Wonderful customer service came quite later towards closing and i asked about different magazines and the sales associate didn’t hesitate to bring me different ones from the back. Honestly the best curation of magazines and zines i have seen i ended up buying 8 . Will definitely be back!!

Very disappointing experience. The barista allowed some customers to take photos, but when I tried, I was told photography was not allowed. I understand café policies, but they should be applied equally to everyone. The attitude was rude and unprofessional. This kind of inconsistent treatment is unacceptable.

I’ve always liked this store. Today, I was not allowed to take photos after asking politely, while other customers were clearly taking photos without any issue. This felt unfair and discriminatory, especially toward Arab people and it left a very bad impression.

The guy working inside was unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. When we tried to take a photo, we were treated like we’d done something wrong. No explanation, no basic manners — just attitude. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and not worth it.

Worst place ever I went in to order a flat white and take a picture of the place and then someone there told me "WE DONT LIKE YOU TO TAKE PICTURES" i said oh sorry, do you work here? he said I OWN THE PLACE. i cancelled my order and left. what a shame.
