Shota@Rustaveli is a nice little boutique hotel right next to the parliament, spacious room with an indoor swimming pool and sauna, with good breakfast too. But a big dampener for room 102 was the weird design of the bathroom. The shower area simply didn't have a door. A family room booked on triple occupancy that has no door on the shower zone - how absurd is that. Highlighting the issue to the manager at the reception also didn't help. We got the usual response - can't do anything, can't change rooms as we are fully booked etc. But then why allocate such a room for a triple occupancy family booking in the first place? Strange.

Stayed in here for four nights, we really liked the prime and strategic location which is next to the parliament, but due to the protest by the local community, guests will hear some noises and you can see police right in the front hotel. Also they will close the street in the evening and night. The room was spacious and very clean, although they have no bidets and it will take time for the hot showers. The breakfast was delicious, they have options for bakeries and you can also customize your eggs preferences. The service and staffs are polite and always smiling, greeting the guests every time we see them. Overall it was a great experience, keep up the good work!

We arrived early and were given an early check-in, which was a great start. The room was clean and comfortable. When we checked in, we were informed that the AC wasn't working but would be fixed soon. Thankfully, it started working around 4:30 PM, which made the stay much more comfortable. Breakfast is decent, though there are limited options that suit Indian preferences. The pool, sauna, and gym are wellmaintained and a nice bonus. The hotel is in a prime location, very well connected, and convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a great stay and good value for money, especially once the AC was sorted.

Great boutique hotel. It is a short walk from Freedom Square and provides a great base to explore Tbilisi. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are very spacious. My only comment is that I think the breakfast offering could be improved. Overall a nice stay and I would return.

This was my fourth stay at this hotel, and I was once again more than satisfied with all aspects. On checking in I was upgraded to a room with a large bath, which was extremely pleasant. The balcony looked onto a quiet area so I was able to drink a glass of Georgian wine in peace after a long journey. The staff at Reception were very helpful with booking transport. Service and food at the restaurant downstairs was a delight. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel! The rooms were absolutely wonderful—spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location near the Parliament is unbeatable, providing easy access to key attractions in the city.||A special thanks to Gocha and Lili at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Despite my early check-in, they worked tirelessly to find a great room for me, and their warm and accommodating service made all the difference.||Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel truly offers a blend of elegance, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

I've traveled all over the world, including within Georgia, and this is one of my favorite hotels. I'm not sure why, but the combination of cleanliness, how nice the staff has been, the quality and attention to detail in the rooms and hallways, the gym / sauna / pool area, the food, the Internet quality... it's all be great. And it's in a perfect location in Tbilisi - near all the museums, right by an underpass that allows you to cross the main avenue (since you can't cross just anywhere), but not RIGHT in Old Tbilisi which can be loud and overly touristy. I would not only recommend it, I will definitely stay here next time I visit!
