I decided to take my girlfriend to Menorca for her 30th birthday and found this little gem. Both myself and my girlfriend are difficult to impress but this charming boutique hotel surpassed both our expectations. From the moment you enter the first thing you’ll notice is the subtle aroma accompanied by soft, well chosen music playing as if you’ve entered nirvana. The room was absolutely perfect. The interior design is soft, warm and charming with all the mod cons like iPad, slick tv and Nespresso machine. Amazing bathtub with robes and towels fit for a king and queen. I’d highly recommend the junior suite for all the trimmings! There’s a small but fantastic heated pool in the basement which doubles as a jacuzzi and waterfall massage treatment. Thank you Juan! The last 3 days have been more than incredible and she really didn’t want to leave the lap of luxury that you’ve created right in the heart of the old town. We will be back if only to enjoy the spoils of this amazing little hotel. As my girlfriend simply put it ‘best hotel ever!’. Regarding Menorca, if you were wondering where to stay on this island paradise, Ciutadella is the city/town to be and this hotel is the place to indulge and relax. The best beaches and hikes are 30 mins away along the south west coast

We spent 10 days in this amazing boutique hotel. The rooms are super comfortable and full of luxurious amenities. The position is superb at the very heart of the historical center and minutes walk from great entertainment. Most importantly the Hostess was supportive with all our requests and always available for us at her mobile (she solved all our needs from daily laundry service, to boat rental, to restaurant reservations). Loved it!

The room was very spacious and had a nice seating area both inside and out which is also private. I was surprised when we checked in and I was told there is a iPad in your room for you to use! Also in the room was a large Samsung TV and Bose sound dock, I felt really spoilt! Fresh fruit, tea and coffee and sweets in the room.... well I was tempted just to stay in the room and not venture out! Also within the hotel is a jacuzzi style pool which I tried out. Although I am not a fan of jacuzzis it was nice and cool water which is what was required on a very hot day. Anyway outside the hotel is very central and 2 mins walk to the marina and bars. Great location and very relaxing

I booked this hotel for a family holiday based on reviews I had read on the internet. The sites promised all the services one expects from a luxury"hotel" and "spa"... Unfortunately the accommodation hardly resembled the description provided by either its website or travel review sites (including Tripadvisor). ||||This is a lovely little house set in a quite street. The room maid and "manager" (in quotation marks because her role was pretty much limited to handing over and retrieving the room keys) were both very sweet. BUT:||||The site states that there is a 24 hour front desk - there is none - you see no one. ||||The site states there is a full-service concierge desk -Instead there is an IPad in the room.||||The site states that there is a full service spa with treatments: there is only a "jacuzzi" in the basement but the water is cold, (and didn't work 2 out of the 5 days we were there).||||The site says there is a pool - there is none.||||It is unfortunate that one is so horribly misled by the misrepresentations on the property's website because expectations are raised. This is not a luxury hotel and there is no spa.It is a very pretty AirBnB and nothing more.||||On our second day I wrote as such to the individual who confirmed my reservation with additional promises of all kinds of apparently on-site services and expressed my dismay at the many untruths but didn't receive any sort of response.||||Please ask questions before you book a room - and don't be fooled into paying the exorbitant rates I paid because I was under the false impression that we were going to be pampered - So disappointing!

we had the small little suite with terrace at the ground floor which was very cosy and quiet - nice service and a good bed , with nice amenities for the bathroom - great for a short stay and very central

Overprized. Few service, no breakfast, nice location, good room.

No es un hotel, es una casa con habitaciones. El spa es un jacuzzi grande no climatizado. Muy mala calidad precio. Nos decepcionó porque esperábamos un hotel con spa y era una casa. Eso sí, bien situado y bien trato el primer día, porque luego no hubo nadie en la casa.
