From start to finish, our stay at the LXR Shore House was outstanding. The property itself is absolutely stunning — luxurious, beautifully maintained, and has that perfect blend of sophistication and fun without ever feeling over the top.
We had a few hiccups at the beginning — our first ocean view room had a carbon monoxide alarm issue, and the second room we moved into wasn’t as impressive. However, as Hilton Gold members, the team quickly upgraded us to a spectacular suite with both a street and Bay view. The room was huge and beautifully appointed, and once we settled in, it was smooth sailing from there.
Special shoutout to Jason Williams, the Bowmen/Valet, who was absolutely incredible. He’s the guy who truly made our experience memorable — he hooked us up, gave us the lay of the land, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Jason is the man!
Kim at the front desk was also fantastic — warm, professional, and genuinely caring — and Becca was wonderful as well. They both took such great care of us and made sure everything was right after our room change.
The food across the property was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was just what we were looking for — upscale yet relaxed.
I had read a few mixed reviews before coming, but our experience couldn’t have been better. Everything from the staff to the accommodations exceeded expectations.
Five stars out of five — I’d come back here ten out of ten times. Highly recommend the LXR Shore House, and if you go, make sure to say hi to Jason, Kim, and Becca — they’re the best!
