A small, elegant, boutique hotel situated right in the heart of Santanyi. Even with the two vibrant, busy markets that take place twice a week and the local bars and restaurants nearby, it was peaceful and relaxing within the hotel, at all times and never noisy outside. The staff and owners were ever so helpful at all times but went above and beyond when our luggage went missing.|The hotel is spotless with some beautiful artworks and a small but refreshing pool.|We stayed in room Olivera, which was a spacious one bedroom with private balcony and two sun loungers. Lovely. |Breakfast was phenomenal - everything you could have wanted to start your day. |I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Fantastic hotel! We have stayed all over Mallorca, and this was a great way to experience this side of the island. Perfect location to access all of the shops and restaurants. The Wednesday/Saturday market is a must see. The staff is so attentive, breakfast is amazing, and the pool area feels private with the limited rooms in this boutique. Parking is a short walk away with an easy access alley to load and unload into this city hotel. Highly Recommend!

Simply the best boutique hotel experience! My husband and I absolutely loved it here. The design, the service, the location, vibes all of it were amazing. The owner found my husband and I lost in our car down the street, ran to us and grabbed my bags and carried them for me— so so kind! This is a slice of heaven and the most perfect location in Santanyi. Our favorite area in Mallorca!!

If you are looking for a unique, breathtaking and authentic place to stay in Mallorca this is your hotel. I can’t being to explain how amazing the service was, everyone was so kind, helpful and just lovely. The location of the hotel is truly unique as the hotel is located in the heart of santanyi a beautiful typical town of Mallorca (ps the market is every Saturday and Wednesday I recommend visiting it). The rooms have a big wow effect as they are spacious, are decorated with an amazing taste and have a luxury feeling. And the breakfast is delicious. Truly everything about this hotel is a 10/10 if you are visiting Mallorca soon please don’t miss out on this hotel.

We stayed in mid September last year for 7 nights. Firstly, the manager was so helpful. We got a bit confused where to park after driving in from Palma airport and so we regretfully had to ring the poor guy at 10pm at night and ask for directions! Instead of just giving us directions he ran from his nearby house and actually got in the car and drove us to the parking. I mean, what kind of hotel offers that kind of service??!! We arrived, and this place is magical. Set right off this picture perfect square with live music and beautiful restaurants. The hotel itself is tiny, only 5 rooms I think. Don't expect a crowded bar and other guests to chat to. We stayed in mid sept when the island is slowing down and we barely saw another guest. We stayed in the room above where breakfast is served and we had a little terrace. The room itself was really nice, pretty basic but in a stylish way, everything you could want. Make sure you eat breakfast, they serve different eggs every day and it became a highlight guessing what we would come down to every morning. The hotel manager, I forget his name...was so helpful, he literally drew us a map to get to his top beach recommendations! Santanyi itself is an super little town, just enough restaurants to keep you entertained for a week and some lovely little bars. We ate some fabulous food and drank excellent local wines. The market is an experience too. We booked through Mr and Mrs Smith, excellent as always.

We arrived to an empty and locked up hotel, and after ringing the phone number on the door were informed that we were the only guests, and that someone would be there soon to let us in. A bit of a strange start, but boy was it worth waiting for! The hotel itself is stunningly designed - understated and sumptuous at the same time, with artwork from local artists in every corner. The building has been beautifully renovated, with a perfect combination of ancient and new, and has detail everywhere you look, without ever feeling cluttered. Our room, Olivera, was reached through the wonderful courtyard, past the plunge pool and above the breakfast room. It was large, clean, beautifully furnished and very, very comfortable with a grand bed and excellent mattress. We also had our own large balcony overlooking the courtyard (on which we star gazed that night). After a meal out in Santanyi square, which is only metres from the front door of the hotel, we settled down to a very relaxing sleep, after which came the most remarkable breakfast I have ever had. Even though we were the only guests, we were treated to a table full of the most beautifully presented fresh local produce, in a stunning breakfast room - the old stables apparently - with more artwork and luxury furnishings. I'd go back to the hotel purely for that breakfast experience, but add to it the quality of the room and the communal areas of the hotel, plus its fantastic position right in the centre of Santanyi - one of our favourite Mallorcian towns - and it will be on our itinerary for a long time to come. I simply can not recommend this place enough.

Yelp
A friend and I just returned from a 2-week vacation in Spain. Last on our list of destinations was Santanyi. Santanyi is a picturesque village, to the south of the island, with great rustic charm accompanied by sun and sea. What made our trip even better was staying at S'Hotelet de Santanyi. S'Hotelet de Santanyi is an upscale, small hotel (5 suites) perfectly located around a corner from the main square. The hotel overall is stylish and classy. The rooms are gracefully decorated in a lovely Mediterranean style. Everything was exceptionally clean with BVLGARI toiletries in the bathroom for added luxury! We stayed in the Lavanda room on the third floor, which shares a sitting area and a roof top deck with one other room. Lucky for us, nobody was booked in the other room so we had the entire floor to ourselves. The town's slow-pace was perfect to come back to from a day at the beach - sun bathing, swimming and drinking chilled glasses of rosé. It was easy to get to the beaches. There are signs everywhere and the drive was only about 15 minutes. The manager, Javier, was very helpful in guiding us to the local beaches and recommending restaurants for food and drinks. Bueno, Javier! The breakfast was the highlight of our mornings. No matter how tired we felt, we would pull ourselves out of bed each morning at 10:00am, which was the time we chose when asked when we would like to have breakfast each morning. Only half-awake, we would float down the stairs guided only by our visions of cafés con leche, fresh fruit, delicious breads, marmalade, meats and pastries. Our server always greeted us with her beautiful smile and a "Buenos Dias". The entire breakfast experience was heaven. It feels as though we were there yesterday. (Jack Johnson is probably still playing in the background ) Santanyi and S'hotelet de Santanyi was definitely the highlight of our trip to Spain, "A place like no other". I look forward to returning someday!
