Extremely disappointed with the service for such a high-end fixture. My Spokes 3 had a missing a plastic piece on the wall hub, leaving the cap loose. Instead of sending the part, they told me it wasn't stocked.
Also, be very careful with the installation—once you cut the cord, there is no way to adjust it, and the company offers zero solutions. For this price point, being told "no" to every reasonable request is very disappointing.
