I visited here during my stay in Kyoto, and highly recommend everyone to come try the products! The owner has been working hard to continue his family's business that opened in 1926. He is very friendly and took the time to explain how he uses a variety of beans and nuts to create unique traditional and new, innovate sweets and syrups. I tried the black bean gelato and it was out of this world! So creamy, not too sweet, and full of bean flavour! I will definitely come back! :)
