⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Location and Stay We stayed here for a week and loved it. The location is perfect, right next to the Parliament and within easy walking distance to the Old Town and many great restaurants. There’s also the Galleria mall nearby with a big supermarket, plus smaller ones open until midnight — very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, served from 8:00 to 12:00 with a great variety. You can order freshly made omelettes, Eggs Benedict, and Eggs Royal, all delicious. The pool is a real one for swimming laps (about 3m wide and 10–12m long, 1.6–1.8m deep) and open until late. The gym is small but well-equipped, and there’s a sauna that staff can turn on with 30 minutes’ notice. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent facilities, kind staff, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended!

A lovely hotel that combines stylish decor with comfort in a great location. The rooms and public areas are beautifully designed so this hotel will appeal to all design fans. My room was huge, with a very comfy bed and a great shower plus plenty of space. There was a good selection of breakfast items. Staff were helpful. The location is ideal, being just off Rustaveli Avenue, near the parliament building, just a 10 minute walk from Freedom Square and about the same from Rose Revolution Square. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes’ walk of the hotel.

We stayed at Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi, last year in October 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a very clean, neat, and somewhat posh area, right in the city center, with many fancy restaurants nearby. There’s a shopping mall close by, perfect for last-minute shopping, as well as numerous souvenir shops. During our stay, there was a protest in front of the Parliament, but it didn’t affect the calm atmosphere of the hotel.||The hotel design is minimalistic, chic, and stylish. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful, modern washroom featuring a shower and a bathtub—ours was a see-through style, which looked stunning. We had a small private balcony attached to the room, which was a lovely touch. The room was on the same floor as the reception, making it very convenient. Overall, the large room and big washroom with minimalistic décor were definite highlights.||The area has some amazing restaurants. We particularly loved a famous restaurant nearby with an extensive wine collection, as well as another popular pasta chain. The hotel’s own Italian restaurant is a bit expensive but absolutely worth it—the Pumpkin Soup is a must-try. For breakfast, they have a rotating “dish of the day”; we tried the cottage cheese pancakes, which were out of this world.||The staff were polite, though not overly friendly, and the hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and clean throughout. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay at Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel—spacious rooms, luxurious washrooms, excellent design, and a prime posh location make it a memorable choice in Tbilisi.

We stayed at Shota Rustaveli Hotel for two nights, and our experience was truly wonderful. The stay was extremely comfortable — the beds and pillows were among the best we’ve ever experienced, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights of this hotel is the spaciousness of the rooms. Compared to many other hotels in the area, the rooms here are significantly larger, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a large bathtub and all essential amenities. The property also offers excellent facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and breakfast service, making the stay even more enjoyable. They even provide special goodies if you’re celebrating a special occasion, which adds a thoughtful and personal touch. A very special thanks to Ms. Lily at the reception, who was incredibly helpful during our check-in and throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. Also, a shout-out to Mr. Edward for his support and professionalism. We would also like to appreciate the housekeeping team, who did a fantastic job of keeping the room spotless and ensuring that all consumed amenities were promptly restocked — a level of attention to detail that is not always common in this region. It’s worth noting that the hotel follows a seasonal schedule for air conditioning and heating — typically, the air conditioning operates until September, after which the heating system takes over. If you have any preferences or concerns, it’s a good idea to contact the hotel in advance to understand which system will be active during your stay. Personally, this wasn’t an issue for us, as the staff handled it very well and ensured we had everything we needed to stay comfortable. Overall, Shota Rustaveli Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, spacious rooms, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tbilisi and looking for a high-quality stay with exceptional hospitality.

Really a prefect stay. Kind staff, clean (huge), stylish room with a proper king sized bed. Very comfortable. Loved the decor. The breakfast was top notch - not a generic buffet. And as an added bonus, the do not disturb sign was the cutest I’ve ever seen. I will 100% book again when I return to Tbilisi.

Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel is, without question, one of the best hotels in Tbilisi and truly deserves a place among the city’s top five. The property is beautifully designed, cosy, and full of character, offering a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Its location is convenient, just a short walk from many of Tbilisi’s main sights and attractions. From the moment we arrived, we received outstanding service from every member of staff — particularly Anna and Rezi at reception, who were warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. The housekeeping team were equally attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. We genuinely felt looked after as if we were part of the family, which made our stay even more special. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, especially the gym and the swimming pool, which we enjoyed using every day. The pool is an exceptional feature that you won’t easily find in other Tbilisi hotels — perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Our room was upgraded by Anna from our second night onwards, and it was absolutely delightful: spacious, homely, and extremely comfortable. The bed was wonderful, and the high-end French toiletries provided in both the bedroom and bathroom were a lovely and luxurious touch. Breakfast was another highlight — a superb, high-quality spread offering something for everyone. The freshly baked breads, pastries, and muffins were exceptional. For a boutique hotel, the standard of food and presentation was remarkably high. The interior design throughout the hotel — from the lobby to the guest floors — is stylish, well thought-out, and beautifully curated, giving the entire property a refined yet inviting atmosphere. Disliked · While the hotel was exceptional in every way, our overall experience of Tbilisi itself was unfortunately disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we encountered several scams and felt that visitors are not always treated fairly or warmly. We found many people to be rather distant, and at times, we sensed an unfriendly attitude toward tourists, especially those from different ethnic backgrounds. It was disheartening and made us feel uncomfortable exploring the city. We were also let down by the local authorities, as the police offered little help when we reported a scam involving fraudulent apps. It appeared that such issues are not recognised as crimes under local law, which made the situation even more frustrating. Despite the city being promoted in the UAE which is odd, our personal experience left us feeling that Tbilisi is not as safe or welcoming as expected, and it’s not a destination we would choose to return to or advise anyone to visit ever. Our overall experience at Shota Rustaveli was truly wonderful. The hospitality and care we received far exceeded our expectations and turned what could have been a stressful trip — especially after an unfortunate scam and a visit to the police station — into a positive and memorable experience. A heartfelt thank you to Anna and the entire team for making our stay in Tbilisi so special. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

I can recommend this one. Very good localization, comfortable beds and marvellous breakfast. It has somewhat unique interior design which i liked, daily housekeeping and generally felt clean. The male waiters in breakfast were too grumpy for my liking. The ordered meals on the breakfast could be served faster, as they were really not that complicated. I'd recommend to anyone.
