I've traveled all over the world, including within Georgia, and this is one of my favorite hotels. I'm not sure why, but the combination of cleanliness, how nice the staff has been, the quality and attention to detail in the rooms and hallways, the gym / sauna / pool area, the food, the Internet quality... it's all be great. And it's in a perfect location in Tbilisi - near all the museums, right by an underpass that allows you to cross the main avenue (since you can't cross just anywhere), but not RIGHT in Old Tbilisi which can be loud and overly touristy. I would not only recommend it, I will definitely stay here next time I visit!

The hotel have amazing location. Very easy to hang around the city. The staff are friendly , always responsive and smiling. There are great sauna, pool and a small gym but it’s enough. Restaurant is a good option to eat and have very delicious food and kind personal there too. Highly recommend it on a business trip like me or on vacation trip is great choice too 👌

This hotel is incredibly cozy and minimalistic, exceptionally clean, and filled with a delightful fragrance everywhere. The staff is extremely polite and professional. The rooms are spotless and beautifully arranged with great taste. The breakfast is amazing, so there’s no need to go out for it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice cooperative staff, good breakfast. Lots of nice eggs pancakes and crepes to chooss from Location cant get better. Too good Heated pool is nice. Very nice rooms, modern and classy. The lobby is quite small though ( but i guess it doesn't really make a difference)

Great hotel, well designed and wide rooms, The bed was huge and super comfortable, especially the pillows. The staff were nice and the check in desk was available 24/7. The bathroom has underfloor heating which was nice. The hotel building by itself is very beautiful and impressive. The only thing that we didn’t like is the location, it’s pretty far from the old city and all the restaurants so you need to use taxi most of the time.

Stayed at this boutique hotel on 2 occasions as part of our group tour of the Caucasus and it was fantastic. Loved the modern decor, the rooms were spotless and spacious. |the breakfast choice was truly amazing great choice of hot and cold food including local food. |The hotel was in a perfect location close to so many of the sights but in a quiet street.|the restaurant offered a discount to residents and was value for money with an excellent selection and generous proportions.|Highly recommended

Overall, an amazing hotel near the Parliament in the city center. Rooms are clean, spacious and have everything to rest after exploring the city. Cleaning ladies are pleasant and welcoming, however, one day we were called twice in 10 mins to ask when we are going to leave in order to clean our room. The only big minus of our stay was a weird situation with police call by reception lady, who took some words in personal and tried to find the “guilty guy” at 2-3 am by knocking each door on the floor - without any excuses, of course. Such unprofessionalism ruins the whole place reputation.

I would rate the hotel as 3 because of several reasons. Pros: 1. The rooms were good, classy and clean. 2. The location is very good as it is close to the Parliament. 3. They gave us complementary wine and nuts. Cons: 1. The service was a bit unprofessional. When I asked them for the water, they refused to deliver to the room and asked to collect from reception. 2. They charge me for extra wine which I didn’t even use. 3. They did not have a bidet in the washroom. 4. At 12:00 sharp, they called us and ask to leave the room which was quite unprofessional as normally hotels give a grace time of around half to 1 hour to check out. It happened with me twice, one time, I had extended my booking but they did not know so I told them to check in their system as I have extended my booking. The second time on the real check out.
