The friendly team were very accommodating to help me source and purchase a works by a particular artist, and work with me to layby the piece, and arrange shipping interstate. Everyone was easy and professional to deal with, and now we have a lovely artwork hanging in our office. Thank you Short St, I look forward to visiting the Bungalow in person one day!

From the moment I walked into its Bungalow space in Broome its very authentic connection to indigenous art makers was obvious and the knowledge and passion of the gallerists/staff helped me to make discerned decisions. The regular newsletters are a great learning resource and the gallery has a clear relationship to what’s happening in the creative spaces on country.

A brilliant gallery that I came across whilst visiting Broome over 6 years ago. They had an incredible selection of works in both the gallery and the bungalow, and I've subsequently enjoyed following them online and vie their emails. It is incredible to hear the story of the business and their role with supporting indigenous artists all around Australia. Be sure to also check out their stock room in town beach. You won’t find an experience like short st anywhere else.

I have been a suppoter and bought paintings from Short Street Gallery for over 40 years. As a collector of indigenous art, it is my favourite gallery in Australia. The Bungalow is awesome, that cool combination of a Broome classic bungalow filled with beautiful artwork. I could live in this space!
