No idea how good the place is. But this review is about the staff who man the enquiry phone line.
The museum itself might be fantastic but the attitude of the person who answered the phone was not. Very unwelcoming attitude. Because I did not ask if the museum is open but instead asked are you open for visiting, the response was curt and was a no and the phone was slammed down.
Since they seem to share the number with the foundation ( of which museum was a part - which.i learned subsequently), the answer was technically not wrong, but then it was neither welcoming, right?
So I decided to give it a miss and went elsewhere.
Wonder people who have no patience and who don't know how to communicate are kept as the face of the organisation?
