from the Kiosk for Deli/Salad counter - that line is the longest. Save time, place the order then pick up in a marked refrigerator...pickup when it's convenient for you! No need to get on the line. BTW, if you're looking for freshly sliced cheese or packaged brands, they have two open fridge areas to peruse. I've often found there was no need to hit the deli counter.
I frequent the Seafood Dept. the most. Their salmon and branzino are fresh. I didn't care for the stuffed filet with crabmeat (thought it was a little salty) but it works in a bind when you don't want to create it yourself...just heat and serve.
I also particularly like the Red Meat section - lamb / veal / steak / ground beef...great deals all the time and lots of variety of cuts. I've not had a problem picking out choice meat. For those that like Kosher or looking for specialty - they have it too, it's labeled in the overhead - same section. Be on the lookout as you browse that area.
And lastly, for dessert lovers - boy do they have desserts/cakes/muffins, ie, ready to go for entertaining or pre-packaged for your weekly dining. Always stocked with tons of variety of desserts - Italian cookies, donuts, ice cream cakes, muffin trays, croissants - it's like walking to a Big Box store except smaller portions. Lots to browse. It took me a few minutes on my first visit just to go through what's for sale. And like the Big Box stores, they do feature some snacks to sample - near the refrigerated foods section and Dairy Dept. Someone is usally cooking and giving out samples to try.
I like this supermarket very much. It's well stocked, well-lit, very clean, and easy to maneuver. Plenty of aisle space and generally speaking, many local customers. Check it out if you're in the hood.
