After searching for months both online, in stores and showrooms, we found the most amazing light from Foscarini on Greene Street in NYC. The line is called Spokes and we purchased Spokes 3 in black. It's beautiful and puts out a lot of light, and the shadows it projects on the ceiling is amazing. We had a great experience with the team on Greene Street. They spent time with us and walked us through all the different options. This company goes above and beyond to deliver "excellent" customer service. I wish every company would offer their customers this type of service. From my very first phone call with Hirai (my service advisor) to the delivery of the product was AAA+ all the way. I could not have asked for better.

Extremely disappointed with the service for such a high-end fixture. My Spokes 3 had a missing a plastic piece on the wall hub, leaving the cap loose. Instead of sending the part, they told me it wasn't stocked. Also, be very careful with the installation—once you cut the cord, there is no way to adjust it, and the company offers zero solutions. For this price point, being told "no" to every reasonable request is very disappointing.

Awesome customer service. Michael was very knowledgeable about the brand and did an excellent job of introducing me to it. As they get ready to celebrate their 30 year anniversary, this Italian glass brand has made a number of items that have won the Compasso d’ORO award. A very unique lamps and chandeliers that would be a great asset to any home. You can also see their lamp at Drakes on Canal St.

Very appealing Italian lightings showroom. Every collection displays nicely in each sectional environment!

Beautiful showroom displaying masterful pieces with high artistic value. Now proud owner of the iconic Twiggy lamp and couldn’t be happier with our choice which has become the centrepiece of our living room. Michael had a comprehensive knowledge of the items and patiently showed us everything about the products and after purchase customer service has been spot on when we had questions. Would 100 per cent recommend buying directly from the designer, Foscarini, rather than elsewhere. Hopefully will be back soon to pick something else up!
